Great Collection of WereBears
Any manner of shifters live in Bearpaw Ridge. Bears, wolves, coyotes, panthers, even saber tooth tigers find their way to this shifter haven in Idaho. Even regular people, called Ordinaries, find their way there. And as showcased in the first six books of this series the Swanson Bear Clan is the primary family of the area, protecting their land, family and those they accept as clan. Although you can read this collection without the first six books, it's better to read them all. The stories are heartfelt, family oriented and action packed. The alpha charged were bears of the Swanson family are interesting,,sexy, and varied as both males and females know how to take charge and protect their own. Great, fun, happy ever afters and smoking hot couples make these stories exciting and entertaining.

Wonderful series!
I’ve read both box sets and I highly recommend them.
Hot sexy firefighters finding their loves...their fated mates that their bear picks out. “I want her!”. There is a big family of Grizzly bear shifters, named Swanson and each book is a family member finding everlasting love. I loved the hot sex scenes! Hot stuff.

Has one of the best and one of the worst stories from this series contained in this set.
This has a few short stories in it so not as good value as box set one but I read it through KU.
I enjoy reading about bear shifters and firefighting ones sounded really good.
I had read book 7, SMOKE first and really enjoyed it so grabbed box set 1 to read.
Unfortunately, the standard of the stories is not consistent through all the books.
There is quite a bit of crossover in relationships in this series so best read in order to understand who and what.
6.5 - A WEDDING TO REMEMBER
Ash and Nika are getting married and of course her terrible parents have to be at the wedding.
I am not even sure why Nika has her unstable mother even in her life, let alone at her wedding but she was weak in her own story and has obviously not grown a backbone.
Of course the mother causes a scene.
Hope she is not letting them near her child.
Love the ending with the FBI turning up. Great karma
7 – SMOKE
Best book in the series to me and the first one I read which is why I have spent time reading this series.
Not read any of these books before but found this quite enjoyable.
Liked the characters and the book was interesting from the start.
Not sure if the arsonist being dead is good as they don’t get answers but much safer that way.
Interesting how people always hold someone’s past against them no matter what they do to make amends.
Had a couple of eyeroll moments but overall quite good. A couple of proofreading errors but writing style flows well.
Will be looking to read the rest of this series.
8 - BLAZE
Absolutely the stupidest story I have ever read.
I cannot make up my mind whether to roll my eyes, snigger, or put the book down. In the end it had to be a skim through, just too stupid for me to waste my time on.
It just got worse at how pathetic the heroine was.
The heroine Damaris is a single mother, who part times as an assassin for a mobster. To be truthful, there is nothing redeeming about her at all. Why didn’t she organise an accident for Tony instead.
I think we are supposed to feel sorry for her being a single mum but her daughter is going to private school due to her mother being a murderer.
She meets Dimitri as she is sent to kill him, taking her daughter along as cover. Just a big NO NO.
I just couldn’t carry on and skipped to the last few paragraphs but they were just as bad.
Damaris hasn’t told anyone the truth yet and then she goes off alone to rescue her kidnapped daughter. She is surrounded by bear shifters and she goes alone. TSTL.
8.5 - SOPHIE’S CHRISTMAS PRESENT
Short and sweet. The daughter of Damaris gets a pony for Christmas.
9 - EMBER
Enjoyable though a bit predictable.
Likeable characters but very sad how it starts out with all those unneeded deaths.
Liked Daniel and how protective he was of his nephew and what sort of shifter he was. Very interesting and different.
This all played out well but didn’t do anything I wasn’t expecting.

Really lovely read as I know a bit about these types of things. But being a QLD Aussie, my hubby and I had to laugh at some of the expressions used. We don’t say some of these words, they were more English than Australian.

Still really good but...
I think bingeing this series as I’ve been doing, it gets a little predictable and repetitive. Still an absolute delight to read, don’t get me wrong, but you notice things like the pattern of all the intimate scenes are the exact same, and the underlying current of blanket prejudice and the victims of that prejudice having to be patient till the perpetrators borrow sense... it got a little much at times, and was almost triggering if one saw it as mirroring real racial or ethnic prejudices that exist in homogenous small town communities.
What I did enjoy is how well this series achieves the perfect blend of wholesome and sexy whilst tackling deeper issues around grief, trauma, confidence and self-esteem and healing. This is a continuation of the first Box Set featuring the Swanson brothers. This box set features relatives of the Swanson brothers who were secondary characters in the first Box Set getting their happy endings. The books stand alone well, but at the same time, they are part of a world and certain events are referenced from previous books that might make it weird to jump in without context.

