Ok, first of all let me mention that somehow when I purchased this book, I missed it was a two-in-one. Pretty cool but also a warning sign.
Both books advertised helping you develop your psychic skills and empathy. I did learn a little that I didn’t already know, but what they tell you to do, it simply says do it, not how to do it, and that’s what I feel like most people would have wanted these books for to begin with.
If you know absolutely nothing, I’d say these would be ok to start off learning the absolute basics but that’s all. I wouldn’t recommend them, because it’s nothing you can’t easily find for free online with a little effort.

Exactly what I've been looking for! There are so many books giving basic info but nothing that really goes into depth about how to strengthen abd evolve their abilities. The 1st of these 2 books is PERFECT for that!

Listened to the audiobook! Great book for beginners about understanding what it means to be an empath. Lots of actionable tips that I've started to apply. Some of it is a bit like... "No kidding"... Like she tells you to eat healthy and sleep enough. But aside from that, lots of great advice.

Its brief and repeatitive
Don't waste your money. Its wasting your time. There are tons of better books out there on similar topic and of greater depth.

It's great to be able to read about yourself!
This book helped me to be able to understand more about myself. I have been an empath since childhood. I met my Spirit Guide in 1977. He literally saved my life. Had I not listened to him, I would not be here to tell you this. Four friends of mine lost their lives one Friday night as they drove off a cliff on the local mountain. I was warned by my Spirit Guide not to go with them. I still look back on that night and say to myself "what a waste!" These boys had their whole lives ahead of them and then lost their lives. By the way, telepathy and reincarnation are real!

A basic how to or jumping point to explore concepts outlined in the book. Sometimes I felt that the author was giving super generalized and sometimes broad brushed but that is just my personal opinion. Suggested audiobook for reference and note taking to then do deeper dives on characteristics of empathic nature.

I was hoping for something a little more insightful. The author talks about honing in on your intuition. Which is great. But I was looking for something to expand upon what I can do and how to better control it.

This was a very enjoyable read.
I found this book informative on many different levels. Most topics mentioned in this book were a confirmation of what I intuitively new all along. Very refreshing to have this as a guide during my journey to find my true purpose.

If you haven’t read into the topics covered at all yet, this may be a helpful psychic and empath 101. I have learned quite a bit about them alerts and felt like not much new was added and the content was covered in a very repetitive way.

Very basic superficial information that a quick search on Pinterest could provide all this info in some silly graphic someone made.
Unless you know absolutely nothing about this topic I wouldn’t recommend it. I got it free on my Kindle app and hoped it would be useful for me but it wasn’t for me. However it may help someone else.
