This book is a most valuable tool for any coach. It has been my reading material for my amateur baseball coaching seasons, for over 10 years. It is on desk during my coaching season as handy reference. I found the details given are most helpful in all aspects of the game that a coach needs to know. This is the best book for those of us who seriously want to be among the best amateur coaches.
