Upside Down In Love
Traveling down a road where I see no ending. He never had good intentions with my heart from the beginning. Novah, Billie and Normani navigate through life with their heads held high despite their tumultuous relationships with the men they fathered kids with. Novah fell into love quickly with Carter. They were young. He was a rising NFL star and she was a popular video vixen. Years skate by and Novah realizes he isn’t the man she thought he was. After ending their love affair, she learns of their twin sons. Novah does the best she can to keep the peace. While the media makes her out to be the bitter, gold digging baby momma she takes it to the chin. For her sons, she will eat up any negative accusation the world has to say about her. Her only aspiration in life is to give her sons a good one. When Novah begins to stand up to Carter and his demanding ways things go left. He shows her a side of him that she’s never seen before and Novah is left with two choices. Turn another blind eye to his foul ways or finally expose him for the hateful person that he really is. Billie was born to model. It flowed through her being effortlessly. Billie only wanted two things in life. That was to model and be with Dreux. Dreux, however. wanted out of Detroit. He watched his brother fall victim to the streets and vowed to be different. Despite Billie’s love for him he left Detroit and attended college out of state. While being apart from Dreux, Billie found comfort with his cousin Malachi. Malachi was Billie’s yes man. Whatever she needed he was there to make it happen. Billie wasn’t attracted to him but was grateful for his presence. One lonely night Billie found herself in bed with Malachi. From that encounter, a child was created. Billie immediately regretted her decision to be with him and because she wanted nothing else from him Malachi turned bitter. Billie allowed for her broken heart over Dreux to lead her down a dangerous path. She partied more and ended up losing her son to Malachi. It was a mistake that he refused to let her live down. Now that Billie is better than ever and ready to get her son back Malachi is fighting her at every turn. Billie wants peace in her life but with Malachi constantly bringing her chaos she’s fearful that the old Billie might resurface and that’s the last thing she needs. Normani is young and full of life. While in her first year of college she met the popular DJ to the stars Tru. Tru was like a dream come true for her. The unattainable man that somehow wanted her and immediately she became engrossed by him. Without having to think about it she gave up school and allowed for her life to revolve around Tru. She became his biggest fan and after being together for a few years their daughter was born. Suddenly Normani began to see things in Tru that she hadn’t seen before. He was controlling, distant and selfish. Normani had only known two parents. She had an amazing childhood and wanted her daughter to have the same but Tru was making it hard for her to do so. When Normani’s childhood friend Azariah comes home for good and starts to garner her attention Tru takes notice. He makes big strides to show Normani that he is a changed man but for Normani it may be too late. This is a two-part series.

Sooo good!
I knew this was going to be so good and I kept putting it off because I didn’t want to be done. I love all 3 of the main characters and really want to see them win. Novah is putting up with the most dealing with Carter. I mean what the heck does he want? He needs to let go and stop making her life miserable. Durand came on super strong. I hope he doesn’t turn out to be just like Carter. Arquez wants to throw down on behave of his cousin and he should. Carter is toying with her too much! Normani is such an interesting character. Clearly she is intelligent. I love the way she bursts out with these big words. She is truly slumming it with Tru. I was very suspicious when he married her quickly too! I think AZ is perfect for her because he likes her for who she is and supports her goals 100%. I can’t wait to see what’s up with her after that cliffhanger. Billie reminded me so much of Mickey and then I was pleasantly surprised with the appearance of Mickey. Billie should let Dreaux be the man he is trying to be with her. I really want her to air out how Malachi has been doing her. Hopefully, the appearance of Kylie won’t change things too much. Malachi is such a hater.

