Sean Frazier's epic fantasy tale continues with Descent Into Madness, the 3rd entry in the Forgotten Years series. Much like the previous books, there's a uniqueness to Frazier's world, as well as his take on magic, both of which make the series stand out from the pack.

One of the things I really loved about this entry is the subtle shifting of the characters' various levels of importance. As the series has moved along, my favorite supporting character has almost moved into the role of being the main character, and I have quite enjoyed that switch.

I'm looking forward to digging into the 4th and final installment of the series soon!
