Good Basics

If you are looking to get started in real estate, this will give you the first steps to take as well as a few guidelines and options for proceeding to build your business. If you’ve been around real estate for awhile, there’s not much new here - but good reminders. If you’re a noob, read it early in your start up timeline. You won’t be disappointed.

The first chapter was elucidating in terms of how to go about market research for properties based off of MLS, Zillow, etc. The book overall goes over the given concept of each chapter and ends with case studies, though most were related to situations for flipping wholesale properties.
