Like the companion book about trees, this book has good information about all kinds of shrubs suited to your gardening conditions, area, seasonal blooming, planting and maintenance. I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to plan their garden, even finding low maintenance plants that will thrive on neglect.

Of course I'd like a Taylor's Guide to my own ZONE! So many of the shrubs that I was oooohing and ahhhhing about wouldn't thrive here :(
