On paper, he's perfect. In real life, he's even better. From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, S.L. Scott, comes a new compelling Standalone Suspense Romance that has been called "Best of 2019" and "Heart-stoppingly Beautiful." Winter Nobleman is complicated. To say the least. It was supposed to be simple. Go to Paris, find a client’s daughter, and close a multi-million-dollar deal. Easy. Then I meet her. Stormy blue eyes, quick wit, and the secrets she keeps on the tip of her tongue make me forget my mission for a moment, or six, and why I’m in Paris in the first place—to bring her home. Distracted by her beauty, I fail to notice the others lurking with missions of their own. Bennett Everest is the twist I never saw coming. Talk about perfect timing. He steals my breath the first time I see him and breathes hope back into my heart. He’s a giant in my eyes, a king among men with patience and love to share in spades. Six foot three. Whiskey-colored eyes. Solid gold on the inside. Despite the dirty deeds of my past, he sees the person I am meant to be and not the person I have become. If the lies don’t kill us, will the truth set us free?

This book is for true lovers of romance! Force of Nature sucked me in and held me captive until the very last page. There's suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat. A unique, strong, feisty heroine. And the hero! Gah! He's an alpha hero that you will fall head-over-heels for. Seriously. Take my word for it. And the banter! We can't forget the banter. It's quick and charming and witty—I loved these scenes more than anything ... besides the plot. It's fresh and original. You haven't read this book before. Five stars from me!
I hope everyone who has one loves it as much as I loved writing FORCE of NATURE. Also, there is a signed paperback giveaway happening on the FORCE of NATURE page. Make sure to check that out and add the book to GR: Force of Nature
S.L. Scott has delivered another amazing story that had me on edge again and again. Just when I thought it was safe to breathe, more action, more drama, more surprises take hold. This book never slows down and never stops delivering the awesomeness.
She has taken an everyday romance and expanded it way past my expectations. It is far more than a boy meets girl, boy falls for girl romance. The intricacies of this storyline kept me glued to the pages with shock and awe. She amazed me with all the tidbits she threw in that were clues and would lead to more throughout the book. Every detail was well thought out, every piece of this story had a purpose, an explanation, a special place in the puzzle. Every step of the way there is meaning behind the events and as the story unfolds, the reader is pulled into a world of deceit, and lies, secrets, and above all, love. A love that rises to the surface and shines on Bennett and Winter like the very Force of Nature that they both are.
Bennett Everest has earned his stripes as an Everest and is a force to be reckoned with, and like his brothers, he has fallen—fallen in love—three down, none to go! Bennett Everest is every woman’s dream man with his caring soul, protectiveness, and loyalty to family. Not only does Winter recognize what is missing in her life through him, but I think the author may have awakened a few readers minds on this aspect of life as well.
Bennett has a great sense of humor and is super charming. He loves to toss that charm in Winter’s direction to make her laugh and get a playful rise out of her. This is why Bennett is so lovable and one of the best book boyfriends ever. One of my favorite moments was this one: I’m about to drop this towel . . . “Are you going to watch, or you want to give a guy a little privacy?” “You have something to hide, movie star?” Laughing feels good and lightens the mood. “Nope, nothing to hide, sweetheart.” The towel falls, and she sits straight up. Her fair is a mess as her eyes go wide, absorbing the full picture. For a woman who can have her choice of any man, she acts like this is the first time she’s seen one naked. “Need some extra time to take in . . . well, the extra?”
Bennett never stops showing Winter that she matters and that he cares about her, that she is worthy of that love, and all her feelings are important. She is a lioness, his cactus thorn, and they belong together. His words are always meaningful, well thought out, and exactly what Winter needs to hear. He shows his romantic and protective side along with his devotion with phases like this: “I won’t hurt you, not ever… I can’t erase the past. I can only promise you the future and thatI’m waging my life on…I’m not going anywhere except where you go, sweetheart.” I also loved this one:
“Give me something, like which wall do I have to hurt for banging you up?”
