The first six chapters were boring enough to put you in a coma. Yes, I get that his father was unemotional with him. Yet loved him dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Unemotional. Loved Dearly. Oh, sorry, my brain glazed over and I was just paraphrasing the first 6 chapters. Middle chapters were the prickly heroine, the very prickly heroine and finally THE VERY, VERY PRICKLY HEROINE chapters. Then the last six chapters were TSTL TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL, TSTL. Sorry brained glazed again. I think you get the point. The point being I won't be reading this author again. I'm not into masochism. KU

I don't know what to write about this book.

Surprise Marriage was unsurprisingly boring. So freaking boring that I was making a game out of it. This book was so freaking repetitive that the entire thing was utterly predictable. Predictably boring.

In this book, you will meet Jace and Kara. Jace has major daddy issues and Kara is smart. Super smart because that's all we really know about her. They met in college and reunite later on and that's when this romance became a "thing."

These two were something. Kara was annoying to begin with but Jace wasn't that much better. I had zero interest in these two and I almost DNF'd this thing multiple times. Then I broke out my happy juice, #wine, and it made it a bit more bearable. Still hated the entire thing though.

Overall, I'm glad that it's over and I can look into other books.

Too much repetition. Yes Kara is smart we get it. Yes he’s cold and have no feelings. Moving on. Once is enough.

The story is repetitive the H/H Jace and Kara constantly talk or are thinking about when they first meet at college. They met up again years later when Kara starts to work as personal assitant.

In the beginning I felt sorry for Kara. Her father has committed suicide and left her with a mound of debt. She is used to living a rich girls life. Now daddy is dead and Kara has "Whoa Is Me" attitude. Kara has such a bad attitude. She has a chip on her shoulder. She is angry. I know she is hurt and upset but even many years later she is still whinning about her life. She comes across rude and nasty to the one man who can help her. Kara ex boyfriend is stalking her. She was abused by him after she disappeared on Jace.

Jace's father has died and he gives away untold billions of dollars. His father's legacy and Jace's heritage. because he wants to build his own legacy. WTF Your father build something worth billions and you give it away to his already billionaire partner!!! Jace has billions in his own right with his tech company. But you still don't giveway your heritage. If you do give it away give it to charity. Jace is just a dummy to me. Giving away money is not always heroic. He runs after Kara like a dog in heat. He is to nice and kind to her. Kara is having a pity party that will last her entire life. She is angry with the world for her lot in life.

Why add a stalker when the storyline is already depressing. I got halfway throught the story and just couldn't take anymore. There is nothing happy or joyful going in the story. Its too depressing and Repetative. Same conversations over and over!!

I am grateful I got this book free with Kindle Unlimited. Its not worth buying. The world is depressing enought without reading a depressing storyline.

I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book. Another amazing book by this author, I'm never disappointed. Jace and Kara were explosive together, they're sexy, hot and deliciously steamy, you won't want to put this book down. Once together, Jace broke Kara's heart and now she finds herself in a predicament and in need of a job, only to find out the job she's applying for puts her right in the sites of the man she's been trying to forget. Can these two work together when the spark and chemistry is still there? Or will they combust on contact? Great read, loved it and I recommend this book.

Hard pass

Ordinarily I like books by this author but this book could've lost about 20 chapters. Supposedly these are two of the smartest people they know. Seriously, it's mentioned over and over again yet almost every chapter was an internal dialog about not knowing what their feelings meant. Let's not forget the stalker ex who was physically violent during a relationship with the female character and yet she can't seem to wrap her mind around the fact that despite his escalating behavior he wouldn't dare kill her. There's a lot of mention of these to people being very logical and pragmatic yet every thought in this woman's head is anything but and the male character is no better. I really wanted to stop reading after about 35% of the book but figured because I usually like the author I'd give it a try. It was very hard finishing this book.

