I'm in real estate development and thought this would help me with project management skills. How to manage the architecture or contractor, but i perceived the book was more applicable to manufacturing - the idea, the design, the sales pitch, the delivery - and not generic to managing other types of projects, or trades or fields.
I will try to apply the ideas and see if it's applicable.
