Draven My name is Draven Vidal. That's Don Vidal to you. You may have heard of me thanks to my siblings Maria, and Hammer. Whatever you've heard is probably true, the good and the bad. Yes, I maim. Yes, I torture. Yes, I kill. I love what I do, and I do it well
Women don't factor in my life unless they're spreading their legs for the night. That's all it was ever supposed to be with Marnie. One night where she bent to my every whim and left the next morning with a smile on her face. I didn't know she was married, and I couldn't give a shit when I found out. If a man can't satisfy his woman, I certainly will. When Marnie comes to me to tell me that she's carrying my baby... Well, I've heard it all before. Women are evil creatures who think they can bullshit the Don and fake a pregnancy because the power I wheeled goes to their heads. No woman will ever have me falling for something so cliched it should be a crime. However, it isn't bullshit, and Marnie really is pregnant with my child, which means only one thing... That woman is now mine. Whether she likes it or not!
Marnie
I knew I'd be walking into the lion's den and forfeiting my freedom when I decided to tell the Don about our baby. However, I didn't expect to leave one violent man for another. Draven thinks I'm lying about the baby because I want him to get rid of my ex-husband. He couldn't be more wrong. I told him because he has a right to know. I didn't expect him to force me to live with him and become his wife! Nothing is ever going to be the same again. Among the loyalty tests, people taking over my life, trying to kill me, and never having any privacy, I have to find a way to trust the Don. Trusting him means there's a chance to bring home those missing from my life. However, when I'm attacked, and Draven takes his revenge, I have to face the fact that my chance has passed. Now I have to live with grief while trying to be the wife I am expected to be. The truth is, I don't know if I can pull this off. Unless I become tougher, harder to the world I have found myself in; I won't survive. I'm not a quitter, and no matter what these insane people put me through, I'll prove I'm worthy of the Don!
Please be advised that this story contains violence, strong language, and scenes of a sexual nature. If you are easily offended, then this book is not for you.
I told myself this was the last book I was going to read in this series. I hung out for this because I wanted to see Vidal get his hea, and what kind of woman it would be with. Sorry lovers of this series, but this was the pits!
As I said with the first books, the editing wasn't great, but it progressively got worse, we have so many small words missing, that do make a difference when you're reading then we have a baby crowing instead of crowning, and to top it off, the amount of times in this book, the heroine was called Marine instead of Marnie, just tipped me over the edge.
I got sick of Vidal saying how he hated racist people blah blah, but yet he still calls the bikers, his brother included `filthy bikers' . His attitude sucked, and although I wanted to see him get his hea, this was awful,! He bullied Marnie into a relationship way too soon, and then marriage. Really, I wish I never read this book. """I'm the fucking boss, I'm the Don. No one goes against me."""" Yeah, yeah, whatever. Awful, there was no heart in the story, no real emotion between the main characters, not that there has been much in any of the previous books either. And so many bloody pregnancies! I think that was the only reason any of these couples are together!
So, all in all, I won't be reading any more of this series, and seriously doubt I'll read anything more by this author.
Where can I get a Craven Vidal!?!? This book has surpassed any in the past , and that is saying something.
With Draven we get the hardened mafia boss mixed with sweet and gentle. He is not afraid to do what needs to be done. Especially where his woman is concerned. He is cocky and a bit arrogant, but hey with his track record why wouldn't he be. He is also as ruthless as they come. No stone is left unturned when things need to be taken care of. Just hope and pray when the stones are all turned over you are not the one he is searching for...
Marnie is a beautiful caterpillar that we see grow and change into a strong butterfly. She is the type of heroine I love to read about. No matter what happens she comes out on top and stronger from it. Believe me she has been put through so much more than you can imagine. I loved how by the end she spoke her mind and was feeling comfortable with who she has become.
Grayson has a hit on her hands. This story is so good but I can tell I wasn't thrilled about some aspects of this book. Draven Vidal is male lead and he is ruthless when he needs to be. His Don Vidal...Mafia Boss. He is alpha, he is control and he loves his family deeply.
Draven is a strong character and he can be gentle, sweet, sexy, dirty, a monster and a killer. Draven will fall hard for his leading lady and this female character is one of the strongest h I have read in a long time. This crossover from the Snakes Henchmen is a hit for me. I highly suggest reading Snakes Henchmen before reading Vidal! because this stories timeline starts after that series. Most characters from Snakes Henchmen are apart of Draven's world as well as his leading lady. Vidal is not an easy story to read this is a love story but the darkness is there though out the story. I hope this author brings us more of the Snakes Henchmen. Happy Reading!!!!