Bennett Everest may be my absolute favorite Everest's. He is brave and wears his hear on this sleeve. He sees what he wants, what he needs, to make himself complete, and he doesn’t stop until he has her. Winter and Bennett are a match made in heaven, the force and pull of the universe bringing them together. This was a great story that I totally recommend. Whatever Everest brother book you start with, you can’t go wrong. They may be better read in order, but it is not necessary. Your life will be enriched but the love that pours out of these boys. Their women are very lucky indeed!
To say that I have been eagerly awaiting for this book is an understatement. For weeks now, this author has been giving little snippets of this amazing story via pictures on social media. Each picture lured me in because they were aesthetically sublime. I figured that they were there to just build up the anticipation and would help enhance the story even though I know from experience that this author doesn't need any help because she always creates an amazing story. However, I was wrong. These pictures DID help her story but not in the way that I thought they would. It was as if by seeing those pictures the story came even more alive. Each scene in the book took on a new life. If I closed my eyes I could see the pictures and words become one as the story unfolded. This was MAGIC.
I need to preface this review that while Bennett could "technically be considered part of series following his brother's book, it is completely a standalone. I have adored these brothers from the beginning. I was always told to not pick favorites but I couldn't help myself. Bennett was always going to be my favorite. After reading this book, I can see why. He made my jaded heart into a believer that love can be selfless. He was this mountain of a man that lived up to his last name. Winter. This poor damaged girl with a warriors spirit and resilience. Together, they made me melancholy for Paris and also made me shake my fist at the Universe for not letting me experience love like this when I spent a summer there.
This book is filled with love, suspense, and secrets. However, it ultimately showed that love can always overcome any obstacle. This book is hands down my favorite of the brothers and in the top three of ALL of her books. I cannot recommend this book enough.
Love at first site romance make me swoon and this is definitely one of those. Winter has you laughing at her personality but also proud of her at her strength! Bennett is one alpha man and is suppose to watch over Winter but he’s stuck on protecting her and doesn’t matter who or what it is. Intense at times but damn is this book good! Loved every page 5/5 stars
Force Of Nature is such an apt name for this book. This book rocked my world with such force. Bennet is so so sexy and romantic. He’s THE best book boyfriend. Winter is his perfect match. She is fierce. This is a longish book but it needs to be to tell this story. Romance, suspense, twists and turns abound in this book. The writing is phenomenal. This book is written with so much heart! It’s an incendiary tale that takes you on a roller coaster ride!
When Bennett Everest is dispatched to Paris to find his client's daughter to close a multi-million dollar deal, he has no idea he's about to meet, and fall for, a strong, amazing woman. "She's the flower that grew from the rubble. The rainbow that broke through the storm. She's extraordinary."
Winter has never had love in her life with the exception of her mother's, but when Bennett strolls up to her and into her life, she recognizes what she's been missing, and then finds it with him. But there are forces outside of them who have plans for Winter, and Bennett will need to be at his alpha best if he plans on keeping the woman he's falling for around. Is he up to the challenge? Damn straight, he is, after all, an Everest...
Move over Ethan and Hutton because the final Everest brother is here and he is the best Everest yet! Bennett is so loving and fiercely protective, and the way he loves Winter is what romance is made of. And Winter, whew, this woman's a true warrior woman, just like her mother told her she was. The way they fell in love, with the backdrop of suspense and mystery, each page kept me on the edge of my seat and had my heart swooning. And let's not forget the cameo mentions of Johnny Outlaw and the Crow Brothers, some of my favorite rockstars 🎸💖 I always say how much I love the characters, primary and secondary, in Suzie's writing, and I always mean it, but this time I mean it more. Bennett and Winter are such an amazing couple, full of depth and heart, individually, and especially as a couple. And the people that surround, and love, them just make their world all the better. Kudos Suzie on this more than 5 ⭐ love story!!
