Loveswept by Prasupta Roy is an romantic fiction and a well-written story wherein dwell various emotions we witnesses in day today life. It will make you laugh, cry, feel the passion, witness the love and pain altogether.

Having previously read the debut novel (Lovestruck) of Prasupta ma'am, I was reasonably familiar with her writing style and loved the way she subtly makes readers get engrossed within the pages of her book.

As the blurb clearly plots the story, I just avoid providing the spoiler and would say that ending of the story was charismatic, I just loved the fusion of happy and sad ending altogether. I couldn't have expected it in any other way better than this.

Overall the book is a must read, despite the story being predictable as there is no harm in keeping aside that and reading the whole story which contains a wonderful plot with an ability to create that magic of falling in love slowly and steadily.

Prasupta Roy is back with her second novel and I am fortunate to have read both. Loveswept is not just another love story, it's a string of emotions that's really not easy to depict in novel but while reading the book, I couldn't hold back my tears. A wave of emotions kept me on the edge throughout the novel. The protagonist Anushka would make you believe how beautiful and soulful true love could be. All I can say is Prasupta is a gem in portraying emotions and I would eagerly wait for all her future books.

"Life is hard and to live in the pangs of life the hardest."

Romantic on one hand and heart-shattering on the other, "Loveswept" by Prasupta Roy is the story of how fate conspires against love birds and showers foul plays on its helpless victims.

When Anushka, a librarian, meets and falls in love with Kaushik, a lecturer, they find their soulmates within one another and wish to tie themselves in the holy bond of matrimony. But destiny had something else in store.

Author Prasupta Roy stuck gold again with her second novel and tied her readers into another beautiful tale of love, longing, separation and destiny.

The past and present plays side by side, avoiding boredom and contributing towards a good flow of the story. The shift between the stories of Anushka and Kaushik ensures good progress.

Although written in lucid language, the readers can expect to encounter a few new and beautiful words as well.

The true raw smell of perfect bengali flavour hovers through the story with the reminisce of rabindra-sangeet and the stories & plays written by Tagore.

The beauty of Siliguri is captured through vivid imagery as the author paints the most vibrant picture of the place.

Nature captivates the heart as the beauty of the mountainous landscape manifests themselves through the words painted in the book.

Books occupy a large part of the story as Anushka and Kaushik both are voracious readers, with Anushka aspiring to become a writer some day.

The title of the book is completely apt for a story that demonstrates how sacrifice and separation couldn't rip apart the lovebirds who keep their love enflamed until the end.

The cutely romantic cover with two inseparable fingers hugging each other with the colour of love as their background couldn't be more appealing.

The perfectly sketched characters of Anushka and Kaushik who stay firm in their sacrifices even though the pangs of separation tears their heart apart appeal greatly to the heart.

With the perfect dose of motivation, "Loveswept" by Prasupta Roy invites its readers to the journey of an ever-lasting love.

"True love happens when the souls meet and unite never to be parted away."

I had a great opportunity to receive the paperback ARC of the Loveswept by the author which I received yesterday and I have already completed the book in 24 hours.

It is a quick read with heavily emotional scenes. The author was successful in describing throes of pain when you're separated from someone you've loved too purely and immensely that you never thought there would be any alternative ever to that kinda love. I am amazed how at this age the author has flourished herself and have been bold enough to write intimacy.

I will put forward my request and humble opinion to avid readers of romance who have gone through tougher times in their lives, especially in regards of the choices of lovers, to give this book a chance. One will surely shed a tear or two by the end of this book.

Though the scenes between Kaushik and Anushka transpired quite quickly in the starting but given my thoughts, I think the writing became better and better from the 10th chapter onwards. I could relate more closely from the second half of the book for sure.