Omg was this an amazing book. I think this is probably going to be my favorite, but then I can't forget about Hammer and Tank, Jett and their women and their stories ugh decisions, decisions. This is Dravon Vidal's story and if you have triggers you might want to skip this one, but if not then one click this lil jewel because it is sooo good. I didn't want to stop reading it there was just so much happening and just when you think how much more can these 2 suffer "bam" something else happened. This is one book that is definitely a must read.
I would have given this book 5 but I couldn’t stand the h. I’m sorry but she was more loyal to a guy she had sex with and didn’t really know, then to the baby she was carrying. That man was more important no matter how much you try to make it pretty. She didn’t owe him nothing. She was going to let her baby die, even if she knew something. All she cared about was making sure he knew she was loyal SMH I couldn’t get over that. Tired of these authors writing weak women. So overcome by dick nothing else matters🙄🙄
Loved this book. My only problem was the wrong spelling have the time of Marnie's name drive me crazy. Her name is Marnie NOT Marine. Overall really good though. Gritty, angsty, hot sex, definitely a hot sexy alpha male and strong female character to go with the Don of the mafia. I recommend this book Thanks Jamie Nibarger Ellis
Again I love it!!!! I love Vidal, how strong, gentle and loving with Marnie but you can see his mob personality is so hot!!! Marnie is also so strong woman even after all bad things happen to her. I love how family is so important for both of them.
I was given an ARC copy for an honest review. Alivia knocked it out of the park. Each time I think this is my favorite book but then I read the next in the series and think nope this one is. Vidal was such a great book and can’t wait to see where the series goes.
Oh how the mighty have fallen! Vidal is it for me! That's it, I'm done and I'm claiming him for myself. OMG! This book was phenomenal, Alivia Grayson has done it again, 10 stars in my book.
This book is doing my head in! I’ve read this series in order but Marnie is so annoying and self pitying! The thought of someone powerful like Draven settling for her is actually disturbing. At the halfway point now so I’m trying my best to get to the end 😩
This book was not as good as previous books. I don't really like Draven as he does what he wants as he is a Mafia Don. He thinks nothing b about wiping out whole families. If he looses his temper yup he pulls out a gun and shoots them
Ugh!! I really didn't like this one at all. At the beginning of this series I loved the books and it started out pretty strong but after this one I think I have maybe given up on finishing it! I just really didn't like Draven and frankly Marnie got on my nerves plus it wasn't really like most Mafia books I have read. The details weren't very believable. It just didn't click for me overall.
I love this book , I read it every few months , its entertaining and a roller coaster ride seriously everything was just what I need to escape from real life to my fantasy world , really wouldn't change a thing
This book reminded me of Jett's. Guy meets girl at wedding. They have sex. Hero screws other girls after but never forgetting the wedding girl. Only end up with her because she comes back pregnant.

I loved this book. I almost skipped it I'm so glad I didn't. Have it a 4* because of words used wrong or missing . Not enough to take Away the read but enough to notice
I absolutely adored this book. It was such a nice change from the henchmen, but you still get to see your favorite guys.
Draven Vidal might be my new favorite book man, because he’s not a boyfriend, Draven Vidal is ALL man. He isn’t afraid to be exactly who he wants to be. When he’s pissed he lets you know, scared you know it, happy and turned on you absolutely know it. He’s such a versatile character, he started off cold and I was so afraid I wasn’t going to like him. Turns out the evolution of him is something to behold. I love it.
Watching Draven become a man that Marnie can love and depend, a man that she can truly have a future with was incredible. He morphed from this cold, hard man into a man who let his heart shine through for the woman he loved.
As much as Draven changed, so did Marnie. She was put through hell, so much horror and terror that it’s a wonder that she even wanted to try with Draven. But she opened her heart to him, she gave him all of herself. She trusted him not to break her when it would have been completely understandable for her to be terrified of her future with Draven.
Marnie transformed from a quiet, unsure woman into a power-house Queen. Her strength pour off of her, there is no doubt that she is Draven’s equal.
I genuinely wish I could read this book all over again, there are so many my twists and turns. So many times that your heart aches for Marnie or that you’re wincing at the harshness of Draven. This book is amazing, the journey and the pit stops are just amazing.
