Hadiah ulang tahun! Dan dibaca sampai selesai sesaat setelah menerima bukunya! Buku pertama yang kubaca yang nggak ada petunjuk halamannya. Tebal sih, tapi isinya gambar semua. Suka sih, tapi tidak begitu mengena. Mungkin karena aku sejak kecil tidak punya "sahabat", hidup nomaden dan memiliki terlalu banyak teman. Lah, curhat.

Secara keseluruhan, buku ini cocok ... buat kamu yang memiliki sahabat!

Friendship is....

having the same obsession, realizing we're reading the same book, cracking up for no reason, a never ending online chat (Spankers and Joglosemarers), being a good listeners, the grup you can come back to no matter what, sometimes up sometimes down, as deep as an ocean.

Sebagai seorang Introvert, punya sahabat itu termasuk hal yang langka. Nggak banyak yang bisa masuk dalam kategori sahabat. Ada yang hampir tiap hari ketemu, ketawa-ketiwi bareng tapi nggak bisa masuk dalam lingkaran sahabat. Ada yang nggak pernah ketemu, tapi bisa share silly moments tanpa merasa takut di-judge. Itulah sahabat.

Saat duka adalah saat yang tepat apakah orang yang selama ini sahabat kita adalah benar-benar sahabat sejati kita yang layak dan pantas kita perjuangkan?

Ada luka didalam hati ketika kejadian duka itu melanda dan orang-orang yang gw anggap sebagai teman tidak ada disamping gw saat melalui itu semua.

Pepatah mengatakan "Jika Orang itu berharga untukmu maka kamu akan menyempatkan waktumu untuknya" . Tetapi jika mereka tidak berusaha memperjuangkan waktu mereka untuk kamu apakah kamu masih pantas untuk mempertahankan mereka?

Coba pikirkan Apakah teman-temanmu adalah sahabat sejatimu dan mereka benar-benar akan menemanimu tidak hanya disaat suka tetapi juga duka?

I received this book from a friend for my birthday, and it was adorable! It was odd at times because it seemed like the book was trying to appeal to all sorts of people. "Bromances" and "comparing beards," but also "oogling guys" and "ladies' nights," or "comparing pregnancy stories" versus "graduating together." I think this book would make more sense if it was targeted on a certain gender and age group!

Still, it was wholly adorable and definitely made me sentimental. Gotta appreciate great friends!

It was an alright read! I liked the pictures. Some of the sentences were regurgitated from other versions of “Happiness is...” series but it didn’t take away from the cheery upbeat tone of the book. Would recommend to a friend but would not read it again myself, hence just 3 stars.

Priateľstvo je... ďalšia malá knižka zo série od týchto autorov, ktorá vás zavedie na nostalgickú cestu spolu s milými ilustráciami o priateľstve.
Pri čítaní som myslela hlavne na svoju naj kamošku, s ktorou sa poznáme cez 25 rokov a väčšina momentov z knižky na nás sedela. Tie, čo nesedeli, mi zase dali inšpiráciu, na čo ju najbližšie nahovoriť.
Knižka je ideálnym darčekom, ktorý neunudí a je vhodný aj pre nečitateľov. Ku každej ilustrácii je mini text, takže som to mala prelistované pomerne rýchlo.
Pri čítaní týchto knižiek sa vždy usmievam a spomínam. Všetko, čo je v nich spomenuté je z bežného života a dá sa s tým ľahko stotožniť.
Neviem sa dočkať vydania ďalších dielov. Neviem prečo vydal Albatros Media 1. diel pod vydavateľstvom Motto a tento 2. diel pod Lindeni, ale tým pádom to trochu dizajnovo na prednej strane nesedí. Škoda.

Mình mua cuốn này cùng với cuốn 'Hạnh phúc là..." Nếu đọc riêng cuốn này trước thì có lẽ mình sẽ thích nó. Nhưng sau khi đọc "Hạnh phúc là..." thì mình thấy cuốn này khá nhàm. Ý tưởng và cách thể hiện không mới - vẫn là ghi lại bằng các nét vẽ giản đơn vềnhững điều nho nhỏ dễ thương trong cuộc sống hàng ngày; và nội dung thì không thú vị bằng.

Nếu như cuốn "Hạnh phúc là..." đem lại cho mình sự đồng cảm - những quan điểm giống tác giả về hạnh phúc, thì cuốn sách này có những ý mình không đồng tình: nếu là bạn thực sự thì sẽ không hứa cưới nhau nếu hai đứa ế già đâu :D, và bạn thân không có nghĩa là cuộc sống cá nhân đan xen chặt chẽ về mọi mặt.

Kết luận là cuốn này sale còn 35k thì mình mới mua, chứ nguyên giá (80k) thì không đời nào :)

A Review of Friendships Is.....

After I finished reading a book called Happiness is....., I read Friendship Is in English because I liked the first book. I like the illustrations as well. Every time I turned the page, the illustrations and the writing brought me smile. I think the book series is great to read before going to bed.

My friend, i call her Pet gave me this book as a birth day gift. Because we are far away each other, so it has very little thing we can do with each other. Sometimes, i just try to find something that i can do with her in this long distance friendship as taking a surprised phone call and tell her some jokes that makes her laugh. This book is wonderful, anyway❤
