Disguising herself as a boy in order to board a longboat headed north seemed to Princess Ingrid like a good way to escape being married off against her will, until her deception was discovered. Now three battle-hardened Vikings are set on teaching her a stern lesson, and stripping the princess bare for a painful, humiliating spanking is just the beginning of their plans for her.
Though the punishment infuriates Ingrid, her body's response to the shameful chastisement is undeniable, and when she is claimed for the first time she cannot help crying out with pleasure. But the princess will not belong to just one of these fearsome warriors. They plan to share her, and she will soon learn what it means to be both thoroughly used and well and truly mastered.

I give this between 4 and 5 stars for Hot Vikings.
First, let me say if you understand the period of time when Vikings were alive and well and roaming their lands, you'll understand that the word "consent" wasn't part of their vocabulary. So if you are turned off by confusing consent issues, don't read it then review it badly. That kind of action is a slap in the face for the author, who has always portrayed her Vikings in the same way. Forceful and a little bit pushy...but an incredibly sexy pushy.
I enjoyed this book a great deal. The first 25% of the book moved slower than the last 75%, but it was an easy read, full of sexy men and one sexy, and very lucky, woman. It was a bawdy romp through Viking-land, which is exactly what I was looking forward to reading. Vikings are such sexy creatures and these four guys - Erik, Tali, Gunnvar, and Raud are no exception. Just what is poor maiden Ingrid to do? I took her original "I changed my mind" with a grain of salt since she had already discovered the "self pleasuring" aspect of Viking life, lol.
Lily, you've written another hot book. There is no other way to describe this. I wanted hot, erotic, adventurous Vikings, and that is exactly what I got.
Princess Ingrid has loved her childhood friend Raud for forever. So when she’s told of her fate by her father, Raud is her only ally. But when tragedy strikes Ingrid finds herself protected by three very sexy Vikings who will punish her if she disobey’s their orders. The storyline is addicting and the descriptions vivid. I could taste the salt spray of the sea and smell the smoke from the camp fires. These hot, HOT, sexy Viking’s will do whatever it takes to keep their woman safe. It’s an entertaining, easy read with hot vikings, what’s not to love!
It was fine, I read it until the end, but I didn’t LOOVEE it even though I’m obsessed with Viking romance. The reversed harem was cute, but a lot of spanking “you didn’t obey me woman and I need to make your behind red so next time you know to respect your husband so you can remain protected” lol the book has a lot of smut, well not A LOT but there is no real plot and wow ending. It’s just them ducking together :/ if you want just that you will be happy but if you want a story with a girl undercover as a boy and a lot of twists and interesting and adventurous plot, this is not for you. Maybe try the secret girl.
Saved by one Viking, saved again by three Vikings, and then All her saviour meet and she just can not pick one when she needs all four to keep her from finding trouble. I enjoyed this story it was pretty exciting. The beginning is a wee bit slow because of the scene setting is full of stuff. I always like to see in reverse harem relationships both the view points of the males and the female but in this story it is entirely told from the female viewpoint, so you miss out on the relationship building between the various men which actually is something I wondered about in this story. Erik and Tali, and Guv all seem to have decided they will share the princess before she has even woke up after they save her... That would have been an interesting bit to read as it also seems Erik is the leader as well in their group. That's just a bit of the story I thought would have been interesting from the guys viewpoint. Also when Ruin arrives the guys and him clearly talked and agreed but that's not in the story... But if it was this story would be way beyond a 5***** star rating. It is very good with just the female viewpoint but I also think the viewpoint of Raun and Erik in the beginning when they visit the shaman might add to the story and Tali maybe could have told his friend goodbye when he left on his journey it would have built anticipation for the reader for what might happen on their return. These are all just suggestions for possible future reverse harem stories where multiple viewpoints might enhance the story. But this is very good from her point of view.
