Symphonee was happily planning her wedding to Hassan when they were blindsided by a mind-blowing discovery that shook the foundation of their relationship. Their relationship was actual goals! Hassan was everything!! His devotion to Symphonee was evident in everything he did. I swooned. Symphonee, had to grow on me. She walked in that spirit of entitlement and made Hassan’s circumstances all about her when he needed her the most. She finally got it together but I’m still not over her behavior. The banter between the sisters was funny. I admired the way they handled their differences and kept it real with each other. Great storyline! It was believable,emotional, heartbreaking and shocking. However, I would have appreciated more fleshed out scenes during this story. It seemed rushed and lacking at times. Overall, I enjoyed this book. What a solid beginning .It did set the tone for the series and I definitely wish it was longer.This story ended with a shocking cliffhanger and I eagerly look forward to reading the next story about the youngest Buchanon sister.

LOVED IT
This book was really good. Very well written, great storyline and characters. I loved reading Symphonee and Hassaun story. You definitely get to see that they are deeply in love with each other. Although their relationship was tested by some shocking news, they just became stronger and had each other's back through it all. Now that ending has me wanting to know more about baby sis Lyrhic and what she's gotten herself into.

Too slow and boring
First, let me say I really had high hopes for this read but was hugely disappointed. The heroine, Symphony was acting way too childish for someone of her age, profession, and her position as the middle sister. All of the fussing with her sisters and her personality, made me dislike her. Hassaun was no better. He was a bit slow in my opinion too. If someone is contacted you over social media, why did it take you months to investigate the situation yourself? How is it that someone much younger than you, is obviously smarter than your grown ass!!! Come on!!
This one just didn’t do it for me. Just made me not want to continue reading it.

Sweet
I love a good sweet love story and this fit the description perfectly. Wasn't sure how the story was going to play out but I love how the story unfolded. That Marilyn had me rolling my eyes and sucking my teeth every time she was mentioned. I hope in the other sisters books, we can get a glimpse of hassaun and fatherhood and their marriage. I can't wait to read more about Harmonie and Lhyric and see what is going on their lives.

Wow what a love
Symphony and Hassan are true couples goals and this story was so pure and full of unwavering love that I can’t wait to see what happens next. I swooned over Hassan he is definitely book bae worthy and the vulnerability of Symphony was so heart warming and genuine that I was crying for her through the pain and happiness. I believe this series is going to be epic!

It was a good, quick read but I took one star off because Symphonee was doing the absolute MOST in the beginning of the story. Shit was hard to read. How do you call your sister selfish when your own actions are giving both selfish AND entitled? I was over the whole spoiled brat routine by Chapter Three.
Anyway, I was glad to see things end on a good note with her and Hassaun, but chile what is about to go down with baby sister Lyrhic in the next installment?

Ooh!
That ending got me feigning for book two. Symphonie and Hussaun’s relationship was beautiful and J coming into the picture just made them love him and each other more. J’s grandmother needed her behind beat and a reality check. I can’t believe that she kept him from his dad all of this time. Great book Shantae and I am looking forward to book two.

Great Read!!
It wasn’t my absolute favorite book from her but as always she doesn’t disappoint so you’ll definitely be in for a treat. Im waiting for part 2 impatiently of course lol because the ending was bomb and I’m eager to see what baby sis has going. And I want to know what’s keeping big sis away.

I enjoy reading book one in this series. It's nice to read about two people that love each other no cheating just life In Love. That's what I received from Hassaun and Symphonee story of course they had some drama. It's a very nice read and a great introduction to the Buchanan sisters.

I really enjoyed this story. I happened upon this author and I was pleasantly surprised. I am not going to start trying to spell these names but I like how they resolved their situation. Some of it, I don't know if it would really be that easy but I have faith. I will be looking for more from this author.

Short sweet love story with just the right amount of drama. Symphonee and Hasaun were too cute together. I love how Hasaun was so patient with Symphonee’s dramatic behind. I’m glad they didn’t let anything come between them. Great story.