My categorized ratings:

Writing: 3.7/5
Story: 4/5
Grammar: 3.9/5 (Vocabulary is definitely amazing as I too personally got to know a few new words because of the writer, minor editing is still required)
Emotions: 4/5
Originality: 4/5
Blurb: 4.2/5 ( It is one of the reasons that attracted me to read the book)
Cover: 4.3/5 ( A good color contrast with the design)

Overall, I was able to understand what kind of pain Anushka and Kaushik went through and how the destiny walked them through it.

A heartfelt congratulations to the writer and good luck for future endeavors. Please keep writing more and hope to see you soon through your words!

Also, thanks for Half Baked Beans(the publishers) for providing both Author and Me (the reader) this opportunity!

Loveswept
By Prasupta Roy.

SPOILER BELOW.

If you want to read a tale about two people who remaining love till their last breath (or at least till one of them breathes their last), this is it.

Where the story is more of Bollywood movie style, the pacing goes at the speed of graphic novel. The detail with which each environment is elaborated with respect to the character and the locations where they meet successfully sets the tone with each character with elan. The novel by itself is great, but it does make one yearn for more of the drama, the pain, tension and certainly more background of their inner workings in their lives, of what consumes their mind during each work/chore done during that phase and time, their longing, in more than two lines.

Going to the main characters, Anushka is the heroine that gets more attention and detail, since it's her rise and fall throughout the story. The impeccable description of the character, the way she thinks as a person, is realistic. Kaushik, however, gets the short end of the stick and I believe his mental situation of him being 'between a rock and a hard place' needed a little more exposition than just him compromising on love and family, so that makes it a bit more relatable. Although his entire story arc is redeemed by the time we reach Epilogue, I personally wish it had more detail of his life, in the same way Anushka had.

The supporting characters do their job efficiently in channeling their love (and selfishness) towards protagonists.

All in all, it's a wonderful read and a great way to crush your heart under two days (or less) of reading, considering the size of the book. By far, this could make a better, more realistic version of Mills and Boons in India, cause hey, love in India has its fair share of laughs and pains.

I'd recommend this book to read if you want to have a quickie to set into a reading world.

My Rating - 3 out of 5!

Loveswept by Prasupta Roy is a Romantic emotional fiction.

About the story:

The story is about Kaushik and Anushka who loved each other and their love was eternal. Kaushik works in a college and Anushka works as a librarian in an institute. Fate made them meet each other and gradually love swept their heart.
There comes a twist and storm in their love life, an unexpected warp. Kaushik sacrifices everything for his family and made a tough choice.
What happens next? What storm that crossed their life? Is Kaushik destined to Anu? What has fate decided to play in their life? Lies the suspense of the story.

About the book:

This is the first book I chose to read written by this author. The plot of the story was beautifully written and made us intrigued throughout the book. It was a short read and I enjoyed each and every line of the book.
Whether it may be love or anger or sacrifice, every line was described in a mind blowing way. Among the normal love stories this book did have something that draws readers to enjoy the essence of the story.
The Story is too emotional and I can perceive the feelings of the characters portrayed. Each personality’s presence was carefully depicted and had their own importance in the story. The language was kept simple, flow was good and the pacing of the story was precise and intact.
I was touched by Anu’s patience and willingness to sacrifice her life for pure love. There was some selfishness in Kaushik’s sacrifice as it was meant for his family on the other hand Anu didn’t have any compulsion to abide with Kaushik yet she accepted the same.
I would like to recommend this book to readers who prefer to Romance genre mixed with emotional-touch.
My rating is 4/5 stars for this beautiful book.