Not Surprisingly, Surprise Marriage is one Tremendous Read!
Personally, I think Surprise Marriage is R.R. Banks best book to date, best of the best storyline and plot. Readers will go through a wide range of emotions cause this one is filled with drama, steam, suspense & heat while the pleasant addition of witty banter. There was some unnecessary, not so pleasant banter, Kara internal monologue's quickly come to mind, & her characters often, yet not needed, self deprecating reference to her job as a personal assistant. I would say this personality trait of Kara is a negative, it can be quickly overlooked and forgotten with so many other positives with this book. Jace & Kara's journey, and this one is a tangled journey, I literally could not put down till the end, and, I still craved more. While the ex-boyfriend stalker portion may be a trigger for some, R.R. Banks eloquently pens the pages & brings the light common issues the victims of stalkers have to deal with all to frequently. The common comment / theme of "our hands are tied until he/she does something" raising the questions, 'why should these victims be tormented, hurt & worse yet, even killed before action can be taken?' R.R. Banks brings this issue to the forefront while also penning a steamy, heart-pounding roller coaster ride with this second chance, surprise marriage full length read. To add even more depth, R.R. effertlessly write the story from compelling dual POVs while alternating between present day and the flashbacks to the past. Definitely, 100% recommend one-clicking Surprise Marriage by R.R. Banks, a certainly welcome addition to any romance reader Kindle library.
I did receive an advance copy from the author but also purchase the book as a must have, and am voluntarily leaving my own opinion with my voluntary review.

This book when you read it seems like the author wrote the original paragraph. Then had the book edited and just put both paragraphs in it. Then the words just meshed together to throw a sentence together that we just heard of seen before. Then let's not get into the fact that this wedding was no surprise. They didn't get married until chapter 30 or something and I think the book only had 41chapters. I skimmed through anything that was not dialogue and even that was semi awful. And the cop I mean really way to go.

Surprise Marriage
By R.R. Banks
Brought to you by OBS reviewer Heidi

*Beware of Possible Spoilers*

Kara Bell grew up privileged, but always grounded in reality. However, she never expected the mess her dad left her in. He lost his entire fortune in bad investments and gambling and then committed suicide. Kara was forced to quit law school and get a job to support herself.

Now, years later, she finds herself searching for work once again. She nailed her latest interview, but never expected that she’d be working as a personal assistant for her college boyfriend, Jace Parker!

Jace and Kara broke up shortly after Kara’s mother died and Jace was headed off to travel and party. He was emotionally unavailable and didn’t realize what he was doing to her at the time. Jace never forgot about Kara. He knows she’s overqualified for the job, but can’t resist hiring her.

Things are a bit awkward between Jace and Kara at first, but the two eventually fall into a nice working relationship. However, a business trip to Portland and lots of alcohol lower their inhibitions. The two have a great time together and they find themselves in bed! Neither of them have any regrets about Portland, but they learn there are consequences for that night. Can the two of them handle what’s to come or will Jace check out when emotions come into play? Can Kara trust Jace when she needs him the most or will he flee once again?

This book started out okay as we were getting to know the characters, their background, and the author set the scene of the story for us. Unfortunately, I felt the setup started to drag quite a bit and things got pretty dull. Luckily, once the romance picked up so did the book!

I did enjoy Jace. He was a successful and powerful man with a great sense of humor. He’s a guy that didn’t realize what he’d lost until it showed up in his office! It took him awhile to realize how much Kara meant to him, but once he finally accepted it there was no changing his mind.

Kara had a lot of unexpected baggage that could weigh heavily on any relationship. Once you got the chip off her shoulder there was the ex-boyfriend stalker to deal with! And, I found the climax of this book to be too predictable. I knew exactly what was going to happen when she ditched her security detail!

This book did have a nice sappy ending that left my smiling like an imbecile though. If you can wade through the boring parts, it’s really not bad. But this couple really get into their heads a lot with all their thoughts, repeating the same things. It would be much better if the author would trim that down a bit. Overall, I felt it was a decent read.

This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

I am usually a big R.R. Banks fan, as I am coming off from reading Surprise Delivery which is a must read, but this one, I don’t know, it seemed to be a little wordy.

Jace, who is an uptight, cold-hearted rich guy who has started his own company; then you have Kara, who is still down on her luck after her father passed away six years ago, and is doing menial jobs just to get by.

