Challenge(s) Accepted!

Truly an inspiring read. Tim’s training philosophy and methodologies are really inspiring. I look forward to completing the challenges in this book...crawling a mile, though!?

Refreshing

The book takes a different perspective on fitness and strength. Practical advice with a minimum of equipment. Could be a good alternative to conventional training.
