Sadly, no Capitalism there. Only traces of market economy. And it makes sense, as Weeks is one of those that might consider North Korea savagely Capitalistic. For the rest of the world, the fallacious arguments in this book are about a controlled economy, and how it can't work, no matter how moral Weeks finds the impoverishing of the workers to feed the parasitic class, either the industrialists in Peru, or the academics like Weeks.
