I have read this book and find it to be lacking substance. She comes across as someone who isn’t really in this business for other people. He book seemed rushed and egocentric.
I have tried several recipes and they flopped.
I also feel her online presence to be somewhat disturbing and egocentric.
I would not buy another book or recommend her to anyone.
My book arrived this morning, and while I’ve only flipped through the recipes, they all look super yummy and really manageable for my cooking skills! Most of the ingredients are already in my pantry so I just need to shop for the fresh ingredients and I will jump right in to trying these recipes!
2* So this cookbook was just too crunchy for me... the muffins and cookies are all without sugar. The sides, salads, and soups look like dishes I would be willing to try but not ones I would force my family to eat. Not a single recipe included beef.