They had went to college together back in New York years ago, and briefly dated while there, with their break up happening in a bad way. Now, years later, they are both in California living their own lives when their paths cross in an unexpected way. Kara applies for a PA position at APEX, Jace’s company, without knowing he is the man behind the company. It comes down to her and another applicant, and with Jace having the final say, he picks her.

At first they have just a professional working relationship, all the while they both have “feelings” for each other. After some time and a business trip later, they have both a personal and professional relationship going on. After they land a big job, the company takes a trip to Vegas to celebrate and blow off steam before they get busy and start working late nights. After a night of drinking and talking, Jace pops the questions and they decide to get married. Things do not stay peachy as Kara has a stalker that has been following and threatening her, despite the fact there is a restraining order on him. Daniel, her stalker, has even threatened Jace to stay away or else, well that ‘or else’ happened while they were in Vegas, cutting their trip short.

After some bumps on their journey they finally get their HEA. They both grow up over the course of this book, but I just feel like there was extra in some of the chapters that could’ve been left out and still made a wonderful book. I will be reading from R.R. Banks in the future.
I received an ARC of this book for an honest, voluntarily review.

This was a great read by R.R. Banks,,,,,

Jace Parker's father dies and now he is a half partner in his father's business he owns with Jace's "Uncle Mike" ,, not really his uncle, but he's known Mike Herman for many years and some days he was more like a father to Jace than his father was,,, His father never wanted Jace to go on with his own life,,, he wanted Jace to follow in his footsteps and be part of the best real estate firm in the area,,, instead, Jace went to college and graduated in Computers,,, went overseas and did his thing,,,, his father called it being a hippie,,,, he came back and started his company, Apex Security Technologies,,, now he has one of the best companies around,,,,

Kara Bell had to come back to her father's reading of the will and learns that all of these years, her privileged life she grew up with,,,, all of her upbringing and her education has now come to a halt,,, everything he had is not anymore,,, he has gambled, he has invested poorly and now, there are people going to be taking anything of value, except for the condo in Mission Bay,,,, which is bought and paid for with the title in Kara's name,,,, but now, her education in Law will end,,, all the money for Law School, is now gone and now she has gotten her resume and she's out on interviews,,,,, her next interview is with Apex Security Technologies,,,,

This was a great read and I really enjoyed reading it,,,, there is action, adventure and some very steamy scenes between Jace and Kara,,,, their meeting many years ago is going to come as a suprise to them both, but they will both wrestle their demons and both will make decisions, but will they make the right decision,,,,, ???

I really enjoyed reading books by this author but lately I can't seem to get into it anymore. I struggled with his last couple of books and this one was the same.

It was too wordy for me. It wouldn't be a problem if all these inner monologues lead to something. But unfortunately, more often than not, it was just the same thoughts running in circle over and over again. This book could have been much shorter and have the same result without so much repetition of inner thoughts.

I also had trouble with connection between the main characters. I'm still not sure I would ever put them together. Kara was too judgemental and really had a temper. I'm all for strong female leads but for me she was often too harsh and had an unwelcome personality. I understand she's jaded because of what happened to her, but it was really hard for me to warm up to her. I can't say I understand what Jace saw in her.
For saying she didn't like entitled people that come from money she sure acted pretty entitled and like her job as a PA was beneath her. I really didn't appreciate forcing narrative that Kate was too smart and intelligent to be doing such menial job and was meant for larger things in life. Although I don't know what is like to work as a PA, it felt really demeaning for me to constantly read how you don't need a brain for it and even a trained monkey could do that job.

I don't think I'll read more from this author. I read almost all of his books but it seems like it's just not working for me anymore.

I did manage to finish it

But it was rough. I didn't like the female lead at all. Very judgemental and hypocritical. Funny thing is she hates hypocrites and calls other people out when they act as she does but can't see this same behavior in herself. And she's supposed to be the smartest person her friends ever met? No I don't get it.
I did love their trip to vegas. Best part of the book hands down. I read it twice. It was just funny and worth reading. Only reason the book got two stars instead of one.
Didn't like their stalker conflict and how useless they made the police seem. I'm sure officers hands do get tied by the law in that situation but it felt way over exaggerated to the point that it just felt ridiculous. Between that and the "smart" girls really stupid judgemental monologues I just got really annoyed with the story by the end. Maybe if they didn't emphasize so much on how smart this woman was supposed to be I could have accepted that character flaw better. But in relation to her I don't like hypocrites either and she just had way too much of that going on. The male lead was the same personality but didn't bother me at all because he knew he was flawed and didn't think he was perfect. His issues seemed real and relatable.
All in all I would not recommend and as this is the first book of this author I have read in torn on reading another. After reading other 1 star reviews that said this was out of the ordinary I'm considering it. Hopefully they are more like the las vegas scene.

