Boss taken!!!
I swear if I didn't read the note at the end, those are all the questions I would have asked. I'm glad that we're going to get a spinoff with these characters because I wasn't ready for them to go. I swear I would LOVEEEEEEEEE to know why Winter got treated like she did growing up and I feel we'll get those answers in the spinoff. All I can say is CORTEZ is BAEEEEEE. I love how he loved on Winter and the twins. I would like to see when Dewayne gets out of jail and see what he'll do and would like to see if Camila secret comes out. Can't wait til summer for the spinoff. Great read Diamond

From book 1 to book 3 10 across the board
I truly enjoyed this series. The characters kept me wanting more and more.
Truly dislike sandra, she reminded me of my late adoptive mother and even b4 she passed away she was still cold towards me but lived my siblings more
Dewayne is a nothing ass boy
Juju lawd juju was dead wrong for her role but I understand family over everything.
To see Winter overcome so much gives me hope.
I would like to see ocean and neo get paid passed their hurt and to see them as parents and if Tiana continues to mistreat neoana they take her to court
Kiondra needs to get checked 1 good time but I want a lil more drama from her so she can get fired. Will Luis brother try to avenge his death. Camila was dealt a terrible hand and I pray she can live happily in Columbia with her children.

I'm all for more on this series because I love the characters!!
Cortez wouldn't be my boo anymore if he decided he didnt want to be with Winter because she had her tubes tied. Thank God it was able to be reversed. I was so concerned about Latrell but hopefully her ass doesn't end up like some fatal attraction with Cortez. I felt bad for Juju but then again we all have to answer for our actions eventually. I cannot wait for the spinoff because there are still so many unanswered questions!!

OMG goodness great read
Winter went thru a hard time Dewayne faked his own death denied his own children. She found out Dewayne has a wife and children he was gay. She meet and fell in love with Cortez Boss Anderson at the shelter she was living at he treated her like a queen. Ocean Clarke was married to Neo Clarke she is Cortez sister. Neo was in a bad car accident. Brenda Brown was Cortez and Ocean mom who was a single mother who raised her children the best way she knew how she was in a abusive relationship with Cortez dad.

This is book hs a great storyline.
I have read all your books and always rate them with 5 stars. I could not give this one a 5. I gave it a 4 because the story line is great but there was a lot of the characters describing there past. It was like empty information to make the book longer than necessary. There needs to be more of the characters in the now and definitely more of them talking to each other. I did enjoy it but skipped pages because I felt it was unnecessary. I will be reading the continuation. Ms Johnson you are still one of my favorite writers.

Yes yes! Bomb ending to a dope series! I love love loved and i cant wait until the spin off. Cortez and neo are both bae! I was so glad when neo finally put tiana in her place. Cortez is just everything and his heart is soooo big. The love he showed winter and her kids was so dope. Winter and her kids finally got the happiness they deserved. This a def a must read series.

I didnt think that Cortez would forgive Winter after she told him her secret. I'm glad that Neo and Ocean got it together. Tiana had another issue she wanted Neo back but he wasn't going for it. As far as Camilla she didnt have to do that to JuJu. Sandra still mean I see. I still love the fact that Cortez and Winter didnt give up the love they had for each other cant wait for the spin off.

Nothing happens before it’s time!!!!!!!!!!
What happened to JuJu I didn’t see that coming, but with the way that Camilla went after Dwayne and Julius I should of known. It took something so drastic for Ocean to realize that there’s no place she’d rather be. Neo although his intentions were good it took an elder to get in him about the way he was treating his wife. Now Winter and Cortez they were both exactly what each other needed.

All of life Winter was mistreated starting with her mother, who never showed her any love,the first person that showed any type of affecting she thought it was love she had to learn to love herself first.I am so glad that she learned herself worth. What a stunning conclusion to a very enjoyable and entertaining experience,from the first story to this one.I liked that we got a few loose ends tied up and that we weren't left hanging too much on what if.This was such a grown up romance and real life experiences.The writer captures the real life thoughts and occurrences and handles it just beautifully.If you are looking for a good series for yourself or one for the book club well this is the one.

Great Read
Great ending to a great series and I couldn't put it down. So hated for this series to end, but I can't wait for the spin-off this summer. Never a dull moment with this series and held my attention from book one to the last installment. So looking forward to all my questions answered in the spin-off. So enjoyed this storyline and these characters, cause I'm not ready to let them go. Highly recommend this series. Job well done Diamond Johnson.

Loved it!
Part three was everything. I finished is so fast, lol. I loveeee Boss and Winter together—they just make my heart happy. I’m glad Neo pulled through and the baby is going home also. I still don’t like Tiana.. 🤷🏾♀️now I am curious on why Latrell went to the office, I hope she don’t call herself liking Boss. Lol! That mom of Winters..is so hateful. Sadly, I hope they are able to rekindle their relationship. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Nice, but felt unfinished
This was a nice finale yet it felt unfinished. Several point needed or should have been addressed, such as the wedding, the full term pregnancy after such procedure, the premature baby and consequences if any, and the still jealousy still lurking, the old flame still lurking, a new person's obsession and the list keep going and going.
That said, this was still good....but all of the HEA were so unfinished and unfulfilled.

This series was one of the best I read in a while. I'm very ecstatic the series is going to continue under another title, but I'm also glad questions will be answered. Hopefully everyone gets their happily ever after or should I say justice, especially for those who died in the process. Amazing Read
Wynter deserved everything Cortez gave her in their relationship after the things Dewayne did to her and her babies. She and Cortez were good for one another. Neo and Ocean had gone through entirely too much and it was time for them to be happy. Great ending, but I'll definitely be looking for the next book!

This series took a lot from me. Winter endured pain and loss but as a Mother first, she put on her big girl pants and made things happen. Cortez was a stand up guy. Lord knows I cannot deal with Winter’s mom. I have so many unanswered questions. Who is her father? Where is he? Why does her mother hate her? What’s up with Latrell? She better not start no shyt.

This is a Must Read!!
I love this story it was the perfect story of love. Cortez was definitely one of my favorite characters in the book besides Winter! He was a true definition of a real man. Winter was a courageous woman and I am glad she got herself together and ended up on top! This story shows that no matter what happens in life you can always come out on top!

THIS SERIES WAS AMAZING FROM BEGINNING TO END!! DEWAYNE WAS SO SHIESTY SMH. I'M SO HAPPY WINTER AND CORTEZ FOUND EACH OTHER. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE BOOKS I COULDN'T PUT DOWN LOL...I READ THE ENTIRE SERIES IN 3 DAYS. I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR MORE FROM THESE CHARACTERS.
