Interesting read, had to adapt as American doctor but at least he's througher. Took some absorbing of the essential information but in the end I got the gist. We really need to be more aware of out food, where it comes from how it's cooked & eat slowly. I'm hoping to follow his advice 🤞some very useful tips also I hope when the time comes I can cope with the endoscopy (nasal for me I think) a good read but little & often as in food taking.