Kara's father kills himself and leaves behind a mountain of debt. Once everything he owned is liquidated to pay the debts all Kara has is a condo in her name. So she has to quit law school and get a job to support herself. Jace has made is business from the ground up and is very successful in his own right. Jace and Kara used to be lovers until life pulled them apart. Jace is stunned when he sees that Kara is applying to be his personal assistant and immediately picks her for the job. Sparks fly between them but Kara is determined to keep things professional with Jace. Jace is curious about what's been going on in her life but respects her privacy until she calls him scared one night. Kara has a stalker and he isn't giving up and the police can't do anything about him. When Jace takes the company to Vegas a bonus for a good job things heat up between him and Kara and they wake up married. They plan not to file the paperwork so it won't be real all the while wonder what if. Will Kara's problems bring them together or end anything they could've had before they had a chance? Can they stay together and have the marriage they both want?

This is a great story that will draw you in from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

**Warning this review has SPOILERS**

I have several issues with this book.

1. The story did go with the title. They got married in Vegas after briefly talking about it. They had been drinking but they were not so out of it they couldn't remember anything.

2. Both Jace & Kara were hard to like IMO. I really did not like either one and found myself rolling my eyes and wanting to slap Kara at "crucial" scene in her condo.

3. All of the intrusion by Jace's friend & attorney was to soon in my opinion and way out of line.

4. Telling your stalker you're pregnant after he tells you that you go with him or die. Why was that a smart thing, while he's holding you at knife point?

To summarize, this story IMO just did not gel. From the moment the stalker was revealed I knew exactly what was going to happen. I absolutely do not like when a "smart, independent" woman does a bunch of dumb stuff and then had to call a man to rescue her from her own stupidity . It just doesn't come off as genuine to me. Also, I think it took too long to come together. I feel like all of scenes with the cop were just off a little bit. I can't out my finger on it but they didn't belong. I really couldn't connect with them as a couple and it was just kind of slow. I've read other books by this author that I enjoyed but this one fell way short for me.

Surprise Marriage is just another example of Mr. Banks creativity. This is a second chance at a love lost for Jace and Kara. He broke her heart and they parted ways, however, her need of a job puts her directly in his sights yet again. After discovering that she'll be assisting him directly (while harboring pain from the past), Kara has made her decision. They have always had combustible chemistry between them but when she accompanies Jace for business... it turns into pleasure. With so many unresolved feelings and now new issues have complicated their present, will these two amazingly crafted characters find their happily ever after? I encourage all romance reader's to follow along as this storyline unfolds. I was completely engrossed in this superbly designed book from cover to cover.

I voluntarily requested an advanced reader's copy of Surprise Marriage in exchange for my honest opinion and I highly recommend reading this book as well as anything written by Mr. Banks. I, personally, find R.R. to be a superb Author and always find myself awaiting the next release from him.

Do you shut the door on a second chance at love or continue to live life going through the mundane motions? Kara answers a help wanted ad, and cannot believe her boss is her former college boyfriend, Jace. Jace is shocked that his former college girlfriend, Kara, is applying for his personal assistant opening. When he sees this is the same person he immediately starts wondering what happened. After getting settled into her new job, Kara and Jace both realize there arebsome feelings that each want to explore and hope the other does too. Everything is going great until Kara recieves a call from someone in her past. Scared and not lnowing what to do she decides a few days away with Jace will help. Things quickly heat up and all reservations about sleeping with each other are out the door. Kara’s past continues to be an issue and threatens to keep her from Jace. Jace is finally ready to admit his feelings to Kara, but she is hiding something and keeps pushing him away. Will Jace be able to convince Kara to let him help or will she finally decide that she will do everything herself?