The story is about the love life of Kaushik and Anushka. A love not meant to be together but stays forever in each heart.
Kaushik is a man we see day today life who falls in love with a girl at first sight. Anushka is a next door girl who is both shy and ambitious. But what makes these normal character an unique one along the story-line is that their sacrifice made by each other for each other.
The narration and language is too simple and easy which made the further sequence predictable. The magic of emotions were lightly handled which made my end expectation weak. But the final part of the book worked out well. The compassion took over me towards the end where I felt the full emotions of Kaushik and Anushka.
May be the novel is really short. From my side I thought it could have been little elaborated. I mean the sudden meeting of Santhosh and kaushik , the meeting of Meera and Santhosh looked like a deliberate one. The scenes jumped from point to point and because of that he flow of the plot was fluctuating.
Now coming to the nice part of the novel
* Each and every character was beautifully written. Minimal characters with impressive character development. The characters become more likable in the end even though it was set at the sad background.
*The sacrifice was executed impressively. It was not exaggerated but finely drawn. Because of that I was able to feel the love of Kaushik towards his daughter.
*The love between Kaushik and Anushka was way more matured than I expected. They treasured their love every moment when they met finally.
“Loveswept” will make an perfect impact on reader’s mind totally in the second half. this book totally for the romance lovers. They shouldn’t miss this book in that fact.

“Love unites us, Love seperates us, but unity an seperation are just the feelings of physical self. Love basically unites souls and then they are never seperated.”
“Loveswept” by Prasupta Roy published by HBB in 2019, 1st Edition a book of 125 pages priced at Rs. 225.
Genre - Fiction blended with love.
This is the second book by a brilliant writer Prasupta Roy after Lovestruck, and it is difficult to compare which one is her best. It is her writing style that she writes complex emotions with such simplicity that readers are bound to be tranported live in the story itself.
The story is about Anushka who is a librarian and an aspiring author and Kaushik Dutta who is working as a Professor with a college. Their story stats with a very casual encounter at a bank waiting for their turn amd then progresses with co-incidental meetings because fo their common interest in books. The story is stretched over a period of 12 years. They met when they were young, fall in love, with time their love blooms and then a sudden event seperates them for years together. Kaushik is bound by his family issues and had to marry his deceased brother’s wife. While Anushka understands Kaushik’s situation but declines to move ahead in life in terms of love and marriage and decided to remain unmmaried for life.
They both meet after a seperation of 12 years. Only the years have passed but their feelings for each other have faved the challenges of time and never changes a bit for each other.
But destiny has decided a different fate for both of them.
The author has written so well that at both the time zones you could actually feel the real vibe of that time zone.
Overall a very subtle love story set up in current time but with a feel of 90’s.
I definitely recommend this book to all the readers who believes love is boundless an timeless.

Love swept is Prashupta Roy's second novel. Since I have read her debut novel, I can very well say that her writing has improved in every essence. Starting from the plot line to the pace of book and rationalism of thoughts. I liked this one better than her last.
Kaushik and Anushka are two ordinary people who fall in love with each other. And it's an ordinary story where they are separated due to circumstances. Circumstances that could very well have been avoided if the male protagonist had tried more. But well not going into summary and everything , I can just say I liked this plot a lot better than love struck's plot. But it's not enough. Cause, there are a lot of missed opportunities in the plot, the author failed to explore.

The timeline is not strict. Some scenes which were supposed to be set back in 2005 , witness some quirks of 2017 . There are a few more slips like this but they are not of consequences, so I will not consider them. But what needed to be considered is that, probably the events of first half and the events of second half got exchanged. The scenes in first half couldn't convey the depth of their feelings as well the second half did.

Personally I failed to connect with either of the protagonist in most part of the books. And I think the reason behind it is the lack of growth of characters. The growths are told but not shown. If you know what I mean. And I think the first half was not well thought of. It felt like she was unsure of how to project their romance. The story actually starts from the second half and I think she has the second part in mind so it was easy to pen it down. But the novel needed to see the chemistry and connection between the pair. Which she was unsure of. By throwing in a few lovemaking scenes if you think you can show the connection their , ma'am let me tell you doesn't work that way. The first half of their relationship seemed to be without substance, spark and most of all non-lucid.

