Woo this is a workout! I used heavier weights. I have been doing bottoms up on and off since the 90s always with great results. I have been back doing it since Jan 2016 again with great results. Definition has a bit higher ratings and since I really love Bottoms up I decided to try this one out and bought it used on amazon for something like a total $8 and that was including shipping. Book was in excellent condition. It is pretty much the same as bottoms up even the pictures are the same but it has a different set up for reps which I actually find made me sweat more and work a bit harder. I like it. I look forward to seeing more changes. I would have been disappointed that it is so similar to bottoms up if I had paid a lot- but I didn't. Glad I got it

Edited to add-- it took me 40 mins to do the entire upper body workout- that is including wonder woman and dragon lady. Also I am skeptical of how many calories JOyce says you burn in 15 mins. She says 210- I will have to wear my heart monitor to truly judge next time. Either way I do feel worked out

Have been using this program off and on for over a 8 years starting from when I picked it up off my parents basement shelf.

Solid introduction to weight training. I like the pyramid system and the supersets. It is also easy to memorize and do in almost any gym you find if you travel. Unlike p90x, or most beach body systems, no DVDs or complicated schedules.

I found that I was using this program the two times I was in the best shape- strongest, most aerobic capacity, leanest. You will get results.

It is missing flexibility so that needs to be added in separately.
