I like the way that how the story goes on, but I didn't like they made main character's background with using comic style. It was kind of serious part and I wanted to read not with the picture.
It was very interesting book about true story of the most famous American Indian with shocking background. It also made me think the how important the beautiful nature is to the human life.
There are good things to learn about environmentalism through Archie's story, but he led a very questionable personal life. The biographer uses some outdated words like "Indian" which don't teach English language students the current appropriate terms for Aboriginal people in Canada. That said, a lot of interesting discussions can emerge as a result of reading this book with English language students living in Canada.
An amazing story that talks about a British decedent who wanted to become a native Canadian and how he loves the nature, however, he doesn't have a good family relationship. the best thing that it gives people a background about native people and how they live their lives.