Definite 5 star read! At first I was a little frustrated at the lack of emotion in the story then I realized that’s because the characters are hiding them. R.R. Banks does a wonderful job of portraying that emotion or lack of and revealing it as the story builds. Kara losses everything when it seems like everything in life is going perfectly. Jace gives up everything to follow his dream. When Kara’s employment application lands on Jace’s desk years later, he knows he has to hire her. Yes, she’s more than qualified, but she is also the one girl from college he hasn’t been able to forget. That combination leads them on a path that is choppy and messy and amazing all wrapped up into one. They both have a lot to admit to themselves and to each other. A surprise marriage is the last thing they need to add in the mix! When you think you know what’s going on, R.R. flips the script. Jace and Kara deserve to be happy. Big question…will they allow themselves to be before they lose everything again?

I absolutely could not put this book down. RR Banks did a fantastic job of setting up the story for you. Getting inside the heads of both Jace and Kara. Both very strong characters, very smart and very driven. They have a history together and never thought they would see each other again, and each having their own reason for the split. Years later Jace is at the top of his game. Owner and CEO of his own company that is growing every day. Kara is not so lucky. Although they both came from money, due to the death of her father and the debt he left her in, she now has to quit on her dream of becoming a lawyer. A new job is what she needs and she finds it at a company that pays pretty good and she knows the work. What she did not know was she will be working for her long lost boyfriend, Jace. They both still have feeling for each other that they refuse to acknowledge. Along with a romance story there is trouble following Kara, some pretty hot sexy times, and a chance to wait for these two character to admit their love for each other and a great HEA.

OUTSTANDING!!!
Wow! Talk about tapping out. Man, what a ride. You get it all with this little guy. A whirlwind of activity and events that pull all your emotions into play with every color on the spectrum. One action packed, hard hitting, pulse racing, heart pounding, page turning bombshell that brings this bad boy roaring to life flawlessly. Twixt and twined and put through the wringer as we follow their trials and tribulations. You get drawn into this world so deep everything else ceases to exist. All the drama, uncertainty, danger and suspense keep you riveted on a razors edge. When push comes to shove, all bets are off. Banks really brings this baby together beautifully with an incredible storyline and thrilling plot. The two main characters chemistry is white-hot, off the charts, explosive. The characters are complex, believable and so realistic with such depth and individuality it's easy to relate. The scenes are so descriptive and detailed it's easy to picture each scenario as they play off one another perfectly. Remarkable job Banks, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us.

An enjoyable, highly entertaining “second chance” romance. I found the story-line & plot well-written & intriguing with well-developed characters that have distinctive, individual personalities.
There is: a feisty young woman discovers to her dismay that her new boss is a man from her past (Kara Bell), her boss & old collage boyfriend (Jace), a abusive stalking ex-boyfriend (Daniel Parker), twists & turns, intrigue, threats, danger, a stalker, humor, memories, curiosity, doubts, defiance, verbal banter, resentment, determination, attractions, warnings, suspicions, conversations, anger, verbal confrontation, regrets, emotional turmoil, paranoia, explanations, insecurity, dreams, advice, tension, fear, vandalism, a unexpected surprise, shock, physical confrontation, eavesdropping, misunderstandings, a caring friend, attacked, rescued, declaration, happiness, some steam & a well-deserved satisfying epilogue.
I would recommend this second chance romance.

Since when working as a PA is a menial job?

I just couldn’t bother finishing this book. If it was mentioned just once in the book that been a Personal Assistant to someone is a menial job, probably I would keep reading the book but no, it was mentioned so many times that made me feel bad for all the very clever hard working Personal Assistants out there, many that I m pretty sure read books like this.

Example extracted from book:

”the fact remains that it's a menial job that requires little to no actual brain activity. A trained monkey could do this job”

Really? Do you think that a trained Monkey can work as a PA for a owner of a company? That’s belittling people who work as PAs in my opinion.

The female kept saying she had options but never acted on it before applying for the job?

Sorry but this book was just annoying and didn’t deserve my time to finish it.

For all the PAs out there, keep up with the great work! Your job is not a menial job at all!