Beautiful locations, intriguing, mysterious, gorgeous woman and stunningly handsome man. Not a bad way too start out a story. That’s just the beginning. It only gets better and better from there. This book delivers it all; mystery, romance, suspense, intrigue, great food ( it made me hungry and salivating at times lol), witty banter, beautiful people and hateful people, an intricate plot, made me tear up, touched my soul, and delivered the spice and heat in a emotional way. Can you tell I loved this book?
Bennett, is the guy we all need to have in our life. Thank goodness for books because I don’t think men like this exist. I’m not dissing men but this guy wow, just WOW. Winter, stunningly gorgeous, complicated, determined, struggling, mysterious, and giving. Life has not been kind to her, but she doesn’t give up.
One of the best parts of the books is that we get to meet up with all the Everest Brothers again and their better halves. They’re as fabulous as they were in their own books. Plus we get to run into some devious and truly reprehensible characters.
One of my favorite aspects of this book is the dialogue. I don’t do spoilers but I do love fresh dialogue that’s not recycled so I’m hoping the author doesn’t mind if I put one of my favorite paragraphs here. It’s not lovey dovey it’s just fresh and original and made me smile. “Yeah, so you say, but a little bread and a few happy pounds won’t turn me away.” “Happy Pounds? That’s good stuff right there.” Later on in story another line. “Bennett?” I whisper. “You make me want to eat pasta again.” No it’s not the most romantic but it’s fresh, original and so darn cute. It made me smile.
This book takes you on an emotional journey of self discovery, self forgiveness and tenacity. This book is one of my favorites of 2019. You should do yourself a favor and read this book. You deserve it! If for no other reason than to meet Bennett but believe me there are so many reasons to read this story too many to enumerate. To the author I say well done and thank you!
S.L. Scott did an amazing job of building the romance while increasing suspense in this story. For the first half of Bennett and Winter’s story, I felt like I was watching a sweet and swoony destination romance with the beautiful Paris scenery as the backdrop.
The instant connection between Ben and Winter was tangible to me. They had such an easy going feel between them that sparked and startled both characters. Neither wanted to ignore it, and slowly they built it into something so much stronger.
As they grew closer the suspense built until I was practically biting my nails - I was so on edge. Bennett and his brothers swooped in like the charismatic protectors they are and joined forces to take down the bad guys and free Winter from the invisible shackles that have kept her from reading living and fulfilling her every potential. With Bennett by her side, he proved her the support she needed to stand tall and fight back. Her strength was incredible and she handled it all with such grace.
I’ve only read S.L. Scott’s rockstar series’ and I was impressed and captivating with how she kept me enthralled and in suspense with this novel. The characters were endearing and sweet and likeable. I just adored everything about them.
My only issue- and it’s minor- is that I hadn’t realized this was also connected to two previous novels. Bennett’s brothers found their loves in EVEREST and BAD REPUTATION. Had I known, I would have preferred to read their stories before Bennett’s. I like to read in chronological order.
4.5 stars “”When I’m with you, I’m the person I want to be.””
This book is soooooo cute! I fell in love with Bennett and Winter within the first few chapters. It was so easy to open up to them and let them into my readers life. Reading this book made me smile constantly because it simply made me happy. And Bennett tried really hard to steal Ethan’s crown as my king of book boyfriends. He almost succeeded, but well, only almost 😉
”Gray can’t hold a candle to his sun. His six-foot-three frame has solid gold insides.”
Bennett and Winter are a power couple. Sexy, cute, with attraction off the charts. Showing off relationship goals, these two make me whirl around in their fire where heat and pure chemistry captivated me and connected me with their love. Tbh sometimes it comes off as a little too cheesy, but hey what romance reader doesn’t love some cheese here and there? 😃
””Your eyes tell the story of your past pain, but your lips kiss me like there’s no tomorrow.”
Both characters are charming, strong, careing and clever with wit. Please go and experience them for yourself. Their story is as much entertaining as it is thrilling. It has a perfect pace and balances the lovestory and action like no other.
