Praying the Most Holy Rosary: with Pictures

Rate this book
When Catholics recite the prayers of the rosary, they meditate on the mystery associated with that decade. However, the rosary isn't just a recitation of prayers, but a meditation on the grace of God. With an image for each prayer, it is now even easier to meditate on the mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary. This book contains over 200 images of classic masterpieces from 100 to 1,000 years ago as well as all the prayers that are necessary to engage in this wonderful devotion.

This book’s compilation of over 200 classic pieces of artwork to accompany the prayers is both lovely and extraordinary, and the beauty of the art truly helps bring about an inner silence where meditation and reflection can begin and where the calmness of one’s meditating initiates a joyful inner feeling of connection and epiphany to the mystery of otherworldliness beyond one’s self.

Prayerful visualization

This book is quite unique in its approach to saying the rosary. Ten beautiful pictures, one for each hail Mary, from ancient paintings illustrate the theme of that decade of the rosary. It helps to visualize and focus on the theme of the decade. It helped me to stay focused .
