I haven’t had much experience reading non-fiction in the Welsh language so I’m grateful to the Dysgu Cymraeg course and the Amdani series for exposing me (& other learners) to these books. They are so so useful and worth their weight in gold for learning to read in Welsh.
With handy vocabulary at the end of the book, detailed an expansive list of words you may encounter but don’t necessarily know. They’re explained in English which is handy.
Also helps I loved Nigel Owens in the snippets I’ve seen of him so it made for easy enjoyment. And it was a good challenge for my reading level too. I found I really enjoyed learning about his life, his career and his travels and it was a great read for Cwrs Canolradd.