Wow! What a great continuation of a super series!
All in one place. I loved the little additional stories that were added in as well. I read the first batch of Bearpaw Ridge Firefighters a while ago, and then went on to other series. I just happened to see Inferno, and realized I had missed a whole bunch, so I got this box set and Inferno and am so glad I did. I had to go back and re-read the first ones, but boy, is this a super shifter series. I can't wait to read the next one.
This set has two really short bits that add greatly to the enjoyment of the whole thing. All the stories have a fast pace, a positive tone and a character oriented storyline with some action and steamy scenes. The characters, both shifter and "ordinary," are vibrant and endearing and we see them again in following stories. I am going to be keeping an eye out for more by Ophelia Seaton in the future! Enjoy!

all the stories were different and entwined nicely including box set 1.
I liked the sheriff in Danes story but turned off him in Thor's. then really disliked him in Tyler's.
I was hard pressed to like him again by the end of Tyler and Mary's tale.
All the alphas were yummy, the pace moved along and the steam was just as good as all the other stories. Same, same but different.
I won't go for the 3rd boxset...I don't think I want to start a heap of smoke jumpers stories.
Beth Roeg was awesome with all voices and did really well as a solo narrator.
only problem I had was the last story...it was short but unfortunately the H was Aussie...I'm Aussie and the accent via beth was grimacing...sorry Beth but your Australian accent doesn't fly 🤔

This is a fabulous collection of firefighters and their fated mates. At Bearpaw Ridge expect hot, steamy scenes with scorching alpha males who risk their lives everyday as firefighters and the feisty young women who complete them in every way. Plenty of sass and romance and so well written by Ophelia Sexton that has me now reaching for more of her stories as I really enjoyed the wonderful characters and the way they are so easy to read but also kept me coming back for more as they were just so good. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Definitely recommended.

Wow loved the books so worth reading. The hot alpha male bear shifter firefighters, they all have their own remarkable story. They stick together as a clan and have a great friendship in a small community. They all have love for their woman and family and friends that they would do anything to protect them. The book was so worth reading. The love, laughter and a whole lot of fun.

Great series about all kinds of shifters and how they all lived together
This complete series should get 10 stars, you will fall in love with every shifter the first 9 books, the 10 th book is do out soon, this a series that will make laugh, cry, feel like they are a part of your family. Well written inspiring reads. Alpha firefighters and the women they love. Protecting family and community and friends. The serious situations they solve makes these really good reads. They are exciting, suspenseful, emotional, surprising and so much more. A great set of books well worth reading. I received a review copy from booksprout and voluntarily review it.

Emotion overload
Oh my goodness. So many emotions. I didn't know how much more my heart could take. This series ended on an extremely emotional high note and I loved every bit of it. Ophelia did not disappoint with this box set. I am hoping we hear a lot more about Bearpaw Ridge and it's amazing families.

Great stories. I love the romance in these books. I love that they are in a set and you can just keep reading about all the characters you fall in love with!! Fireman are soo sexy and she doesn’t disappoint with that.

** I highly recommend reading the books in the first boxset first... you get to know all the characters and all their stories intertwine together**
Amazing shifter stories!! Unlike most this one has all types of shifters from bears to wolves to saber tooth and jaguars!! Ophelia is an amazing author who captivates you from the very beginning!!

A set of well written stories that follow one family of bear shifters living in Bearpaw Ridge.
A series of spicy action and solid family connections, with some outside trouble rolling through, that the bear shifters take care of. Best part is lots of family love and togetherness, and hot sexy romances.

This is a nice little set of paranormal romances. They’re easy to read with only a few errors. The characters are friendly and relatable (if they weren’t shape shifters). There is heat in the stories and action. If you’re looking for a simple set of “reads” consider these. There are sexual scenes that may offend some readers.

Audiobook review - Both box sets are full of classic PNR romance tales. Shifter families finding their fated mates, feeling accepted and building a community. If you are a shifter fan, you'll like these family-centric, low heat, insta-love tales with memorable characters.
