I've loved the Drabblecast for a long time - I haven't been part of their online forum community, but those folks have a lot of overlap with the Escape Artists community, and the fact that these five podcasts have survived as listener supported endeavors so successfully for over a decade should be convincing evidence of both their quality and their consistency.
This anthology was offered as a Kickstarter reward for backers - and yes, you clever evolved ape, that means I was an enthusiastic backer. It contains short, weird stories by some real heavy hitters: Eugie Foster, Jay Lake, Robert Reed... you get the idea.
The only thing missing from this anthology is the soothing voice of ol' Uncle Norm - but that's only in the literal aural sense, because his introductions and his editorial acumen are all over this volume.
I'm not sure how easy it will be to get hold of a copy of this, though if you go to the Drabblecast.org you should be able to find the free, audio versions of each story in the archives. If you like that, you should definitely consider supporting the show, and asking about acquiring a copy in the community forum.
tl;dr - if you like weird, you'll probably like this.
