Broken homes, harsh environments, and bad luck were all that neighborhood friends Mischana Boyd and Kiru Noble seemed to know. EXPLOSIVE!!!!!
Well Nett holds no punches with her writing skills. She is a beast with it. This story had me intrigued from page one. The way Kiru is protective in nature was amazing. Starting at a young age he was a protector. Mimi went through sooooo much it made me hurt when she hurt. Nonetheless she grew up broken but determined. Indo.....I love Indo. His whole demeanor just does something to me. Shreya is living her best life without a doubt but please believe Indo has her reevaluating the life she's living. Grue and "Barbie" both get under my skin. Between them and that cliffhanger I swear. P.S. Nett be dropping clues and real life gems. Her stories are entertaining but somewhere in there I manage to catch a message. On to part 2.

Great Read
Held my attention from beginning to end and what a ending. That ending had my mouth wide open and I can't wait to see what happens. It so much going on secrets on top of secrets and I know it's more to come. I can't wait to see how the Indo, Kiru, Samantha/Barbie situation plays out. And I can't wait for Grue to get dealt with. Did Mrs. Lucinda know all long Ash was adopted. On to the next installment to see what happens. Great job Antoinette Sherell.

Umm speechless
Coming off the other family ride I didn’t know what to expect. However you effortlessly made me fall in love with KIRU and INDO. My heart went out to Mimi so I’m ready to see it all play out so Grue and Theo can get what’s coming to them. Ms. Lucinda can get it as well. Job well done.

That ending was crazy the look on Kiru face.
Mischana was only loved and protected by Kiru and he was a child himself. Misçhana was dealing with a drug addicted mom who would use her child to get what she wants. Grue is an evil predator and I hope Kiru handles him asap. Indo has issued but his baby mom is a snake. Hurry up part 2.

This is so different than anything you’ve ever written. It is your best work to me. I was floored. I can’t wait to see see how this all plays out. Grue & Barbie has got to go. I loved the plot. All of these secrets is killing me. What happened to telling the truth and let the chips fall where they may. This had my heart pumping and adrenaline pumping. On to part 2. It's snakes that needs to be dealt with

That ending was EVERYTHING! It’s bouta be a whole lot of drama in book 2 and I’m here for it. First read by the author and I’m so happy I tried her. The book was captivating from page one and the flow and transitions was so smooth, it was just a great easy read!
