Buzzword-free, condensed and insightful. Highly recommended for b2b marketers. I especially enjoyed the chapters and tips on internal marketing and its role in the whole marketing strategy at Drift. I also admire the fact that authors focused on marketing essentials instead of tools&tactics-centric approach.

A real conversation with Drift Team

This book is a good guide for understanding about Digital Marketing. Authors are explicit and natural when explain each topic and you feel in a real conversation. Easy to read.

Great, simple read for businesses of all stages!

I liked how simple and clear the teachings from this book were and will certainly recommend this book to others looking to refocus their customer acquisition and engagement efforts!

Lots of actionable and hands-on stories/hacks from the rapid growth of Drift centered around conversational marketing/sales and creating a category around that in a competitive space. Filled with tons of references to relevant sources and further marketing classics that are added to the TBR
