Proud to be a Cheesehead. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you are able to withstand the frigid winter air, Wisconsin has some of the most down to earth, honest people around. I passed a very happy childhood there, climbing trees, and running along the river.

Proud to be a McEachern Indian. At fifteen, we moved to a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. The warm, Southern culture touched my heart.

Proud to be a Cougar. I attended Brigham Young University, where I graduated with a BS in Human Development.

Proud to be a Cuate. I spent a year and a half in Guatemala as a Christian missionary, spreading the message of hope and love. The Guatemalan people are some of the kindest people you will meet.

Proud to be a Human Resource Professional. I was employed for many years in the field of Human Resources.

Proud to be a Wife and Mother. And I thought that Human Resources was a demanding career. Nothing has been more difficult or more rewarding than being a wife and mother. My happiness is centered in the happiness of my family.

Proud to be an Author. Writing has been a source of great joy in my life. I hope to share with my readers a piece of myself in every novel. I hope to uplift and entertain others through my written word.

I liked it. It is a clean romance, but I have nothing new to add to the reviews published to date.

Third Times a Charm: Terrence Family Romance book 3 is by Sarah Gay. This third book is the best of the books so far. It is certainly romantic but is a wonderful, clean way. It is definitely a case of mistaken identity.
Meri Terrence had decided it was time to come closer to home. She ran several hotels in Costa Rica; but when Zee moved to park City, Utah, she decided she needed to be closer to family. She wanted to build a new hotel here in Midway. She had found the perfect spot in a quaint B&B and entered negotiations to purchase it. She didn’t tell anyone that the inn would be torn down to provide room for a new hotel. She was very close to closing when Emory Fairbanks stepped in to try to buy it out from under her. However, Meri didn’t seem worried as she still thought everything was in order. Now to enjoy the town and all the cowboys around.
Emory Fairbanks wanted the B&B; but he wanted to simply redo them and keep the beauty of the B&B as it was. He had to meet Belle Terrence and flatter her then buy it out from under her. However, when he ran into Meri, he had already seen the woman who must be Belle. He wasn’t impressed with her so knew he had a chance. He did meet Meri dressed in her cowgirl finery and so Cal went to purchase some for himself so he could get her attention. He never used Emory except in business so she knew him as Cal. What will she do when she finds out he plans to purchase the hotel?

Clean Contemporary Romance - sweet, frustrating, humor and modern day fairytale.

Cal a man made of money but worried about looking his life had a doctor on speed dial.....He cherished his mother and was changing his was to honor her. Meri was a screwed business woman ready to get what she wanted, changing her life to come closer t o family. Family changing both of these business moogles.... humor, plots, trickery, and begging. In the end if you don't feel sorry for Cal I will be shocked he 29 and the man waits one more year because she ask.....poor man. Violence zero, sex zero but you'll still love this contemporary romance.

A quick and fun read

If you have a couple of hours to spare and need something light and enjoyable to read, this is your book. Learn to love with Meri and Cal, and experience the delightful identity confusion they stumble through. Also, if your mouth isn’t watering for macaroons by the end of this book (and there is a recipe included!) there is something wrong with you! 😉

This is a DNF. I read to about 22%. I am not sure what I thought the title implied but it wasn’t two people dressing like cowboys/-girls. This is definitely not an author for me and not a book for me. I flat out disliked this.

Great read

A wonderful addition to the series. Meri and Cal make a fantastic couple and I loved the counterfeit cowboy. It was nice catching up with all the other Terrences. I would recommend this story to any reader that enjoys clean romances.