””Love is seeing someone and realizing they’re your soul mate. We weren’t just two people attracted to each other. We were two souls drawn together.””
Force of Nature is a suspenseful intriguing story that captures you with its beautiful descriptive writing and wraps you up in an epic tale of love.
Another amazing book by Suzie. I love your heroes, because that's what they really are. Everests are wonderful men, even though I still haven't read Ethan's story, which I really need to asap. So back to the Bennet. He is amazing! So caring and sweet and thoughtful. Even though he is loaded he is not cocky and unattainable. Winter is amazing woman, but her luck has ran out. Or she never did have it. She had a shitty life until she met Bennet. He changes her world for the better. The story is wonderful and full of action. If it weren't for a life getting in they way od reading I would have finished it in one sitting. Story is about a second chance in life - you really have to be stubborn and stand up for yourself, because no one else will. When you get to that point you can start searching for something more, or should I say someone to have by your side. Winter is stubborn and that is what gets her through her toughest experiences. Another Everest brother that you have to meet! I received an earc from the author and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
S.L. Scott has crafted a heart-stopping exquisite story that completely blew me away. Force of Nature is a suspenseful, thrilling, sexy and romantic love story.
From the moment Bennett and Winter meet there are twists and turns and angst in their story. Their chemistry is undeniable and just pours out of the pages. I loved how one minute their relationship was fun and flirty with quick-witted banter and then the next breath it was intensely sensual and sexy.
This book delivers everything; beautiful locations, romance, mystery, intrigue and witty banter. Together with an intricate plot and emotional spice and heat which S.L. Scott always perfects in her writing.
This is a tale of an emotional journey of discovering one’s self, self-forgiveness and tenacity, not to mention filled with suspense, secrecy and love. However, it ultimately demonstrated that true love can always overcome any obstacle. Winter and Bennett's story was unique and incredible, flawlessly written and beautiful. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.
This third book in the Everest Brothers is Bennett and Winter’s story. This is such a wonderful love story with all the feels. Although it begins on lies (based on omission) their love at first sight is not. Author SL Scott has done a wonderful job writing this book of love, lust, attraction, deceit, humor, intensity…a lot of feelings wrapped up in this one! There were so many parts of this book I so deeply enjoyed! This book is the perfection of wavering thoughts and second guessing one’s self. I should tell her. I need to tell her. I can’t lie to her. I shouldn’t.
The characters in Force of Nature are very wonderfully written…so much that I wanted to throat punch a character or two (however, the characters took care of them for me…haha). It mostly takes place in Paris, where Everest is sent by Winter’s father to bring her back home. There is family conflict, struggle, and verbal/mental abuse in this one as well. A great read! LOVED it! 5 stars!
Bennett and Winter are a force to be reckoned with!
It's still late March, but I know this book is on Top 10 list this year!
I finished it for a while now, but I couldn't find the right words to describe what it meant to me and what I felt. This book is a standalone between Bennett Everest and Winter Nobleman, but it's connected to Everest (Ethan Everest and Singer Davis) and Bad Reputation (Hutton Everest and Ally Edwards). But don't you worry, because if you haven't read the previous books, you can totally get the plot. The book is really centered around Bennett and Winter, but the other ones are a great plus.
Since I started the story I was hooked. This was not a jumping-the-gun love story, their feelings had space to grow, but their connection was so incredible. From their first words to each other, I could feel their chemistry and a bond so deep and so tangible I could almost touch it.
Their banter and their conversation were profound as if they knew each other forever, even if they had just met. They had an intelectual intimacy that was so rare not just in real life, but in books too.
It was like bonding souls, something that you can not deny and you can't let go. You need to explore it because you don't find that every day, and if you are lucky enough to find it one day in your life, you have to grab on to it!
