Attention: This book contains explicit sexual content between consenting assassins and not so innocent professors. There are depictions of masochistic masturbation, male chastity, breath play, watersports, humiliation, and torture by eighties hair bands with ginger sprinkles on top.
Phew! Now, that that's out of the way, Hi. I'm Mr. No, your friendly communications agent for The Assassins' Guild AKA T.A.G.
I've been authorized by the head honcho himself, Mr. H, to release approved records from the agent files.
Agent Code Name Mr. W was recovering from a near death debacle by way of an easy assignment in a small mountain town. Red flags sprang up immediately around the seemingly innocent English professor. Determined to get to the bottom of the mystery Jacob Peters presented, Mr. W made plans to do what he did best, watch , wait , and then capture and interrogate.
But even the best laid plans can go awry...
Find out what brought Mr. W to his knees in this first release from the archives of The Assassins' Guild.

Clever, smart, and wickedly dirty, A.G. Carothers scores a perfect 10 with T.A.G. You’re Seen! The first book in their The Assassins’ Guild series, Carothers lays down a thrilling, fast-moving adventure. Wonderfully complex characters navigate twists and turns, all while a heart-touching tale unfolds. After all, assassins live, love, and laugh too.
This audio version of T.A.G. You’re Seen is performed by Gomez Pugh, and I don’t have to tell his fans how perfect he is for this kind of novel. What an opportunity for this talented narrator to show off his impressive skill with accents... and his ability to croon those sexy Russian words of love! Horoshiy malchik, o da!
Plus Mr. Pugh does an amazing job representing the wide variety of personalities in the cast. From the playfulness of the young guys to the gruffer, more somber, older men, Pugh’s performance is brilliant. This talented narrator has A.G. Carothers’ humor down pat, and I can’t wait to hear him perform the next episode in this series.
Broken into two parts, T.A.G. You’re Seen begins with the story of a young assassin on (what should be) a routine job. Something doesn’t seem right, and when he takes a deeper look at his target, he’s in for a big surprise. Well that’s the story for the second half of the novel, and to say any more here would spoil the whole thing! The reveal is clever and a lot of fun.
This is the second novel I’ve read by A.G. Carothers, and what captures me most about their writing are the connections between the characters. This is a stunning D/s relationship, and the emotions that emerge during the power exchanges are moving and truly beautiful.
Carothers also explores the bonds between the wide mixture of men who make up the family of T.A.G. From father and son, to brothers, to comrades in arms, I’m looking forward to learning more about this eclectic blend of personalities in the next episode in The Assassins’ Guild series.
There’s a wonderful, rich history between these characters, and I love the snarky banter as they navigate their way through the story. It’s not a comedy, but A.G. Carothers weaves touches of lightheartedness and humor throughout. There are also gritty stories of past assassinations, descriptions of torture techniques, and details of these guys’ lives that will tug at your heartstrings. A perfect blend of thriller, erotica, and a touching hurt/comfort tale, T.A.G. You’re Seen is everything I could want in a dark romance novel.
This was a weird ass book. I liked some of it and the series has potential, but overall, I feel like it was underdeveloped.
We have Yoshi, a 22-year-old assassin, who fucked up his 100th assignment, so as a punishment, his father gives him a seemingly easy order. He has to put away an English teacher, but they don't know who ordered the kill. And Yoshi senses something about the teacher that isn't quite right, so he goes investigating. What supposed to be an easy job, turns into a few-week-long trailing and spying and preparation for interrogation.
I had questions through the whole book, and eventually I got answers for most of them, but they weren't really believable. Sorry for being vague, but I don't want to spoil it.
You can expect a little torture, BDSM, Daddy/Boy scenes and a lot of confusion. And just what the hell was with those lions?? Is this a spinoff from the author's other series? Coz that part was completely unbelievable, since this book isn't paranormal.
Anyway. I adored Connor however, sooo I just might read the next book, but I hope there will be more of a story there. You know, actual assassination and whatnot.
