Rage Quit is the first self published title by Krista Smith and grew out of conversations with her son over “rage quitting” his video games. It is a story as much about parenting a child through self control issues as it is about self reflection and allowing our children to teach us, too. Humble, funny, and ironic, this is a children’s book that will deliver a gentle reminder to child-and parent- alike, while remaining lighthearted and relatable throughout. Krista Smith is a quiet New Jersey creative who has sold character art online for years, but is making the leap into her truest passion- writing. Heavily inspired by her own two children, husband, and their adventures together, she writes with the vision, experience, and much-needed humor of a parent who knows she is still a work-in-progress herself. She views parenting as her greatest calling and hopes that through her writing, she can help other parents embrace the difficult, imperfect, and beautiful journey of raising good humans.
