Enjoyed the book

This book was a good read. It was interesting and informative. Gave me insight into anger that I had not known before. There was also good ideas in which to help you to improve your anger situation.

Very well written, lots of good pointers and tips to gather control of your anger and what other underline emptions can trigger it.
