Sara Barrett hasn’t been able to stop thinking about the handsome highlander who strode into her life from sixteenth century Scotland. She decides to leave her brother, her home, and her entire life behind to find him, but first she must convince Edna Campbell to send her back in time. The witch sees trouble ahead for the determined lass, and tries to discourage her. But Sara has made up her mind and won’t be deterred.
Logan MacPhail has done his best to forget the beautiful woman he met in the future. When she shows up unexpectedly in his world, it’s only to find he has made a pledge out of duty that he will not break. Logan tries to convince Sara to return to her own time. All In Good Time: Book Six of The Thistle & Hive Series by Jennae Vale is an interesting twist in Time Travel. While, Book 6, each story can be read as a stand alone. I would like to go back and read Book 1, myself.
Quick read, I read it in one setting, that is steady paced, entertaining, as well as compelling and thought-provoking. What would you do if you could go back in time?
Sara Barrett, is from the present, but she can't stop thinking of the handsome highlander, Logan MacPhail, from the sixteenth century who strode into her life. Logan, can't stop thinking of the brave, courageous, lass from the future, Sara, however, he has pledged himself to a lass, Aisla, in need of a protector, fearing he would never see Sara again. Aisle is with child, by another man.
Edna Campbell, a very unusual witch, who likes to match couples from the past with the future, help them meet their destiny and soul mate. This situation is not a usual situation, it is not of her choosing. Sara asks Edna to send her back to the past to find Logan.
Rory, is Aisla's unborn child's father. Can Edna help Aisla and Rory? She cannot help Logan and Sarah, but maybe if she can help Rory and Aisla, that will help Logan and Sara.
Danger, passion, twists and turns, a few surprises along the way, adventure and romance through the Scottish countryside, makes "All In Good Time", an intriguing Time Travel. A great addition to the "Thistle & Hive" Series.
Ms. Vale has a way with her words to bring life to her characters, and excitement to her stories, that captures the reader's heart. She is a relatively new author to me, however, I find I quiet enjoy her Time Travel stories of fate, destiny, passion and romance with a unique twist. Characterization, and visualizations, brings these characters and plot full circle to make an amazing and satisfying read.
Fans of Time Travel, fate, destiny, danger, twists, surprises and a great read, are sure to enjoy, Jennae Vale', "All in Good Time". Give it a try for yourself and see what Sara, Logan, Edna, Rory and AIsla are up to and how they manage to find their HEA.

I enjoyed their story so much.
Sara couldn't stop thinking about the what if's. What if she had step through the fog and followed Logan, or if she had begged him to stay, would he have?? She wants to go there, forget the fact Edna is not involving herself in the match making in this one. Sara is on her own with this one. So be it...
Logan has thought of nothing but Sara since he left, and has doubts of his sanity. hahaha...
Plus he has made a vow, a vow he will not break, not even for Sara.
Lots of twist and turns and yes of course villain's. So much action, and chasing, and blame, that Sara does take the bull by the horns and uses common sense. Figures out secrets and tries to solve the issue.
I've had this book for over two years and I'm just now finishing up this series. But I love the journey.

Liked The Story
Although I really enjoyed reading this book, I found it was not as in-depth as past stories. That's not to say it wasn't a good storyline. It just felt like I needed more. I'm looking forward to book seven. Can't wait to see what our Edna has up her sleeve. I do recommend the book as the story is most enjoyable.

Book six of the Thistle & Hive series
This was another winner. My favorite books are time travel and this series is great. I highly recommend all her books to everyone who loves witches and good love stories. Diana Romano

Another wonderful romantic story
I enjoyed this whole series! If you enjoy sexy Highlanders and great stories of love overcoming hardships... this series is for you!! Jennae Vale is a masterful story teller whose characters come to life and make you smile! Wonderful feel good stories I found hard to put down!! I can't wait for more books in this series... please say there's more!!!!

I loved this book. Jennae Vale keeps your eyes glued to the pages. For me the characters have become special to me i cant wait for the next book to see how they are. Jennaes Edna Cambell seriously brings her love stories to life, makes you laugh and cry. I have recommended her books to my sisters as well as friends who love historical stories as well as time travel and romance.

Once again Jennae Vale has manages to merge past and present in an interesting and heartwarming love story. This time, Edna Campbell is faced with a situation. She must try to help a couple whose match was not set up by her and isn't in her control. Sara goes back in time to find the love of her life, Logan, only to find that he is betrothed to another woman. He has asked Aisla to marry him to help her with her situation as an unwed pregnant woman. Rather than sit back and hope things work out, Sara investigates to find out who the father is and goes after him. It turns out that he didn't come back because of extenuating circumstances. Edna travels to the past to help. There's nothing she can do for Sara and Logan but if she can help Aisla and Rory that would leave Logan free to marry his love.
This was a quick read and a welcome addition to the entire series.

Answered Some Questions From Series
This is probably not a stand alone book, reading the previous ones helps to discribe a lot of the characters you read about in this book. After six books the storyline is rather redundant but Jeannae Vale pulls the story together about half way through making the story enjoyable.

Thistle and Hive you keep magic alive!
I love the "Thistle and Hive" series. It's time travel romance done at a wonderful pace. It's great fun to meet all the characters you loved in previous books again in the next installment. I look forward to Zeke and Hamish's stories.

Great Addition to the Series
Loved this book for the sheer fact that the characters were honest and held to their word despite the ramifications. Not many people do things for others unless they get something out of it. This alone had me interested in both Sara AND Logan.

A great story and a quick read
Sara and Logan are known characters at this point and their journey is fun to read. I managed to finish this book in about four hours total.

OMG! I love these books. What an amazing writer Jennae Vale is. These stories grab you and you can't put it down until you know how it will unfold. I like that you can visit with the previous characters and follow along with their lives. Even though you know that there will be a happy ending, it is still fun to go on the journey.