"And that's when I realize that we may not have been together our whole lives, years, months, or even weeks, but my heart recognized hers the moment I laid eyes on her. Taking the day we've had and adding them to this feeling that we've known each other for a lifetime and cared about each other longer, it's easy for me to believe"
Their story was somehow fast, but the way the story was told showed us that it took the necessary time to grow and create roots. I believed in their connection, I bouthg their chemistry, I cherished their love, that was fed through the toughest of times. But in the middle of winter, their feelings were a force of nature that couldn't be contained (all puns intended).
For some books, when you have so much about the hero and heroine, you get bored and tired, you need a change of pace, a new scenery. But in this book, the majority of the scenes were about the main couple, and that was what I wanted!
I loved seeing the other Everest brothers and their loved ones, they added color to the already artistic plot, but Bennett and Winter set the pace and stole every scene, and I wanted them, and I wanted more, and I wanted it all, I wanted to soak them up and feel everything they were feeling, either good or bad.
"As we lie here, words aren't needed as an unspoken contract seals us together. In the golden light of the afternoon sunshine, I start to fall. Slowly at first, and then as if I've cannonballed into the bliss, I feel light and free to swim in this love because his heart is mine, and mine is his"
Bennett, the youngest Everest, was totally climbable (that's a word). He was sharp and smart, he was fast in his banter and playing with words. He was also protective and caring, he was loyal almost to a fault and he wore his heart in his sleeve. He embraced Winter with all his heart, because that's how he does things, giving everything he is. He supports, he believes, he encourages, he gives you the strength you need to fight your battles, but he fights them with you.
"Gray days can't hold a candle to his sun. His six-foot three frame has solid gold insides"
Winter, my favorite season, represents it perfectly. Strong, intense, chilling but cozy, sharp but snuggling, she has the force of destruction of a winter storm, but she also gives you the comfort of a great book and cup of hot chocolate. She is powerful and beautiful and oh so intriguing. It's not about the sun and the light. It's about the storm, the strong weather, the strength you need to survive. It's about being the only color on a gray day.
"I thought I had everything and then you came along and turned my gray days blue"
Oh, and another great character: Paris! The city had a life of its own and was fundamental to the story, and I was so absorbed in it culture, its beauty, its romance, la vie en rose.
As the plot went on and we knew more about Bennett and Winter (specially her story and background), I was more and more addicted. The story started already intense and with so many feelings, and in a crescendo so much more feelings started to take place all at the same time. But don't get me wrong, it was't a mess of emotions, it was a poignant sinfony.
Winter had to endure so much, but she didn't loose her humanity and empathy because of that. On the contrary, she was strong enough to put her own safety in jeopardy to help someone she thought needed a hand and their loved ones.
The book also showed about how the abuse can wreck you and cheat you into thinking you are the one to blame. The abuse reaches so many levels, and it was shown to us in a sensible way.
Bennett and Winter's story was about strength, love, forgiveness (specially of youself), family (the real one), cumplicity, loyalty, connection.
Bennet was a knight. Winter was a warrior. Bennett was a force of nature. Winter was a force to be reckoned with. And together they exploded.
An Everest in the Winter? They were a match made in heaven.
*** I received an advanced copy and chose to review it *** ** 100% spoiler-free review ** * 5 incredible stars *
Wow......just W.O.W.!!!! S.L. Scott has once again delivered a heart-stoppingly beautiful story that completely blew me away. Force of Nature is a sexy, suspenseful, thrilling and romantic love story which is not to be missed. It's the third book in the Everest Brother's series but reads as a 100% complete standalone. Reading of prior books is not necessary but it will certainly enhance the reading experience. *Full disclosure, I have yet to read the first book, Everest but plan to go back and do so because I NEED to know Ethan and Singer's story! So if you haven't read prior books, don't worry....you can jump right into Force of Nature with no problem.
Force of Nature is Bennett Everest and Winter Nobleman's story and it will keep you up late into the night flipping pages as the story unfolds. Scott sets the stage for amour and whisks us away to the City of Lights with her beautifully descriptive words. Paris is the perfect backdrop for the passionate start for these two characters. I swooned something fierce for the romantic Bennett. He will literally sweep you off of your feet just as he did with Winter. Bennet and Winter have insane chemistry and it was something that I could really feel jumping off of the pages. I loved how one minute their relationship was full of fun, flirty banter and then the next minute it was intensely sensual and sexy.
