A strange little book. I did find a handful of useful breathing exercises, but there is huge amount of twaddle, mumbo-jumbo and gnostic BS contained within these pages. For example, point 3 to 'strengthen your core' states, " ...exhale the sound 'shhh' three times, directing it to your liver and gall bladder. On the next three exhales make a 'haaaa' sound, directing it to your heart and small intestine". Point 4 continues, "...exhale a gutteral 'Wooo' in the back of the throat and direct it to your spleen". WTF! There are other frankly ludicrous sections titled 'developing psychic skills', 'meeting your spirit guides' and 'attracting your tribe'. There is also the claim that you can alleviate depression by connecting with a young tree and breathing near it. If you're looking for some sensible science supported by medical data to back up the various exercises then you'll be left very sadly disappointed by this offering.