First of theses women are like punching bags just taking crap from their baby daddy's. Nolan is crazy to let that clown of a baby daddy pull and yank on her and talk to her any kind of way. Durand is a good look but she needs to tell him her secret and soon. Her twins are suffering because of what they are subject to seeing and their dad is gonna kill on of them if she doesn't get custody back soon. Normandi was stuck on stupid for Tru but she is slowly setting that he is a dog. I know she wants a family with him and there daughter and he knew that she was starting to pull away that's why he married her so quickly. Her best friend is the man for her. Billie is really is really catching it right now. Dreaux is like her night in shining armor and she is messing up by keeping secrets. She doesn't want to piss her baby daddy off but he is a super jerk. I hope these women find and experience the love they deserve. This book was bomb and I can't wait until part two drops.

I don't know who got on my nerves the most between Carter, Malachi and Tru. They were beyond being bitter and wanted control over the ones that no longer wanted them. Billie made the biggest mistake of her life by hiding things. Yeah she was trying to do what was necessary to be in her son's life but should've never been Malachi's puppet. I do feel as if there's more to things between them and he could've possibly done something since he wanted one up on Dreux. Carter wanted his cake and the opportunity to eat it too. His was trying so hard to hurt Novah but was hurting his kids as well. Lawd his wife was beyond dumb. Normani was too smart to be so dumb for someone who wasn't as invested in her happiness and putting her first. Tru knew what it would take to have her changing her tune and constantly played on it. Azariah seems to be a really good dude and I don't blame him for not being more than just friends with Normani. That ending though! I can't wait to start part 2 because the craziness is liable to get crazier and messy.

On Gawd Carter makes my blood boil. He's the biggest bitter betty I've ever read about. Carter, Malachai and Tru are founding members of the B.A.Ns club. Nova just can't catch a break, and Normani is to smart, but sometimes common sense gets lost when your dumb in love. Billie made a hug mistake that shes really paying for. I feel like Malachai's shiesty fat tail did something to that girl. It is always a pleasure to get an update on my favs, and my boo is not mean. He just misunderstood. Anyway, the story rock my entire life, 3 sister trying to too right by their kids but have to deal with an egotistical, narcissistic, broke down baby daddies. I cannot wait for part 2, and for some reason I feel like King has a story to tell one day. Just by the way he watches his mother.

OMG! The ladies involved in this book take so much from their baby daddy’s it is so sad. The way they treat and speak to these ladies pissed me off. I was so hot starting out reading about Novah and Carter. I can’t stand Carter or his wife, I’m patiently waiting for them to get what they deserve. It’s so much nonstop drama in this book. I love Dreaux and Billie and hope he forgives her once again. He is such a good man and so good for her. Malachi has to go along with Tru!! Durand the P Monster, OMG! I hope Novah tells him her secret soon, I pray they make the best decision for them both. Normani and Tru, what can I say I knew Tru had a secret, that cliffhanger though! Come on Part 2, I can’t wait! I love the author, she never disappoints!

Amazing
The characters of this book instantly draw you in. Novah, Normandi and Billie are just women who want to take care of their children, but the children’s father want to stand in the way. The women keep the quiet to keep the peace for the sake of the children. This is the story for so many women. I love how Dominque Thomas can draw you into the characters and you root for them to win. I can’t really say that I disliked anything about this book. I can’t wait until the 2nd part comes out.

WOW, WOW, WOW
This book is soooo good. I couldn't stop reading. Between these devious baby daddies and the secrets everyone is keeping, you will definitely be filled with all kinds of emotions. I realized some of the characters are from Dominique's previous books that I do intend to read to get their back story. But I can say she did a really good job with these characters and the storyline. What I do hope for in part 2 is for the women to finally boss up and show their baby daddies that they will know longer be weak to their threats. Can't wait to get into part 2.

Ready for part 2!!!!
The story was a bit slow in the beginning of this read, but it gradually picked up its pace throughout the story. I’ve never been in the position of those women... so I won’t speak on me not understanding why they put up with the verbal abuse from the father of their child/children. Overall the story line was good and the plot thickened at the end of course... I know Part 2 will be full of surprises.