As Bennett and Winter fall in love, secrets and danger lurk at every turn. The darkness comes and, at times, will shock readers. I was amazed at all of the twists and turns the story took! I couldn't put my Kindle down because I HAD to know what was going to happen! I wanted to savor every minute but at the same time, I was racing through to find out what was to come for Bennett and Winter. Scott executed this story perfectly! With stellar writing and the kind of plot that you instantly connect with, it was everything I love in a story and more. 5 stars for Force of Nature!
Holy BANANAS!!! I'm speechless....I'm bursting with ALL. THE. FEELS!! Bennett Everest is my new book boyfriend, that's a hard title to reach. His charm is insurmountable. The shear size of his heart is indescribable. This man is PURE LOVE. Just bursting at the seams with love, devotion, passion, and loyalty. There is no other like him. SL Scott has just BLOWN MY MIND with Force of Nature. Her books are getting BETTER and BETTER!! Leaving me swooning, holding onto my last breath, and never wanting to let go of this old world love story.
After taking a few minutes after turning the last page, I feel like I've just devoured a romantic suspense movie. Black and white scenes replay through my mind like a movie highlight reel. An old world romance, with the city of love as their playground, lost in shadows of danger, intrigue and love at first sight. This book is INCREDIBLE. Each scene, each chapter is EPIC, the writing on ANOTHER LEVEL. You FEEL every moment of Bennett and Winter together, from their first chance meeting to the conclusion of their whirlwind love story.
Never have I read a heroine like Winter, a warrior in the making, she truly grew and developed into an outstanding woman. Force of Nature absolutely captured my attention, I'm still reeling after the last page. Every twist and turn, an emotional roller coaster will have you holding your breath until all is revealed. I LOVED EVERY PAGE!!! Force of Nature is one of my TOP READS OF 2019 - this romance makes my heart SING!!! Bennett has now joined the ranks of top book boyfriend material with his dreamy brothers, Hutton and Ethan. These men will steal your heart!
So, I may have stayed up until 3:30 in the morning to finish this book on a night when the next morning I had to wake up at 6:30. I also had zero regrets about it, because this book is that good. If you are looking for a good, solid romance that is going to sweep you up in it. This is it. It’s the kind of book you are legitimately sad to see it end. It is also the kind of book that you flip it back to the beginning and read again because you aren't ready to leave these characters behind and maybe you missed something on your first read through. So you read it once more to luxuriate in the story and the characters a little longer.
Bennet is the kind of hero that you fall in love with hard. He's got that alpha-male thing, but he's got a marshmallow core when it comes to the people he loves and it makes you love him even more. He’s self-assured, strong and passionate. Such an extraordinarily wonderful hero needs an equally spectacular heroine and you will not be disappointed in Winter. Winter Nobleman is quirky, spirited, fierce, and relatable. I can’t say enough about how much I love Winter from start to finish. She’s like this breath of fresh air heroine that I needed to read about. Then you put them together and you have love and playful banter.
Their love story is fresh and compelling. You simply cannot help but root for these two. The suspense in this book will keep you on the edge of your seat and it takes you on quite the adventure, and you get to visit Paris with these two what could be better?
SL Scott has intrigued readers once again with Force of Nature. Bennett and Winter create such a story I didn't want to put it down. Bennett- the amazing guy he is, as those other Bennett boys we love... completes falls for Winter. Winter is full of mystery, wanting to make herself feel loved and supported by her family but her past mistakes have gotten in the way.
This book has romance we all love, mystery that keeps readers on their toes and characters you just want to be friends with. I love the connection of Singer, Ally and Winter in this book. The powerful Bennett brothers who know their pasts affect their future but they are totally there for those they love.
