Εναλλακτικός τίτλος: 67 "διακριτικές" (όπου διακριτικές, βλέπε ΑΜΑΝ teleshoping για όποιον θυμάται) τοποθετήσεις προϊόντος. Κι όντως έπρεπε να το είχα πάρει πρέφα από την εισαγωγή όταν ο κύριος James μας συστήθηκε ως εκατομμυριούχος, μετά τον έψαξα στο Γούγλη κι είναι λέει internet entrepreneur, life and business coach, philanthropist, and world traveler with an obsession for mastering every area of life. Κατάλαβες τώρα... Κάτι σαν τη Gwyneth Paltrow χωρίς Όσκαρ.

Έχω μια αλλεργία στη φράση "Recite positive affirmations", ήρθε κι η θεϊκή συμβουλή να κάνω κλύσμα με καφέ (ΤΕΛΕΙΑ ΙΔΕΑ! Πώς δε το είχα σκεφτεί;), το παράτησα και προτείνω το ίδιο να κάνετε κι εσείς αν έχετε την ατυχία να το πετύχετε σε κάποιο ράφι. Αν σας το έκαναν δώρο, κόψτε την καλημέρα σ' αυτόν που σας το χάρισε, αν είναι ο γκόμενος/γκόμενα χωρίστε άμεσα και μην κοιτάτε πίσω.

ETA: Επειδή, όμως, έχουμε και το OCD μας και δε θα μου μπει εμένα η καινούρια χρονιά με βιβλία στη μέση, το τελείωσα. Είχαμε κάτι όμορφα και νιου έιτζ για laws of attraction (και προτείνει το Secret για να μπούμε στο νόημα), κάτι να μουρμουρίζουμε θεραπευτικά μάντρα, κάτι να προσευχόμαστε, λύγισα ο άνθρωπος. Τελική (κι επίσημη) ετυμηγορία: στα σκουπίδια.
Ας μείνω όπως είμαι, χαλασμένος.

My first impression of this book is that straight away 30+ items that are applicable that I
take it for granted in my everyday life.

I see this book as Life changing and compact tips in 80 pages. I am able to see immediate application to my daily life. The book can be completed within an hour. A very easy read. But the value of the books serve as a guidebook that can be re-read multiple times. Outstanding in value. I highly recommend getting hold of this book.

For example when I walk on the ground today, o recall reading another our feet as if it's kissing the feet. We should walk as if to cherish and honor nature and our body. So as we walk 4 pace, we hold in our breath and then exhale 2 laces later and repeat to help oxygenate the body properly.

Loved it!

I have been following Stefan for years on YouTube.
He always gives great advice.
I especially love his morning rituals video!
When I saw this book, it took me 20 seconds to buy it!
I read it as soon as it downloaded.
My favorite part was the mindset rituals.
He has even inspired me to start writing self help. I followed his method of authoring short kindle ebooks after buying kindle marketing secrets. 5 stars!

Whilst I do appreciate some of James’ video on YouTube about personal development and finance but this book is nothing but mediocre about some common morning rituals. Also, a lot of mentioning of his “courses” which is something really irritating. In this day and age, a truly savvy individual will never spend a dime to listen and following these "online market gurus". In this case, James is no exception. Anyways.. do your own due diligences and watch out for these gurus.

I'm a huge fan of Stefan, love his content from Youtube. Found his book on Audible and was really hoping he's narrate it, but the narrator did a good job nonetheless. This is a very short book with tips, I'd have to say that most of them have helped me personally. So to me the book was ok, hence the rating.

This is a very enlightening book about morning rituals and how they affect our lives. The author gives details and resources for each of the 67 rituals. I will definitely be putting some of these into my daily life. This book is a must read for anyone trying to better their lives in any way.

Great Read... To the point!

Great guide and lots of options to install in your morning rituals.. Recommend!! I have been following Stefan for more than 2 years and he always brings value into my life.