Can't wait for the second book
Dominique your the bomb really a good book... I didn't even want to read the end so I waited. Lol
Well as I can tell I read the end now I'm anxious for book 2... These women remind me of people I know as well as the men... Don't like Carter, Malachi.nor Tru with his sneaky tail..... Love all the women especially Novah something about her and Billie .. U r truly one of my favorites😀

Whoa!! Page Turner!
Dominique!!!! You never disappoint! This book was so good from page one. I can't believe these woman are letting these men run their lives. Billie, yes she made a mistake but she needs to stand up to Malachi and stop being so weak. Novah is finally standing up to Carter but she can do so much more, expose his a** he abuse drugs, cheater, etc... Poor Normani she's so in love and confused.. Tru just keep playing her. Hurry up with book two.

Waiting for the Sequel
This was a good effort. The character development was really good. My problems started with how weak and clueless the women seemed to be. I'm not used to seeing female characters who lack a backbone. I also deducted for editing. There were a couple of instances that the sentences made no sense at all. In the sequel, I want to see these baby mommas rise up and stop taking ish off these baby daddies. In the end, this book left me unsettled.

Closet full
This book is so good!! Oh my it has a closet full of mess going on. The drama these characters bring out is ready for the big screen. I'm not going into detail with the names but Carter is terrible and I can't wait for his downfall. The Royale girls can't catch a break. Duran may have found a baby momma. Malachi needs to just rot away. There's a lot going on but I'm ready for book two.

This was so good!!!

I also loved how much emphasis was put on prayer and giving your problems to God. There was a strong message in this book. I am hoping Durand is good for Novah and Dreux and Billie can overcome the bombshell at the end. I’m not sure about Normani but hopefully she figures it out for herself.

Whew my boo once again came through with her bomb pen game and has my emotions on high! Tru, , Carter and Malachi need that Matins disposal because they are the baby daddies from hell! It's a shame when you cant even be a great momma in peace without all the chaos and drama from your child(s) daddy! I'm already in love with Dreaux, Azariah and Durand and I hope Billie, Normani and Novah get their happy ending! This cliff hanger though got me on 1000!

Great book!

Great read
The book started off slow but it but it surely took off. These ladies have been through hell with the men in their lives. I only hope that they all make it through and find true love. Was so happy to see a couple little characters come up specially Mickey, Quinn, E, Hill Palmer and Arquez. Love the storyline can’t wait to read part two great job Dom!!!!

Just too much
Baby this book had me mad from the very beginning! It's men like Malachi, Tru and Carter that give the whole male species a bad rep. Billie, Normani and Novah all made me mad at some point in this book. Just frustrated me but I think they are going to grow thru all the drama that's about to go down. And I loved the drama and can't wait for part 2.

Amazing
Dominique did it again! The story was so real, relatable, and raw. I felt every emotions that flowed. I love how all the stories connect but they all have normal issues. I can't wait for part 2. I love the update about old characters as well. Make me want to go back and read the story again.

Oooh these is some straight BAN’s in this book. Remind me of someone I’m still trying to get rid of. I love seeing old family pop up but this new family is definitely giving everyone a run for their money with all of this drama. I loved it and I’ll be impatiently waiting for part two!

Novah, Billie, and Normani better boss up in part 2. I’m sick of these men running all over them, the tables need to turn. Deidra and Cindy need to explain all of their mess with me because I’m confused. I need answers and I need them quick. I hope part 2 is on the way.

Can’t wait till part 2 drops.... I high recommend this book, this book took me out my reading slump, the characters are realistic and situations are relatable. Refreshing to read something so different and out of the norm, but something you can take away as a lesson

Wow! I loved it
I can’t wait for part 2. Malachi irked my nerves sooo bad. I hope that he gets what’s coming to him. I love Novah and Cartee needs to seriously disappear. I can’t wait until Melanie realizes what a dog he is.

Man, the Drama!
The men in this book (Carter, Tru and Malachi) acted like a bunch of bitter females. They were pretty much worthless and don’t deserve to remain a part of the next book. That ending tho, was a real jaw dropper and I can’t wait to read book two.
