This was a very interesting book, and it was so cool to find out more about one of my favourite players! In my opinion, the writing itself wasn't always the most professional, but all the stories and content were amazing! The fact that the author has known Neil personally since childhood adds such a nice touch to this book as well; we get a perspective that very few people could have given! I also really respected his honesty in the rant at the end about the current Sens lol (at the time of reading this book I really agreed with it, but now writing this review in 2023, things have thankfully changed). It was sad to relive the terrible way his career ended, but I feel like the author wrote about it perfectly, adding some shocking behind-the-scenes insight. Very fun and informative read!

If you are a huge Chris Neil fan, I would highly recommend this quick read! Although the writing itself could have used more thorough editing, it is filled with great anecdotes of Chris' life. I thoroughly enjoyed learning more about one of my favourite hockey players!