I Gave Up

The heroine of this “romance with her boss” book doesn’t even start her first day of the job until the 25% mark. And that first 25% is chalk full of painfully boring details of Kara’ life since her father died when she was in college, which is where she met the hero, Jake. We learn more about Jake through some pointless interactions with old college friends, his own musings about his HR manager/ex-girlfriend, and a few flashbacks of dating Kara in college. Neither perspective painted a very flattering picture of Kara although Jake seemed to have been pretty crazy about her for some reason. When they FINALLY meet again in their new employer/employee setting, there is no spark. They just replay Kara being bitchy which seems to spark Jake’s interest in seeing what makes her that way. I just couldn’t care less at this point. I can’t see how this story could turn around and be worth finishing so I’m returning it to Amazon.

So, the blurb doesn't do this book justice. It is about so much more that what that little teaser gives you. There are so many more things going on. I'm absolutely loving that Mr. Banks is writing longer more detailed and fuller books. I never had a problem with the length or content of any of his books, but with the last few have noticed that they are encompassing so much more. I've also noticed that his books seem to have a common thread of domestic abuse in one form or another. I hope that he is not drawing from personal knowledge. In any case I'm glad that he is doing his part to help bring attention to this horrible atrocity that affects so many people. I just wish that he would include help line information. You just never know who might be reading and just need that. All in all, this is a great story and is well worth the money. I definitely recommend it.

Gosh I must say, this was a painfully boring read but I persevered to the finish line hoping it would get better, sadly it did not.

I found Kara's character extremely annoying and immature. Yes she suffered with her dad committing suicide, but she came across as self entitled, moody and nasty. The constant reference to her fathers money no longer being available to support her and her education was frustrating. Moaning about how she had to get a job because of this was the icing on the cake. Welcome to the real world hunny!

Too much time was spent at the beginning of the book on Jace's relationship with his father. I personally thought this had no relevance to the storyline. I'm not sure what the writer was trying to achieve here, considering he had nothing to do with Jace's success.

More time needed to be given to Jace and Kara and Kara and Daniels backstory.

Enjoyable, Engaging, Endearing
Surprise Marriage is more of a second chance love story between billionaire Jace and his PA, Kara. They dated briefly in college then separated. Now seven or so years later she’s applied to be A CEO PA not realizing it’s Jace until the day she starts.
The author has them flash back and forth to important dates and dialogue in college with italic font, which I found a little disconcerting when it went on page after page.
There was a stalker in the storyline that I felt did not contribute enough and would have been a good story without him.
Despite those issues, am recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure. I am leaving this review for your consideration. Peace.

Oh boy but the two characters in this book really didnt know the meaning of communication. This was a second chance romance that will have you pulling your hair as both Jace and Kara were just so freaking stubborn and wouldn't show their feelings or tell each other how they felt.
Jace and Kara both come from a wealthy background the difference is that Jace has wanted to do things on his own and made his own fortune and Kara lost everything after the death of her father and has had to postpone her dream of being a lawyer.
There were moments in the book that will have you laughing at the shenanigans of the two after a drunken night in Vegas.
I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book.

Full circle

Initially meeting in college in the protective bubble of wealth, privilege and parent security, Jace and Kara cross paths later in life beyond their youthful innocence. A great story of determination and understanding struggles and working through the curveballs life throws at you. While this was a great read, the author really provides a lot of details and at times I found myself just flipping pages to get to the point. It took me a little longer than usual to finish because it is incredibly backstory specific, internal monologue driven and leaves no bit of information unexplored or explained. I recommend this read as the story and the lessons within are totally worth it.

Beautiful Story

I truly enjoyed this little surprised marriage story. But you know you're just asking for trouble when you mix booze and Vegas. But that's all you are getting from me. I loved all the little details that were provided because it made me feel that I was right there. Think the book was worth reading for this little scene.

Throughout the entire book you could feel the struggles that the characters were going through. Emotions or in Jace's case, lack of. Although I could sense something as I read.

This book did keep you on the edge of your seat. Wondering what was going to happen, was it going to be good or bad. Just pure excitement.

Until Next Time... Tabi
