For required reading, this was pretty good. The way it is written allows for easy and quick reading. I still cannot get a complete handle on the 8 Level thing but I assume it is something with what my professor is looking for and not the book.

This was an invaluable read, from cover to cover. I will be on the hunt for many "case study" books like this, it will prove very helpful for mother-to-mother support!
