Biography

Patra Zeibeki born in Athens, father with roots from Samos and Asia Minor and mother of Crete. Places where there is a rich gastronomy and great artistic activity itself comes from families where the artistry and gastronomy flowing in their blood since his father contributed the executive chef and mother of iconographer - painter.
The same deal from the teenage years to the art of cooking and writing recipes and has the unique gift of being able to distinguish and identify different tastes and to compose.
He of adulthood with versions starting her career in the family business since her husband, the newspaper "H Allaghi" in Heraklion, Crete, where among other journalist for a long time, permanent full-page column "Mini, Midi, MAXI" nicknamed "Bibi Ant." pioneer column topics addressed exclusively to women.

But all these years not forget to travel around the world and experiencing different cuisines and dishes. Through her travels she discovers new flavors and new ingredients which brings in food and recipes of presenting a new and different style in the kitchen today. And of course has the gift of wine tasting.
Artistic and restive spirit as it is in 2005 decided to learn the art of mosaic, so it goes in our neighboring Italy and especially in Ravenna where he studied at "Scuola Arte Del Mosaico" mosaics and reproductions of ancient mosaics. Having taken many elements from her travels and from school trained only manufactures custom mosaic works of incomparable beauty and inlaid furniture that are considered unique technique for Greece.

At the same time he wrote recipe books where the first book is "Dishes and Flavors of the South" in the two languages Greek and English, the second "Patra's Sweet Secrets" in English and following and then.
Patra Zeibeki speaks four languages: Greek, English, Italian, and Spanish.
