A great concept for a cookbook, the strengths are a wide array of recipes offered in the golden hour and across a vibrant swath of cultures. The downside for me is that it tends toward bar foods, I don't drink, and toward the non-vegetarian side. beautiful book, well executed and lavishly photographed. It really is an ode to the magic of place.

I enjoyed this cookbook more than expected! I want to cook almost everything in here. Not much for mains, but mostly small plates/tapas. Yum!
