An interesting and useful guide, in combination with the DK Pocket Map & Guide to Amsterdam, they're a great team of books. Gives a lot of information and interesting details.
Concentrates on the major places of interest and gives a fair bit of information. The maps aren't as good as the DK one but it does have more information.
