Czy wiesz, że wit.D jest hormonem? A za duża ilość snu zwiększa ryzyko udaru? Wiesz, że aż 90÷ serotoniny "hormonu szczęścia" produkują jelita? Albo, że naukowcy pracują nad szczepionką chroniącą przed cukrzycą typu 1? Te i wiele innych ciekawostek znajdziesz w książce. Przyjemna w odbiorze pozycja popularno-naukowa. Bez pseudonaukowego bełkotu. Bogata szata graficzna sprzyja "trawieniu" teorii.