Yoshi is preparing an assassination. An English teacher will be put down. After putting cameras into the mans apartment and following his every step he can’t seem to do the job. There is something about that man. He’s intriguing and sexy and Yoshi is shocked when the man is pleasuring himself and speaks a foreign language, which Yoshi speaks as well. When he starts giving demands Yoshi is the one who wants to go down on his knees for the man. No way he can ever kill him.
Yoshi is the son of Aleksei, head of the The Assassins’ Guild company. From young age Yoshi is prepared to follow him. Yoshi is a deadly guy.
This story turned into something completely unexpected and I loved it. Mind-blowing story. It had a finesse in it I was floored by. Stunning personalities an breathtaking scenes. Nothing is was it looks like. A story about friendship, deep rooted love, Masters, Sir’s and submissive and assassin’s. What can I say. This one is for all who love some domination and submissiveness wrapped in love and devotion.
Amazing, wonderful, intriguing, silly, adorable, sweet, filthy ... honestly it was my perfect mix of book and I truly can't wait to read the 2nd book. I still don't now why my fav character is usually secondary but Con just.. comedic relief yet still serious.. I just loved it so much!

Assassins, deadly twinks, and dark kink.
This novel may not be for everyone, which I think in and of itself is a sort of recommendation.
There are a lot of different things going on here. There's a bit of an unrequited crush. There's a dominant figure who ran away when he realized that his protegee had feelings for him, in order to protect the boy until he was older. There are some kinks that not everybody is into, they tend to be pretty mild as far as the timeline and exploration. But I think the reader should be aware.
Yoshi has been sent to kill the mark, a college professor. As he builds an interrogation room, it becomes clear that not everything is what it seems.
I'd recommend this to anyone who is open to darker novels and a certain level of kink exploration. If things like stockholm syndrome, holding someone prisoner and a certain level of apathy don't appeal to you, you may want to pass. Or you may totally love this one. I do feel like this could have been longer, there were some areas that could have been more fleshed out.
I received a free copy to read and review for Wicked Reads
OOOOOMMMMMGGGGGGG.....I loved this book! When I saw the table of contents I was hesitant but from the first chapter I was hooked! Yoshi was amazing and so was his brother Connor. Throw in Yoshi's mark Jake and my oh my! I was not imagining the story ending how it did but I loved it! There were a few smoking hot sex scenes too. I really hope there isn't a long wait for the second book because I think this series is going to be one of my favorites!
This does need a few more chapters. Padding out the T.A.G. family dynamics. Even though ya got a taste of it in the final chapters.
Got this series well the available audiobook version off of audible. Three bucks per book. They got a sale going on until November 30th. Yelp I got lots of new books for a competitive price!
this was hottttttt.. lol sexy hott.. and messed up in so many spots.. i loved it. lol it was well written.. interesting and i cannot wait to see what book 2 brings. it was wonderful!
4.5 wowza 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 s for me. I don’t even know where to begin. I had very high expectations for this book, before even reading the blurb, as the dragon chronicles series was amazeballs! I feared this could never live up to that but I was pleasantly surprised. Although this is a whole new cast of characters they’ve come across to me as a book family I’ve known forever! With many WTH! moments that kept me on my toes, I am eager to see how book two in this series plays out!

Yoshi AKA Mr. W is an assassin working for an organization called T.A.G. (The Assassin's Guild), which is led by his "adoptive" father. The young man is given an assignment to quietly kill an English teacher, Jacob Peters, in a way that will look like an accident. While observing his mark, N.B. a very attractive one, Yoshi begins to suspect that the teacher may not be who he claims he is, so he decides to check his assumptions before doing his job. Therefore, he comes up with a plan that will help him get the truth out of the mysterious man.