Hahah bruh funny story, i actually picked this up cause i thought the title is Lily Harem is Shared by the Vikings and bruh i thought that it was a modern day chick whisked away to a time when vikings and plundering monasteries were still a thing, yknow?? We all like a lil bit of the fish out if water trope. I noticed the cover next and i was like, ‘aight, who let their biological father model for a smut?’ Wow that sounded agist but i mean, i said the truth. Then i turned to the synopsis haha and turns out lily harlem is the author damn what a let down
The writing was decent though some of the dialogue got me laughing because of how they take themselves a little bit too seriously, not because it’s obvious that these people are supposed to sound like they are not english speakers and we are getting direct translates??? Is that what ms harlem is aiming for? Is that it?
The smut was spicy and whatever ms harlem was aiming for she actually got but the entire time i was just thinking hpv, cervical cancer, yup yup yup and maybe a lil but of uti
Also, the reverse harem trope, yeah i know i was not coerced into getting into this, is not feasible in actuality cause i dont think men will actually be fine with sharing and not knowing if they fathered the child. I smell child abuse in the future, remember that viral story about that chick with the five unattractive husbands??? but i mean this is a fantasy so oh well
Princess Ingrid has always planned to marry her best friend Raud. Being a princess comes at a price though. The price for her is to marry who her father chooses. Thinking to sneak away with Raud, she disguises herself as a boy and hops aboard a viking ship. Who in their right mind thought that would work out?? When her whole world turns upside, Princess Ingrid finds herself at the mercy of three giant vikings. It takes some time but that ends up being right where she wants to be.
I devoured this book. When I started reading it, I just couldn't put it down. Stayed up way too late trying to find out everything that happened. I like Ingrid. Even with being a princess she isn't spoiled and annoying. She holds true to what she wants and stay stubborn to the end. The three Vikings, well what's not to love about them? Then there's our dear friend Raud. I was really concerned about how that might play out but it all worked out perfectly. As always with this author, she delivers with the sexy times. This wasn't an overly long book and there wasn't a ton of angst. It was a not quick but not drawn out, hot, interesting and exciting read. Definitely give it a shot.
I love a good steamy Viking story and this fit perfectly. This was a simple story of a shield maiden and princess finding love among 4 Viking warriors and making a life for themselves. There wasn’t some big dramatic plot where the woman was kidnapped or their village at the mercy of a tyranny. Just a fun and steamy love story among the Viking culture. That being said, this is Vikings so the culture is accurate given the history that is known. The beliefs and behaviors is exactly what I would expect. That isn’t something that is pleasing to every reader so keep that in mind. Lots of dominating, discipline, and possessiveness with the 4 warriors and the princess.
I personally loved the story and enjoyed reading the journey that brought the 5 of them together. Definitely give this book a read if you want something quick and steamy with hot alpha Viking warriors.
Ingrid is a princess who finds herself betrothed to her father’s old friend. But she is attracted to her childhood friend, Raud. When he helps her escape her pending nuptials will they have a chance to live happily ever after or will they find more than they bargained for? This is an entertaining story of a strong willed young lady and the new Viking men in her life. There is disobedience and spankings. There is protection, lust and love. This reverse harem is really good! It evolves nicely with real emotional connections between the characters not just sex - though there are heated encounters, too! Every man is different and devoted. An adventurous and thrilling read! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Ran out of Vikings: Valhalla episodes and someone recommended this as a Why Choose Vikings romance.
It wasn’t terrible. I love a “stowaway girl pretending to be a boy” plot, but there was not actually much plot. No story arc or climaxes (of the storytelling kind, there were plenty of other climaxes iykwim). The pacing was odd. The characters were likeable, but it’s a short one so it’s not like there’s a lot to go off of.
A lot of it was honestly very cringey imo, and I had to skim or I would’ve DNF’d. The 3rd person POV was possibly throwing me off bc I like my books from the FMCS POV with maybe some chapters of the MMCs POV.
