For me, this book helps me collect my thought and study methods I have been using to be more systematic. There are some new techniques for me too but most of them in the book aren’t really useful for me (The writer mentions personalization too so it is fine. Everyone has their own circumstances and way of doing things).
About the content, Pros : - Prioritizing things - Focusing on what likely to contribute your goals the most - Time Management Cons : - The writer’s view looks very limited - Emphasizes too much on scoring the exam (may not be weird in japan but I don’t like it). I understand it is just goal-oriented but it makes me feel like the content is stressful and so the book is not that enjoyable to read - Maybe because of the previous point, I feel like the book consumes my energy more than it should be and makes the content less engaging