"T.A.G. You're Seen" is the first volume of "The Assassins' Guild" series written by A.G. Carothers, known to the readers thanks to their shifter series, "Dragon War Chronicles". As the title of the new series indicates, this time we enter the world of assassins, and therefore of ruthless, devoid of all feelings and ready for anything outlaws. But is it really true? Well, it so happens that in "T.A.G. You're Seen" we see a slightly different image of assassins than we might think, as the novel focuses on their private lives, not on their work. And here we have the answer to the above mentioned question, because A.G. Carothers shows their characters as assassins with heart, so they can love, be worried, take care of someone, they are fathers, guardians, brothers, lovers. I admit that I didn't expect it, so I'm pleasantly surprised, because the novel shows them as normal people who just have this kind of job.
Apart from "the heart of the murderer", in the novel I also like the fact that A.G. Carothers raises an interesting and very real problem which concerns young people. Sure, in this book it appears in the context of assassins, so it's a bit "pimped up", but it doesn't change the fact that we can easily find a reference to our everyday world. What I'm talking about in this case is the problem of age and, consequently, of independence of teenagers. In other words, it's about the contrast between being old enough to do something and being too young to do something else, from adults' point of view, and between when and in which situation they can decide for themselves and when they can't. Let's add to all this some adults' various, not always sensible, excuses, and here we have a full picture of the situation. Let's be honest, probably each and every one of us has had to deal with this problem at least once, whether as a teenager or an adult. So it seems to me that "T.A.G. You're Seen" really gives us food for thought.
Another advantage of "T.A.G. You're Seen" is the courage with which A.G. Carothers puts some elements of urophilia into their novel. I will be honest, for years I've hoped that I would finally find a book which raises this topic and treats it as something normal. As it happens, in the case of the first and, until now, the only novel with this thread I've read, the author simply introduced urophilia to the plot, and then literally ran away from it. I want to add that it was an interactive novel, so, by assumption, it's the reader who makes a choice whether they want to "be part of" this fetish or not. Meanwhile, in the book I've mentioned the choice is made by the author, which I naturally criticized when reviewing. In the end, it is quite an interesting theme that can be well-presented and used in a sensible way. That is why I'm very happy that in "T.A.G. You're Seen" A.G. Carothers doesn't run away from the topic they introduce to this story, but they bravely make good use of it and simply handle it as a normal kink.
What I consider to be a minor flaw is the underdeveloped world of the novel, including T.A.G. and the characters' story from before we meet them in this volume. Certain things are explained to us rather quickly, or at the right moment, however, not everything is presented clearly enough so we could say that after reading "T.A.G. You're Seen" we know exactly what we're dealing with. Sure, in the novel we find events that can be properly explained in following volumes, and until then we can think of several theories of our own (e.g. concerning lions!), but there are also those matters about which we would like to know more ASAP (e.g. T.A.G and internal structure this organization). I admit, however, that all this may be related to my impatience and the fact that I'm curious by nature.
In summary, "T.A.G. You're Seen" is a very interesting novel that can appeal to many readers, especially those who have a weakness for BDSM, D/s and less conventional characters. The presented story is engrossing, it stimulates our imagination and encourages us to look forward to the next installments of "The Assassins' Guild" series.

„T.A.G. You're Seen” jest powieścią, która rozpoczyna serię „The Assassins' Guild” autorstwa A.G. Carothers, osoby znanej czytelnikom z serii o zmiennokształtnych, „Dragon War Chronicles”.
Kolejną zaletą „T.A.G. You're Seen” jest odwaga z jaką A.G. You're Seen” A.G.
You're Seen” wiemy dokładnie z czym mamy do czynienia.
Podsumowując, „T.A.G. Przedstawiona tu historia wciąga, pobudza naszą wyobraźnię i zachęca, aby z niecierpliwością wyczekiwać kolejnych odsłon serii „The Assassins' Guild”.
Let's play T.A.G. ok? You're it... T.A.G. You’re Seen is the first audio book in a new series by new to me author A.G. Carothers and narrated by Gomez Pugh. Overall, it was an interesting premise…T.A.G. stands for ‘The Assassins’ Guild’ and I think the name says it all as to what they’re all about. ‘T.A.G. You’re Seen’ is a story that leans a bit more towards the humorous side than other books of it’s ilk.
