I didn't pay for this book with anything but a little time, as it was available with my Kindle Unlimited account. I'd be more disappointed had I purchased this book. The idea is solid, to bring therapeutic concepts into table-top role playing games (TTRPGs). This "book" is a quick read, and one of the reviews I read on Amazon was not wrong, ". . . it reads like a college paper. It's rife with grammatical errors, the writing style is amateur, at least half of the book is fluff to pad out the page length . . .," by Sam Kay. That withstanding, I enjoyed reading this one point of view and hope future reads have a little more to it. This seemed more like a rough draft that was submitted too early. Two stars is actually generous, but I did enjoy the idea.
