Great ending

So I really enjoyed these two series that I have read. This being the final piece in Eamon and Alik. It was great to see old friends and ones we though were lost reunited. The one major complaint I have for this series and previous one is the lack of editing that occurred. Incorrect spelling, grammar and word usage made it difficult at times to read. But the premise for the story, character development and plot were all nicely done!

If you are like me and love this trope with princes/kings and arranged marriage this will be fun. If you are analytical, care about spelling and want a really good, well developed storyline this ain t it 😀 All the characters are charming, the dialog and bantar is witty and funny and the romance between the MC s is satisfying but the actual plot is really weak. Again, as in the first book when Eamon and his family were overthrown we are supposed to believe he is the best ever known fighter and yet he is captured easily after 2 minutes on the island. After a whole book of Eamon and Alik raising and preparing an army, their grand scheme was to have Eamon, a huge barbarian known for his ruthless into battle sneak into the casle to kill the current Prince😃Really?!Anyone of these characters would have been a better less obvious choise for that task. Eamon goes and gets himself captured, literally as soon as he steps foot on the island, and we again hear how his men were killed, what the hell has he taught them for almost a year?!🤷🏻‍♀️ Edmond s resurrection was as lackluster as his sisters, it was basically: oh, you re alive! Ah, yeah! ok, let go to battle 😒 Give him a freaking hug you moron🤦🏻‍♀️He mourned his siblings and parents and when they show up, it s no big deal. That pissed me off with Avalina as well and I see the author insists on writing the same ridiculous attitude. Maybe if the epilog would have been longer and more detailed, maybe with the siblings having a drink in Eamon s room as they used to but, nah..the epilog was a short snooze fest that didn t tell much. Overall I enjoyed it but than again I m easy to please with this kind of storyline.

Solid work, Well worth the read.

I’d definitely recommend this entire series to everyone. I enjoyed the character development. The story was engaging and well developed, easy to follow not stilted or stuffy. And the scenes were almost real in so many ways. so much fun.