Bennett and Winter grow together as a couple through this book... and how they get to happily ever after is full of twists and turns, connections, the power of love and yes a Force of Nature!
Force of Nature is a mysterious intriguing story set against the backdrop of a beautiful romantic love story. As I read the book I could picture the scenes so vividly thanks to the stunning photos the author shared. The writing was beautifully descriptive I felt like I was in Paris with them falling in love.
Bennett made my little old heart flutter, he's witty and charming, strong and supportive. I defy you not to fall under his spell. Winter is my new girl crush. You know something is very wrong in her life but she is fighting the only way she knows how. Her strength of character shines just as much as her vulnerability. They have undeniable chemistry, I just loved then as a couple. Their verbal sparring is a kind of foreplay it's fun and flirty. There is danger lurking for both of them which happily brings past characters into the story.
If your a romantic like me you will fall in love with this book.
I've waited to for what seems like forever to read this story, it was worth every second. I had a hard time putting it down. Just when you THINK you know where this is heading. Who Winter and Bennett are as people. The shoe drops and you find yourself saying (well least I did lol) OMG REALLY! And that's just the first few chapters! You do get extra bonus's throughout the book. Little mentions of a certain yummy book bf rock star. A few great scenes of the other yummy Everest's. All of it just adds up to a really great book! I freakin LOVED IT. I think you will too!
Force of Nature is exactly that. Bennett Everest is everything I love in a book boyfriend. His charm and calm nature are the perfect compliment to Winter Nobleman's sharp wit and fierceness. S.L. Scott writes some of the most engaging and emotional love stories and takes suspense to a new level in Force of Nature
5Stars What a fabulously well-written story, that flowed naturally to keep you as the reader captivated. It was a masterpiece of wonderfully colourful characters that SL Scott is known for bringing us with her books. A quick trip to Paris to bring a wayward daughter home to her father to seal a multi-million dollar deal... seems straight forward enough for Bennett, that is until he meets Winter! Nothing is as simple as he first thought... the more time he spends with Winter he feels there is more to this lady and the assignment, and the truth will call to his protective nature. An action-packed story that will keep you on the edge until the very end.

4.5Stars Wow! What a fantastic and brilliantly thought out story. I was reeled in hook line and sinker and really couldn't put this suspense-filled book down. I just love it when a book stays in your mind and you just have to ignore the world and read on. Yes, this may well but full of suspense but my god was there a beautiful love story weaved throughout it.
Now I was a little sceptical when I started, I couldn't see just how this would work, after the other books but work it did. Bennett and Winter's story is one that makes you swoon just like you did when you read the other Everest brothers books. But I couldn't see how this relationship would work. Well, work it did. Sometimes you just know and have to take a chance.
This book isn't all pretty and fluffy stuff. It is full of heartache, betrayal and loneliness that makes you cry so hard for Winter. Her family are no one I would ever want to meet. Apart from one of them but you'll have to see who. I was so pleased when the rest of the Everest clan opened their arms and lives up for this woman who was more than a little lost and alone.
I absolutely recommend this brilliant book and series for that matter. Everyone needs an Everest in their lives. And with this lot, you'll get three.
Winter is truly a warrior and a self made intelligent woman. Bennett is charming and a protector by heart. What I liked most is that Bennett quickly recognized that Winter's self esteem has been diminished, taken to the ground and he works effortlessly to nurture it back to life. I loved that she appreciated the little gestures even more than the big ones. The simple things make her happy. With Bennett she feels loved and treasured which coming from a man, it feels like a new discovery to her. Plus also liked her character because a hurt soul like hers identifies and connects with others not to feed on them but to elevate them. Even if it is at her expense.
This book has a bit of everything. Action, passion, a lot of sweetness and it even has a bit of cheesiness but in a good way. With good heated moments too. The story manged to get me desperate at times. You know when you are watching a movie and are arguing with the TV screaming "NO don't go there! Don't do that!"? I had those moments here. Because I wanted them to be smarter at some situations. And the curios part about that statement is that my desire for them to be smarter was not attributed to them making bad decisions all the time. Not at all. It is because I was that invested in the story and I didn't want them in harms way. But good thing they did not listened to me because at every turn there is one extra detail needed to unravel the story. One more hurdle to jump over for their love to solidify.