Before I get into what did or didn’t work about the actual story, I just want to take a few words to say that while this was a new to me author, I’ve very familiar with the narrator. I’ve listened to approximately 10 audio books by this narrator and while I’ve enjoyed them all to varying degrees. I found that Mr. Pugh showed a broader scope and diversity with his voices in this story than has sometimes been heard in previous narrations…so overall when it comes to the audio aspect of this story…a very solid 4 stars for this.
After having botched his latest assignment, Mr. W is having a bit of recovery time by way of an ‘easy’ assignment. His most recent mark is Jacob Peters, an apparently innocent English professor who lives in a small mountain town. Only it doesn’t take long before Mr. W decides something is amiss and he’s determined to get to the bottom of things.
‘T.A.G. You’re Seen’ was not quite the story that I expected and truthfully it’s left me in a bit of a quandary as to whether I loved it or hated it…ok, maybe hates a bit of a strong word. I liked the overall premise and there were a lot of details that I enjoyed like the mystery of Jacob Peters, I honestly wasn’t expecting this.
I was also more than a little amused by some of the ‘tortures’ Yoshi used during the course of this story… it turns out that plastic wrap is useful for more than keeping food fresh, who knew? Certainly not I and apparently torture by music infomercial is a thing…while the idea maybe a new concept to me, I can see the merit, having lived through the days of K-tel records.
For the most part the characters offered potential…although I think I would have liked it if they’d had a little more consistency and depth to them…especially Yoshi, I just found that his character vacillated between being an assassin and…well, a twelve year old who’s decided that his penis is his favorite toy…sorry, but Yoshi just seemed a bit to consumed with this part of his anatomy given the circumstances of his life…maybe, not the brain that he should have been using for important life choices.
I did however like Conner or as Yoshi called him ‘Connie’. Connie was the brother of Yoshi’s heart and they had a very close bond that I found to be quite sweet and endearing especially given that they’ve been raised to be bad ass assassins and unfortunately the other thing that I really enjoyed was as how the plot played out, which I honestly don’t want to say more about since I don’t want to spoil the story for anyone who hasn’t read it.
The thing that just didn’t work for me, and please note this is entirely a matter of personal reading likes and/or dislikes was in regards to the sex…even though BDSM and/or breathe play aren’t my thing, when used in a story and done right it can be hot but at the same time when it comes to things like ‘watersports’ and ‘humiliation’…not my thing and never going to be hot for me no matter how well written the scene is but I knew going into this that, I would encounter scenes involving these predilections and as we all know forewarned is forearmed. So feel free to assume that this did factor into my rating but only marginally…let’s say .25 to .5 of a star.
At the end of things, I came away with bit more that I liked and/or was curious about than things that truly bothered or just didn’t work for me, so for me the juries still out as the whether or not I’ll be continuing with this series but I’m certainly going to be checking out the next book before I make a firm decision one way or the other.

An audio book of ‘T.A.G. You’re Seen’ was graciously provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
AG Carothers is a new author to me. The style of writing is what hooked me. There are no overly descriptive platitudes. Every word is to the point and not wasted. It’s intelligently written, heavy on plot and character depth. Just the way I like my books. There’s no skimming in this book. I read every single word.
So what’s T.A.G. You’re Seen about? Briefly it’s about an agent of T.A.G. ‘The Assassins’ Guild’ who’s sent out on what should be an easy assignment. But then nothing in this book is easy. There is more than meets the eye when it comes to the “mark” this agent is hired to surveil.
We get suspense which leads us to subterfuge that’s laced with humor and kink. Hot and erotic kink. Painfully sexy as a matter of fact. It had me doing my heavy breathing exercises if you know what I mean.
If you like to ask questions and follow bread crumbs only to be led down a path past the big bad wolf and into a maze of who, what and why, then this is the book for you. It had me at times feeling anxious, which morphed into chuckling then had me fanning the flames of lust...oh the release. This five star book has me primed and ready for round two.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
Ive been reading gay romance/lovestories for quite a while. Im no expert but I truely love this story! The characters are well defined and loveable. The story is intriguing and Oh So Hot! Especially Dmitry! Have a new man in my life!?
