Ah, W.I.T.C.H. So much of my childhood was spend obsessing over the series. The books. The comics. The cartoon. The merchandise. You name it I was into it.

So why only the three stars if I loved it so much?

Well as time went by, I grew disinterested in the series. I went along with it mainly to see how it ended. I simply wanted to know what the final outcome was.

Surely that is not enough to merit three stars? You loved it!

I did, but that was because I was a pre-teen with very low expectations. This came before my vampire-loving period, so you can imagine what my standard was like. Don’t get me wrong, they’re not bad books – they’re simply not something I can go back to now that I’m older.

Thoroughly enjoyable at the time, but not quite so much now.

Moje dětství ve světě Witch. Na tyhle strážkyně nezapomenu, provázeli mě celým dětstvím a já jsem do nich byla úplně ''zažraná''. Will, Irma, Taranee, Cornelia a Hay Lin, všechny jsem je milovala.
Nesmím zapomenout ani na Elyon, i když udělala pár nesprávných rozhodnutí, samozřejmě i další důležité postavy : Věštce, Caleba, Joela, Orube, Cedrika, Matta, Luka, Erica, babičku Hay Lin....
Rozhodně to byla má nejoblíbenější dětská série, at už komixy nebo seriál. Doporučuji všem mladším slečnám. ;)

This was brilliant the soul searching that the girls do in this was brilliant and stunning. The way they solve their problem and how Will finds the heart of Cassidy was brilliant. They are getting ready for the battle and it was brilliant to see some drama between Cornelia and Caleb. This was a great re-read and so enjoyable.

In this story, Will is determined to rectify the situation after inadvertently allowing Nerissa to gain control of the Heart, which has unleashed chaos in Candracar. Nerissa is now more determined than ever to destroy the Oracle, posing a significant threat. To defend Candracar, Will, along with her friends Irma, Cornelia, Hay Lin, and Taranee, rushes into action.

However, Will faces an even greater challenge. She must embark on a solo journey to recover her lost courage and retrieve the Heart before it's too late. This sets the stage for an exciting and suspenseful adventure as Will takes on this formidable task to save the day.

I loved this series! All of the different girls had their own individual personalities that made the series more enjoyable to read. Also, of course the cool magical powers was a plus. I loved the character relationships and adventures the girls got themselves into.

I used to like these series. Now, I don't think they're so good anymore. I got up to number 12 or something like that, and they've gone up to #26 or something... and they're still coming out!! I'm not really interested into them anymore, but I used to be.

I always love to read about these five girls and this was no different. The only thing that annoys me is the recap that happens at the beggining gets annoying especially when you know what has just happen but otherwise still good.

I really didn't like it that much because it's get all lovey dovey. And I really don't like romantic books.
