Another good story

This is Book #9 in the Miranda and Parker series.

Ten years ago Parker tried to prove a friend was innocent of killing his wife. Parker ‘s first wife was dying with cancer. Parker tried to help his friend but his friend was convicted. Now his friend is on death row and only had a few weeks to live. Parker asks Miranda to look into the case with her team to see if Miranda can find something he missed to stop the death of his friend. This is a quick read because you cannot put the book down.

Lindsey Lanier is a very thorough researcher and writer. Each book, I learn something I never knew about. It amazes me how each plot is so different. The reader of Miss Laniers books will never be bored.

Actually read this a while ago but forgot to update lol

I love the Miranda and Parker series. Cannot get enough of them. I just love the characters. Like seeing the group all together for most of this book. Love when they all work together. Kind of had an idea who done it, but still very enjoyable.

Lindsey Lanier is a very talented author who writes incredibly compelling books that keep you spellbound. I found it impossible to put any of the books down until I finished it. Now I eagerly await the 13th installment of this exciting series about Miranda and Parker.

Nature verses nurture

Miranda wondered why the innocent so often felt guilty, while the guilty rarely did. Perhaps because it was only the good who had the capacity for guilt. So much truth to these words.

I don't know what else to say except what I have been saying that this is more than a five star series . It is really a ten star series. It is a must read. The suspense and the mystery are outstanding. Great series .

Snarky

I really like the Miranda and Parker Mysteries. This book didn't seem to have as much plot to it as other books or maybe I just wasn't as into the story because of the use of snakes.

Snake eyes

Miranda and Parker are at it again. Using the elite team that has been created for Miranda. They need to stop the execution of one of Parker’s old friends. Will they succeed. They deal with creepy crawlers in this case. Enjoy.

Good Book.

Always looking for how the beginning is going to tie into the plot of the story. Although snakes are not my thing, story was a thriller up to the end. Enjoyed the book.

Snake bit
Goory, glad the Parkers team saved the girls and got the bad guy.
In real life working girls go on from one city to the next. There’s probably a lot of fallout connected the “ring” that Miranda and Parker won’t see. Not quite so easily dismissed in real life.
Good book.

No subject too gritty

If you love seeing the bad guys take hard hits, watching the higher ups think they are going to be the ones to win, then watching them fail, this is your series!

Wow!

Extremely unusual! This case turns out to be the most bizarre and unusual of all the many diverse cases Miranda and Parker have had! Plot is fascinating and becomes more so as it unfolds! Old hatreds, old grudges, long memories!

Editing mistake

Enjoying this series but the editor missed a big mistake. The hospital theDr. Worked with is Johns Hopkins, not John Hopkins.

Only one possible answer....

Yet the way the story played out was gripping and intense.

The writing is becoming more and more gruesome as the series continues.

Evil Slithers

So graphic and descriptive. This one might cause nightmares, as much from the disgust of treatment of the girls as the snakes.