None of the characters are fully grown to their potentials. When you are talking about a transition of 10-12 years in someone's life , you can't simply show him/her lovelorn. There are people around them. If you want us to connect to them show us how they have deal with situations. Throwing a bit of this and then reverting back to past, throwing a bit of that and then refusing to come out of past is not going to help. We didn't get to See Anushka as the successful writer she is said to be. So, if I have to chose a side, I would chose Kaushik even after everything. Mostly because of his sense of duty and willingness to accept and acclimate to the changes happing around him.

All in all this is a very very average story. And not at all unconventional like the previous attempt of Mrs. Roy. For which I would deduct half a point. And will revert that point back for giving us some rationality in the story this time. I'll go with 2.5 stars .

Loveswept
Writer: Prasupta Roy
Publisher: Half Baked Beans

Loveswept is a story that kindles the idea of forever love and devotion. In spite of all the ordeal an individual face yet love perpetually continues. The main characters of the story is Anusha a librarian in a prestigious institute a bibliophile and she writes occasionally to vent out her emotions. Kaushik an English professor by profession an avid reader and an enthusiast. Anusha and Kaushik crossed path in library and what started with a book exchange to a coffee date, romance and falling in love was inevitable. The way prasupta has described the conversation among the bibliophile is realistic and relatable. The book describes life of lovers in small city and their dates and recreational means. Love poignantly prospers and takes the readers on a joy ride. The intimate moments are described beautifully and leave no awkward moments. The characters of Anusha and Kaushik’s family member are intricately woven and they serve a bigger purpose in taking the story forward. Raw emotions of Anusha and Kaushik’s character is persuasive and they touch your heart. The sudden change of circumstances enables us to see venerability yet composed stance of characters. Prasupta Roy has creatively managed to pen down a beautiful heart rendering love story comprising of pain agony loss pangs and ultimately love.
The story takes a leap yet Anusha and Kaushik’s love remains formidable and earnest. A story that has no antagonist yet the circumstances test the love.

Last year I had read Lovestruck by Ms. Prasupta Roy. Since then I have been a great admirer of her excellent writing and had been eagerly awaiting her next novel. And now, the wait is over, bringing another very wonderful novel by our dear novelist and fulfilling much more than I had anticipated. LOVESWEPT is a masterpiece, a bouquet full of elegance in narrative and narration. The story is of the finest graces, beautifully complimented by the author's brilliant writing style. I bet you cannot put down the book until you have read the last page. It is so full of life: life full of love and love filling the entire space of the novel. Anushka and Kaushik get imprinted in our hearts, in our minds. We will start to search for own selves in their entwined lives. I am sure, all of you have loved someone beyond all limits at some point in your life. After reading this novel, you will cherish those fond memories, you will find a new definition of love and a new meaning of life. I did. I have already started to look upon my love afresh once again, thanks to Ms. Roy and her unputdownable Loveswept. So why not you...?

The plot is quite simple with a story aligned to the back drop plot. The author has always presented her plot in a simple language, with a well-defined character set-up. This is the second book by the author which I have read. The plot is about a professor Kaushik, and his girlfriend Anushka. A quaint love story started with a book exchange between two individuals and continued over cappuccinos. A beautiful love story which dwelled between two hearts where Anushka continued giving words to her feelings, whereas Kaushik continued supporting her in every possible way, showering love at every walk of their life. The plot continued smoothly and who would have thought that an unknown character, Pratibha would come out of blue and change the course of their love story. I would always be wondering why there is always an ending so heart-wrenching to simple love story like these. The plot is one of the emotional ones which I came across lately. I would definitely like to recommend this book to readers who are in to love stories. The emotional quotient has been well-balanced in the story between all the characters, be it Anushka's parents or Kaushik and Anushka.

