I read this book after seeing a presentation Dennis had collaborated with my company on customer service. He brings a lot of humor and common sense into the lessons in this book. Great for anyone; whether you're in Corporate America or own your own enterprise.

I don't like business books, but I liked this one. It appeals to my picky standards.

Disney consistently rates in the lists of the top companies to work for. What is it's secret? Basically, they treat their employees, and their employees treat their customers like important people. while the concepts are basic - treat every question as if it's the first time you've heard it, leave your personal baggage at the door - we often forget to practice them. This is a quick read to remind us that the way to be respected is to treat everyone with respect.

One of my all-time favorites

Since 2010, I have read this book 5 different times. Great lessons can be learned and implemented if you take everything in it seriously! Highly recommended.
