Mr Indigo by Alexis Adaire a five-star read you will adore. This is a great story and Mr Indigo is a powerful man who will make you see stars and hear music in your dreams, just because he’s a bad boy just makes you fall that much harder. Selby was a great woman and one who you will be rooting for all along. The story is great and the characters are sublime.

Mr Indigo is a short story that is a part of the Mr billionaire short story series. This story is short, fast paced and a nice read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Carter Indigo is a bad boy. The media loves to report his latest antics. When the board members of his company give him an ultimatum, he decides to listen. He has to change his car and pick one woman to be seen with for a while.
Selby and Carter didn’t get off to a good start. Carter caused Selby to have an incident with her coffee. Deciding that she is the perfect one to fake date, he makes it happen. Only he forgets to tell Selby that what they have started off as fake.
The chemistry between Selby and Carter was clear to see and I liked them as a couple. I liked that Selby was forgiving after all.

Sexy, funny, romantic & oh no moments
Holy moly! Man I want to swear there but I figured my review would get flagged. What a story! Selby & Carter are fun & sassy. They're sexy & romantic. Selby doesn't take any of Carter's shenanigans. She isn't afraid to call him out when she thinks he's full off bull... Carter is a playboy. A thrill seeker who needs to clean up his act or pay the consequences and he picks Selby to fit the bill. Little did they both know their lives would never be the same after the first interaction. You know that moment in a story when you know an omission is going to bite somebody in the butt later? You know, where you're yelling at your Kindle saying, Just say it or you'll pay the price. That's what I was doing. And once I said, I told you so, I was able to calmly finish the story and let the outcome BLISSfully unfold.

Carter is a total man whore he has a few bad habits fast women, fast cars and alcohol when his antics start affecting the bottom line of his company his board of directors issue and ultimatum He has already met Shelby she is a good girl who still has her V card he thinks she will be the perfect fake fiancee he just forgets to tell her its fake or is it as they spend more time together he falls more and more under her spell When their relationship is outed as fake will he be able to convince her that his feelings are true or is their relationship doomed

Carter is a billionaire CEO and when his board tells him that he needs to clean up his image for the company he isn't happy about it. But then he sees Selby and everything changes for him. Selby is wary of Carter at first but he is persistent in his pursuit of her. Carter is confused when every time things get heated between them she puts on the breaks. It isn't until Selby decide to be with him that he learns why and he feels bad. Because even though he has feelings for her Carter has been using her for his business. What will happen when Selby finds out?
This is a great steamy short story. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Loving this series of books
Mr Indigo, Carter, all round manwhore, lover of fast cars and drink. Selby, good girl, hard worker and holder of V card. When Selby experiences Cater with his fast car her brain sticks to one word “ass hole” when the board at his company decide that his antics are enough and having an effect on their stocks and ultimatum is issued......no more Ferrari, only one woman and no more drunken antics. Once he gets to know Selby though all bets are off. Until a leak and SVS tell the world about the fake girlfriend. With Selby’s heart broken will Carter do everything to get his woman back? A great story and characters. It was refreshing to read a book where the woman, although shy, could tell the big bag billionaire exactly what she thought of him.

Initially she finds him deplorable and he finds her the perfect stooge for what he needs for thirty days. But, you know what they say about best laid plans.
I liked the pace of the story and the dynamics of the characters. Everything worked together flawlessly.
Definitely recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure.

This was a quick but great read. I really enjoy reading anything by this author.
Before doing her pitch for Indigo Corporation. Selby is startled into dropping her coffee on her shirt. She is shocked to see it is Carter Wynn, the company's founder. He is not having the best couple of days and is told to stay out of trouble. He calls Selby up to apologize and ask her out. They hit it off but then the truth comes out. Will he be able to make it up to her or will he lose out on the best thing in his life?

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Carter and Selby. She's coming to Indigo to set up a meeting for Marketing their new media line when she runs into Mr Indigo himself, Carter Wynn. He's a Playboy, hot shot, wild man who has little restraint. The two start off on rough ground. But he needs her help to gain the directors trust back. They are hot from the start. Both finding something neither one thought would ever happen to them. Great quick read.

Carter is cocky, arrogant even but i find him adorable in a way. And his scheme? it sure backfired and hit him on his face, because he fell in love with Shelby, the person whom he thought he could use. Joke’s on him though because the truth came out just when he realised what an amazing woman Shelby is. For his blunder, he sure made a grand gesture declaring his love and proposal, and that’s what I loved from this story.

I liked the storyline and plot. It is well written and the characters are fun and well defined. It is written in dual POV and that gives the reader a lot more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters but it also makes it more realistic.
How to keep your walls up and heart closed. Not always easy. A fake relationship "arrangement" from his side and business possibility from her side. Amusing, sexy, sweet and twisted.

This short story is about 2 people who choose to go out together, but both have ulterior motives in doing so. The plot was interesting, the characters were well thought out and described and their dialogue seemed correct for the situations. The author did a wonderful job with having the right amount of emotion at the right time for it to be believable. I enjoyed reading this well written book. I thoroughly enjoyed this short story about the bad boy and the good girl. It is written in first person from a dual POV.
This opposites-attract, billionaire romance packs some heat. I really enjoyed Selby. Her innocence and her optimism about Carter was fun. Carter starts out as a jerk but he falls hard and fast, which I always love. With an epic proposal and a cute HEA, this was a fun read.

Selby is trying to sell her company to Carters and has an unfavorable impression of this Ceo. But Carter is going to make her his! For a short sexy story it's very well thought out

Carter started out as an a..hole but quickly morphed into one hot billionaire and Selby has no way of controlling her emotions for him. He owned up to his mistake and made up for it in a big way that left me swooning.

He needed to grow up. He should be acting like an adult not a child. He didn't really care until she got hurt because of his actions. I really believe that he learned his lesson and became serious about her and life.

They have a great connection and steamy chemistry. This is a short, steamy, well written story and a great addition to the Mr. Billionaire Short Story series. A quick, steamy romance with some drama, humour, and witty banter. It is extremely entertaining, captivating, and interesting. The characters that are likeable; the chemistry between them is intense and off the charts. Highly recommended!

This story moves fast but without leaving any major romance elements orplot twist unanswered. It balances the strangest relationship tart-up, the falling in love, the drama and the passion of the characters beautifully. It was a very enjoyable story and a page-turning book for sure.

Novellas are not my preferred reading option because I find they don't really spend enough time building the reader's emotional connection with the characters. That said when I have been reading long or dark novels a novella is a great way to cleanse the mind before starting a new book and I did really enjoy this one. I particularly like Selby's character.

Selby is headed for an important meeting at Indigo when she meets Carter. Carter is the bad boy behind Indigo and he doesn’t make a great first impression. After the board gives Carter a “cleanup your image” ultimatum he starts seeing Selby. Things are good between them for a time but the tabloids blow everything up and force his hand. Misunderstandings and hot encounters abound.

At first, I wondered if such an arrogant man like Carter truly deserved the magnificent Selby but he did redeem himself and then some.
I loved the epilogue it upped my rating.

carter needs to clean up his act or his board of directors won't be happy with him. enter selby a virgin that needs to land the big fish client. this is a fun over the top read, i would def recommend.