Loveswept is an emotional roller coaster ride in recent times. Anushka is a librarian who dreams of being an author. While kaushik is a lecturer. One day both of them accidentally meet in a bank. In the following days these meetings happen much often. They realise both of them have a liking for books and exchange them. As days pass they gradually start falling for each other. Love blossoms and they are connected by souls. They promise to stay together forever. But these promises lay unheard. Things rip apart and they are separated. What happens next? Will they ever be able to get back to their old times.

The title loveswept justifies the storyline.

The author's way of writing and narration is simple that flows at a faster pace.

The story is a redefinition of love and loss. It describes a person's want for love and career.

The author didn't leave any questions unanswered. With a detailed description the story is flawless.

A perfectly brewed cup of coffee is all I can say 😍

Loveswept is a fantabulous romantic read with lots of suspense and emotions.

It is the story of two souls who are united by destiny, but as there are no such 'happily ever afters' a 'storm' lurks in their lives, compelling them to make tough choices and hard decisions.

So the gripping storyline presents to us the tale and interrelation of love and sacrifices in the real world. This book can give you an emotional roller coaster ride!

Wonderful characterisation and writing style. For all the aspects of a love story, this book is apt.

Also, the book impresses the reader because of the fragnance the book holds. Kudos to the publisher for this!

For the matter of a fresh and anew love story, this book might not satisfy a regular reader, but as a stand alone it surely is a wonderful one time read!

"It's not necessary that two loving hearts will be united in the end. Some are born to sacrifice this pleasure and burn in the pangs is separation forever..."
Honestly after reading this I can feel my heart breaking into the pieces.
The author has done a great job. The book is full of emotions and can make the readers hooked with it.
I love the way how the both main character of this book met with eachother and thier love for the books make them fall in love.
But at some point all love stories are not meant to be a happy ending...!
The readers can feel the pain of separation from the loved ones through this book.
I just finished reading this book in one go.
Really a heart touching one.
The cover is simple and beautiful.
The language is lucid.
A must read book.

It's a beautiful and emotional love story of two mature people. It a grounded in reality where we can easily connect to the characters. It shows how, it's easily said that love is all about sacrifices, but how hard is to live by it.

It's story of Kaushik, a teacher who did nothing but loved his Anu by all his heart and soul. He never stopped loving her, whatever condition he was in. But the fate had something different stored for him in its arms.

It's story of Anushka, a librarian and novelist who remained true to her love, even when love left her. She once blamed Kaushik when he left her, but loved him more understanding his conditions.

The circumstances separated them and never to meet and respected it. But fate was greatful to make them meet again but this time to give a greater pain

This story tries to tell us the true meaning of everlasting love and soul mate. This teach us that love always doesn't mean binding, but sometimes it means letting go, even knowing that it will never come back.

As truly said that true love doesn't know how to be angry or jealous but it only know how to love forever and ever……

Through Kaushik and Anushka, we come to know of a tale that is about two very ordinary people who fall in a very extraordinary love. Spilled with the ideas of a forever kind of love and a devotion that defies years, logic, Loveswept is a beautiful story. Coffee dates and talking about love for books together are just some of the things that help them both fall in love. The intimacy in these moments was my favourite part of the book. I would totally recommend this book to people who want to give in to that mushy feeling of love!

Review

The cover is very cute.

The Characterization is lovely and incredible.

A lot of emotions flood in from the very moment one starts reading the book.

The vocab though is pretty weak and also the narrative is non gripping.

There are typographical errors which has to be done away with.

It is a relaxing read.

I would recommend it for beginners too.

Loveswept by Prasupta Roy
This book tells us the tragic love story of Anushka and Kaushik. Anushka is a librarian of an esteemed institute but she has a dream of becoming an author. Kaushik is a lecturer of a College. They meet by chance and friendship turns to love. After 2 blissful years of dating they wish to marry. However a horrible event occurs which changes the course of thier lives. The two sacrifice thier love for the comman good and go on thier own ways.Anushka becomes an acclaimed novelist and Kaushik, principal of a college, yet they are not happy in thier lives and miss each other dearly. They both have one wish- to see each other again. And they do. But fate had other plans in store for them.
Not all love stories are happy and this is one of them. The plot is interesting and divided into 2 parts. The characters are well developed and language is simple. The cover is simple but meaningful. Personally I dont like such love stories. I prefer the sloppy happy once. But once in a while a book like this feels like a breath of fresh air.Overall a good book for someone wanting to read a realistic love story.