It is easy to say, with no hestiation, I Love this story. This writer! More anytime. Thank you Drac!
A.G. Carothers' T.A.G. You're Seen is the first book in The Assassins' Guild series. It was avery interesting and entertaining tale. I am actually really excited for the rest of the series. The main characters had a kinky chemistry going on but there was sweetness in their connection as well. The story was fun... and had a twist I didnt see. The supporting characters made me want their stories, too. Definitely worth reading.
I received an advanced reader's copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review and recommendation. .
I was given an ARC of this book in return for an honest review.
This is a book that I really needed to think about. It is very obvious what is happening but the questions are why and who is behind everything. I had my theories but I was only right in some of my answers. Some answers did not even appear on the horizon before reveal. It was a good book and I already know that I want to read the next in the series when it is written. There are BDSM elements and even some Daddy/Boy scenes. I liked all the characters and I am hoping to read more about them in future books. I can’t say much else because I don’t want to give too much away but the story is good and the characters are likeable. The book is also well written. Definitely recommended
A.G Carothers has delivered a story that is creative, original, funny, and down right sexy. I was captivated from the very beginning. The character and story building in this book is fantastic. I love the side of mystery this story brings. I thought I knew what was going to happens only to be thrown another unexpected twist. Their world may seem crazy and wrong, but to them it is normal this added complexity to the story that took me by surprise. Looking forward to see what is to come for this series.
Wow! This book is amazing! I could never relax and I had to keep my eyes wide open in order to not miss anything, because there's always some twist or turn in the plot. Every page ads a new thrill, whether it's from the sexy times or from the mystery. I never thought I could like a group of assassins, but it's not difficult here with the way A.G. Carothers created the characters. They seem more of a family unit, with banter, fights and bonding time. I found all of them attractive, with their different personalities and quirks. T.A.G. You're Seen has an engaging story line that had me captivated from the first pages and I couldn't put it down. Can't wait to see what happens next in the series.
like this story and the chemistry between everyone, but I wish there was a bit more plot to it. Some more action or something. It was mainly a lot of fantasies and sex and there is NOTHING wrong with that. I’m just one of those who wants more plot to it. But I do have to admit, it’s a sexy story. What made this more for me, were the hilarious stories. Especially the one where Mr. W is in Sudan. You have to read to find that one out. With Mr. W on a new assignment, he’s had time to cool his jets and think about things. He really feels like he’s stuck in a crap assignment since technically he could have been killed the last assignment. But the last assignment turned out so bizarre, it was too funny. So, since he almost died and didn’t kill his mark, he’s on a crap assignment. But something about this new assignment is off with him. Especially when he hears the guys speak Russian, when he’s supposed to be American and in no way know Russian. Which meant, Mr. W, had some things to figure out and what he finds out shocks him to his core. Especially when he finds out the whole truth and why things were done the way they were. Now it’s time to either get over the anger or move on. The Sudan story still has me laughing so hard. Oh man. You guys are going to love that little scene. Also, in the blurb, it mentions little things it pertains to as far as the BDSM scenes. If any makes you uncomfortable or whatever, skip over it or be careful. It really is a fun book in a lot of ways. There are a few things, personally that aren’t my cup of tea, but that is in by no means a judgement. Everyone has their thing and if they’re happy, my hats are off to them. But it was Mr. W and Conny that I loved so much. Mr. C made the chemistry great for he and Mr. W. And Conny and Oz have some sparks that will light up the night sky. But I really loved Mr. W and Conny. The relationship these to have go deeper than just brothers. But they are so special. They are sweethearts with a deadly shot or other things. But at the heart, they are just goofy young men and I adored them to pieces. You can’t help but just want to take them under your wing and love on them so much. It’s a good start. I hope that Conny and Oz are next. I’m ready to see how that’s going to play out. I have a feeling it’s going to be a hoot.
