Bleeding Gums

Rate this book
Most of us suffer from gum disease — also called pyorrhea or periodontitis — often without knowing it. Untreated it can lead to surgery, dentures, strokes, heart attacks, blocked arteries, pneumonia, diabetes and even premature birth. Yet bleeding gums can be cured, loose teeth tightened and surgery avoided with simple tools, household chemicals and a few minutes a day of home care. I know. It happened to me. Before costly and painful surgery was necessary, though, I was lucky enough to hear about Dr. Paul H. Keyes and the techniques he had developed. After he diagnosed me and told me what to do within weeks my symptoms disappeared. That was many years ago, and the disease has been kept at bay ever since. There is nothing outlandish about his program; some elements of it have been known for centuries. But he discovered how and why they worked and put them all together into a system that has worked for millions and can work for you. The cost to you is trivial, mainly amounting to ten or fifteen minutes of your time every day. The purpose of this book is to convince you to invest that time, day in and day out. Dr. Keyes gave generously of his time and advice during its writing, although any errors remaining are, of course, my own.