My current read is from the author of ‘Lovestruck’: Prasupta Roy. This book enchants you right from the cover page which is indicative of the innocence in love- yet so much so relatable to all those who had ever fallen in love- at the last benches- college canteens-or even at random places.
This novel is not for those Gen X or Gen Y fast food inspired lovers who believe in love as Saturday night fever or a weekend getaway! Rather, this is a romance of the other kind-like a soft flowing river which transcends all boundaries of time and existence.
Kaushik and Anushka ( aka Anu), the two young people in love are infested with this worm very deep in their soul. So much so that they crave and long for each other in every breath they take. I personally feel that the café scene where they confess their love for each other, could have been treated with a little more of passion and appears to be too blunt on emotions. Yet, there is no denying the fact that the flame of love that the author kindles in the heart of two lovers keeps readers spellbound till the very end of the book.
This is that goody-goody romance which makes two bodies as one soul but does not, at the same time, distract them from their duties. These two aren’t the lovers who forsake the world for each other. Rather, they are of the other kind-they suffer silently in their hearts sacrificing their wishes because filial and societal duties take a precedence over personal gratification. Where Kaushik, on one hand, marries Pratibha, the pregnant widow of his elder brother while Anushka silently suffers the trauma of brain cancer pining for Kaushik all her life.
All said and done I feel personally awed by secondary characters Meera (Anushka’s college friend) and her husband Mohit. They sacrifice their family life and responsibilities even the care of their young daughter in order to attend on the ailing Anushka.
This brings me to conclude that this romantic (tragedy) comes with a lot of morality in a subtle fashion invoking the young people to be the better versions of themselves as human beings. A must read for all the youngsters who live in an era where unrequited love leads to heinous crimes, making them fall one more time in a religion called love.

Red doesn’t imply love always. Sometimes it portrays the urgency to seek attention to mend the broken. Sensational or shocking. Danger or guilt. But this red is a combo of all. I’m not gonna lie this does have your typical love story in it. But this book centres around beyond a Boy and a girl who meets and falls in love. Like a usual twist, they two break up for their sole reason.
The story sets in Siliguri. Kaushik and Anushka meet in a bank. It was love at first sight. And it takes a rapid turn after Kaushik's bro’s unexpected death. What happens next to their relationship? How this story turns out whether is it ends well? or not? If you are looking for a fine read with light narrated story this is the best one you can pick.
I can't help but wanted to know what happened for the two. I love the way of characterisation which brings us the closeness of simplicity. And you see how the author’s words can tear a person down the lane which exactly the reader would anticipate. Well, but for starters, I say this end is totally an unexpected one.
Characters are very well articulated even the secondary characters carried equal weight of the story. The plot is quirky. The real page turner, For part I, I felt a bit slow and smooth. But part 2 is the real deal with many topsy-turvy. Red in the cover is kept red for a reason for all of us to know its verse vibes.
Overall the book was well written.

Book - Loveswept
AUTHOR- Prasupta Roy
FORMAT- paperback
Genre- Romance

"It is not necessary that two loving hearts will be United in the end ..Some are born to sacrifice this pleasure and burn in the pangs of separation forever. "

Loveswept by Prasupta Roy is a heartwrenching love story. The story of Anushka and Kaushik .
Anushka is a librarian ad has a dream of becoming an author. Kaushik is a lecture in siliguri. They meet in a library and drawn towards each other coz their interest in literature. The enormous love binds them together until the character of Pratibha comes their life. The pange of separation tears apart their heart but they stay firm to thr sacrifices made. What happens then in the story will make you emotional.
My review:

● The story is all about love , sacrifices and heartbreak emotions.
●The title is ok but the cover is not so appropriating. It could have been much better .
● The author has written the book in simple understanding language .
● The blurb is very predictable. If you look for a unique love story it will disappoint you.