Fasten Your Seatbels for an Amazing Ride with T.A.G. Treat yourself to this book and you will be hooked! You sink into the story and are swept away by the emotions. You'll laugh, cry and be left speechless... Never a dull moment. I devoured it like it was made of melted chocolate. I was enthralled with the story and disappointed when it came to the end because it leaves you wanting more, and yet, satisfied. I can't wait for more of these captivating assasins.
This was one fantastic, off-the-wall, super kinky, wild crazy, intense, hilarious, fascinating, grab-you-by-the-feels, naughty, wacky, delightfully decadent, deliciously dark, definitely different, and totally awesome walk on the wild side. It had me hooked from beginning to end, and I can't wait to see what happens next. Please pay attention to the trigger warnings, this unconventional book is not for everyone.
Interesting. Lots of twists, nothing is as it seems. Looked for books before this as felt like I should have known the characters beforehand but there was nothing. Looking forward to reading Connie's story.
I’m not sure how to rate this one. I didn’t despise the story, but I didn’t love it. It was very weird. The biggest thing I can’t wrap me head around is that Yoshi’s parents were assassinated by the man that raised him and who he calls Dad. And his reasoning is because he never knew them. Anyway, he is sent on assignment to assassinate a teacher and he has a gut felling that something is not right, but he doesn’t know what. So the first have of the book is the daily going on with Yoshi watching the mark, and his planning. The second half is after he finds out who is is and all the reveals. Even though I’m not sure about the story, I want to see more and will be reading the next book. I hope it’s Conners book.
ARC provided by LesCourt Services in exchange for an honest review.
WOW, this read fast! It was shocked full of interesting characters and had a twist I didn't see coming!
This is a new author for me and I am looking forward to Connor's story... but after reading the blurb, have no clue where the book is going to lead me!
Talk about a hotter than a summer day in Texas read! This book is full of kinky delight paired with an edginess that can’t be beat! Not only that but it kept me hooked from beginning to end. A.G. Carothers knows exactly how to craft twists and I was kept guessing the entire read.
The character development was incredibly vivid. The main characters had such passion it almost made my kindle melt. A.G. Carothers has the unique ability to make the secondary characters so real that I am already begging to know more about them as well. The author created an intricate world that was impossible to resist.
The authors’ writing style is very distinct. I wasn’t prepared for some aspects and yet I found that it worked. I loved reading such an original premise and the pacing was perfectly executed. This is a book that could go from humorous to shocking to making me gasp within moments. I didn’t want it to end and I’m already waiting for the next book. I can’t wait!
5 stars for a scorching, original and intriguing read!
4 stars ..A new author with this book. When I saw the blurb for this I thought I'd love it... we'll see... told in two parts in 1st person with POVs from each part per mc character, the beginnings of part 1 gets my attention straight of with the assassin's view for next target intended (in first person which was why didn't love it). OMG Yoshi and Jacob's first meeting is smoking 🔥HOT.. ooh but Yoshi was a meanie to poor Jacob but who is he.. really? The more you read into this book the more understand characters and their actions. Maybe not for everyone for a character was trained up young to be a killer from get go. Lol moments, trained killer, cock cages, captivate, golden shower and unique sexy scenes included. I recommend when reading this to pay close attention to the start of the story especially reference to Yoshi's younger years. The book has a minimum amount of bdsm scenes not being the focal point of the story. Big secrets are revealed at the end of the book. 4 stars for a HFN story.
Yoshi- 22 yrs virgin watches his target planning how to kill him. An community collage teacher...hmm Yoshi wanted to be among the bdsm community as a Sub wanting a master. Jacob- 45 yrs was a teacher.
I was unsure of what to expect when I read the blurb for this story, and when I began it, I was kinda confused about what the heck I was getting into.
Mr. W had me scratching my head in confusion for a while but I finally came to find him amusing and kinky. He had a couple of kinks I haven’t come across in books… that I remember anyway… and I’m still trying to figure out how I feel about them!
Jacob was a complete conundrum to me! I had no idea where things were going with his character and when I did find out, it was so far from what I expected and I was impressed by it.
The guild and all that goes on with it were so cool and I can’t wait to see if more books follow this one!