This is an intense and complicated story, and, Wow! I have never read a historical like romance before, so that was new for me, but I really got into it!I enjoyed Ingrid and her warriors, I didn't get her dad though, like who would do that to their daughter? There are some intense scenes, like the storm at sea, the raid and all the claiming, all the claiming, wow, all the claiming, lol. So with that being said, it was sometimes repetitive and draggy, but persevering brings you back to the appeal of this story. I really enjoyed it!
I loved this one. Still a bit short for my tastes.
A Viking princess and her secret childhood love escape only to crash and get separated. When the Vikings who saved her, see that she's a girl, there are quite a few hilarious moments. So funny.
And from there they become lovers, and have to find a way to please the angry Viking gods and her father .......
I really liked it. I most definitely plan on reading more from this author, but I was sad that she thinks her Vikings might not have time for her in the future.
🔥🔥 I actually thought this book was going to end without Erik doing what he did 😂. I enjoyed this story and loved the characters. I should have been born back then to have 4 guys. I wouldn’t have to be greedy 2 would be ok as well 😂. I adored Tali. His personality was so cute. Gunnvar was very sweet. Erik was forceful but gentle. And Raud adjusted to how his life was going to be very fast. How Ingrid held up to all that! Some imagination 😂😂 On to my next story. 🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜
I skimmed through a good bit of it because mostly it was like reading some sort of Vikings Fan Fiction she's obviously a fan of the show I noticed that when she dropped several key figures names like Floki, Helga, and Bjorn. However the story was okay the intimate scenes were pretty hot so I won't complain to much it was free for KU users so I would recommend it to those who have KU.
This is a mills n boon version of rh. Its beyond boring. Now how the fuck is an rh book boring?
Ingrid the fmc is a childish immature little girl, she's beyond 2 dimensional, no character, banal and pretty pathetic. Seriously I cant bare to read her.
Her harem are so woefully asexual, no character, corny dialogue and the least viking esque vikings I've ever read.
This book was hilarious. The dialogue is super cheesy and the rationale isn't there... Like ever. And the sex scenes, while abundant, were so badly constructed I found myself rolling my eyes.
But when you turn it into a drinking game it's not so bad until you suffer through the hangover the following day.
Our h is a princess in an arranged marriage to a gross man, she packs up and pretends to be a boy on a Viking ship. On this ship are 4 hunky vikings. 😏
Raud is so sweet and I actually felt sorry for him. 😭
Lots of spankings so I wasn’t a fan of that.
Tropes: Vikings Virgin FMC Historical Damsel in Distress Very spicy 🌶️
This is a great story. I loved how the princess goes from I can’t have sex with a man before marriage to “I am a princess I can have as many men as I want.” Her father was a real jerk though he really made me mad. An enjoyable Viking adventure with lots of heat.
In a world with limited options for a woman, this princess tries to take control of her future and ends up with more than she ever imagined! This is an entertaining book, but it would have been better if the point of view of the other men were shared too.
This is a reverse harem romance. Ingrid is running away from an arranged marriage. She dresses like a boy and boards a Viking ship. When these men find out they take possession of her. Very steamy story.

This is an enjoyable book that is set in Viking times and who doesn’t enjoy a good Viking book?! There are some funny moments in the book but overall, it’s a hot read with great characters.

Honestly, I just don't think harem romances are for me. Main character was too perfect/desirable and there wasn't enough relationship-building. I can suspend disbelief in novels, but it was a little too much for me.
This book is fast paced and creative. Ingrid finds her fate after running away and surviving a storm at sea. Not only is her childhood friend to be her husband and lover, but also three of her rescuers as well.
Loved the detail about Viking way of life. A good story about what exactly is one’s duty compared to what one wants. The princess is an interesting women and a good erotic tale.
By far my least favourite from Lily Harlem. I didn't feel any connections to any of the 5 main characters and the book just passed by.... #goawaycovid19