It's a quick read and will make you cry in the end.

Overall it's a good read for me.

I got an opportunity to receive the copy from publisher in exchange for an honest review. Love swept is a story of a wannabe writer and an English teacher who met in a library. I felt the first half of the story was rather very quick when things progressed quickly. The second half it became really amazing, leaving you teary eyed at the end.
The writing style is really good. The way the author has described scenes and written down feelings of both the characters is really amazing.
For those who have been in love and have faced the tremors of separation, this story will mellow up your heart once more. Once again the writing style was very nice. It's a quick read, so you can finish it easily in a day.

Review ➡️ This is a love story of two young souls - Anushka and Kaushik.
Anushka is dedicated to become a novelist whereas Kaushik is a professor.
.
.
➡️ The language is simple and some of the instances have been described beautifully. The novel will introduce the reader to culture of West Bengal. Coming to the protagonists, both bonded over the books as they liked literature a lot and I really appreciate author for this. Their love is true and are dedicated towards each other. The character's nature is worth appreciating as they both handled the adverse situation with maturity considering their family as well.
.
.
➡️ I personally felt that first half of the novel wasn't as engaging as the second half . Some of the instances could have been less descriptive than the other. The part where they confessed love for each other went too fast. It could have been described better.
Overall, it's a good read and if you believe in true love then you shouldn't miss this one.

Story that left me speechless. I just can’t get over from the story. I could relate fictional characters from the story with the real world characters. How true are the characters with their parts. Neatly crafted story with apt usage of words makes it perfect for the reader who can read continuously from the start to end with same interest. The story that makes readers feel the fictional world not just being a spectator but as they are living with them (characters).
The story is emotional. Anushka and Kaushik the main protagonists, lovebirds, perfect love story which takes turn when kaushik had to take one decision afterwards they need to part away from each other. This emotional ride ends with emotional end made me feel sad for the characters from the story. Destiny played with them but true love never dies. Kudos to author for such a wonderful story. She has done a great job in scripting this story and presenting it. How beautifully she has woven the emotions! I am grateful for her for writing this book. I will definitely recommend to all the romance readers out there. Here is a perfect book for the romance lover.
Some beautiful lines spoken by characters, I have saved in my diary :-
“Kaushik, my words are the gateways to my heart. As you read them, so you read me. For every word I carve on paper are truly the feelings of my inner self.”
“Writers say, whatever they write reflects a part of their life. It should be definitely true. And so reading her book would give him an inkling into her life. Perhaps, she might shroud everything that was unpleasant underneath the layers of beautiful things. Or she might bare her heart utterly.”

LOVESWEPT by Prasupta Roy is not only an ordinary love story, at each page of the book you could feel
a string of emotions.
The story revolves around Anushka, the only daughter of her parents and by profession is a librarian and Kaushik
who is younger to Kaustav of two brothers and professionally established being a lecture of college in Siliguri.
Anushka has the aspiration of being novelist, Kaushik continues encouraging to her to live in her dream.
One day Anushka comes across Kaushik in Bank, following days their friendship blossoms to Love couple.
When the story is turning towards a perfect love story, a sudden death of Kaustav separates the two love birds.
Despite of being apart from each other, they keep their love inflamed in their hearts.
How the things go awry? What decision pushes them away and will they meet each other in future or their love story
will blossom in marriage?
Pick up the book ,if you are fond of romantic fiction story and would like to know what fate has planned for them.
The title LOVESWEPT justifies the content of the book.
Author has brilliantly set up the plot and introduced the characters at correct place.