SL Scott delivers on all levels in this romantic suspense! Not only do we get a feisty, strong heroine in Winter, Bennett rivals all book boyfriends with his swoony, flirty, fun loving ways. The two of them together are pure heat and their attraction to one another bounces off the pages. Their connection is quick and fierce, but it's obvious in more ways than one that they're hearts are meant to be aligned to one another. But will the secrets they're both hiding stand in their way of happily ever after and tear them apart?!?!
This isn't your typical hearts and flowers romance. Their is mystery, twist and turns that keep you guessing every step of the way. All of these questions draw you into their world and there is no way you're getting out until you know the truth of Winter and Bennett's fate. You will be engrossed until the very end.
We're also lucky enough to spend more time with the other Bennett brothers, Ethan and Hutton. It's an Everest explosion of hot, alpha-men that you just can't get enough of. These men and their strong women are a force to be reckoned with. Traveling to Paris and New York with Bennett and Winter was an adventure you don't want to miss out on!
Holy freaking cow! I lived this book and was hooked from the first few pages until the last! Winter and Bennett's story was flawlessly written and beautiful. Their story was unique and so incredible. Can't recommend this book highly enough!
This is absolutely my favorite romantic suspense of 2019! SL Scott has it all in this incredible story. I fell in love with big brother Ethan in his book Everest, which was another angsty and amazingly emotional book. And of course there is charming brother Hutton in Bad Reputation who gets his girl in a big way and I thought the swoon factor was high there. But nope, Bennett Everest is a Force of Nature and Is.The.Most.Perfect.Book.Boyfriend.Ever!!!!!!! This story captures you from the very first words and doesn't let go until the beautiful ending. The connection between Bennett and Winter is so romantic and flirty, it's like watching a movie having them wander around Paris together. The suspense is intense, so much so, it feels again like a movie, something out of the Bourne Identity Series! The brothers, Singer and Ally all make you want to be a part of their family so it's understandable how Winter feels so loved by how genuine they all are. This book will easily become you next favorite read!!!
⚜Rate: ★★★★★
English: I'm really speechless. This book deserves more than 5 stars. "Force of Nature" is the third book of the Everest brothers, but they can really be read as stand-alone as I did, but I have to read the others already because I want to know more about the other brothers. This book has it all, romance, a little comedy, suspense, drama, action, and family with very strong ties.
Bennett Everest had a job to do, to bring back the daughter of a great multimillionaire to sign a multimillion-dollar agreement with Everest Media, so he has to go to Paris, take Winter and take her with him to the US. An extremely easy job until he puts his eyes on her. He wants to tell her the truth about why he's in Paris, but he's afraid of losing her. Winter Nobleman has made big mistakes lately that have put her in trouble in Paris and she is afraid. While spending time together, they both cannot resist their attraction to each other, but Willow runs when he thinks Bennett has lied to him about what he is doing in Paris. She can't leave Paris, but circumstances are favorable when she has to avoid danger and Everest is by her side to help her.
Bennett Everest is every woman's dream man with his safety and his protection as well as his loyalty to the family. I loved the way Winter was protected from everything and kept her back when she was the one taking control of her family's situation. He also has a sense of humor and at the beginning of the book when it came out, I couldn't take a smile off my face, just like Winter had it. I loved the way he told Winter that she was valuable and important and not how she felt. Winter is all that is needed in a protagonist, she was a warrior but she also felt weak and guilty. All the secrets she hides make her a mysterious woman, but at the same time she needs to take all that weight off her shoulders. Choosing Paris was perfect in this novel to idealize the romantic part when they moved through the city and even the Eiffel tower at night. ⚜Rate: ★★★★★
