The first time I saw Will Spencer in our apartment elevator, I swooned over his devilishly good looks. When he spoke and I heard his British accent, I'm pretty sure an ovary exploded. Then he knocked on my door with a bottle of wine and two glasses in his hand before inviting himself inside. After my bad break-up, I wasn't ready to date. I hadn't even looked for a rebound, but there he was, practically gift wrapped.

Montana. I loved saying her name. I'd noticed her before she ever noticed me. She was too hung up on that cad to pay me any attention. A month ago, I witnessed their break-up at the restaurant where I bartended. So, I bided my time and waited for her to recover, after all we lived on the same floor and geography was on my side. While I was certain her ex would come crawling back, I wasn't built to be a rebound.

After all, where there's a will, there's a way...

I've gotten pretty far behind in keeping up - with reviews that is. So it was a while ago that I read it. I gave it 3 stars. When I just recently read the synopsis, it didn't click and I don't remember the book at all. I could probably remember it if I started reading it again but since I only gave it 3 stars and I can't remember the hero/heroine at all and I have scads of books to read and a number to review; I hate to sound cold, but why bother.

A great read. It will keep you interested till the end. Montana was out to dinner with her boyfriend and he was acting different. She thought he was going to propose, so when she saw him in the hallway kissing the hostess, she got her revenge and ordered a big meal to go and left him with the huge check. It felt good and sad at the same time. Will the bartender in the restaurant where is happened watched it all. He has wanted to meet her for a while, they lived in the same building. Will this be his chance? The story flowed well, strong characters, great chemistry.

Will is the bartender on the night Montana thought her boyfriend Hugo was going to propose. Instead, he was diddling the hostess. Montana orders herself some breakup food and puts it on Hugo’s tab.

Will has noticed Montana for months is, as they live in the same apartment block.
He’s from London working as a bartender/actor/model.
He’s kind of sweet and more of a wingman than a playa.

Not sure why Montana takes Hugo back.
Not sure why Will asks Bree out, Montana’s best friend. That’s pretty bonehead.

Okay read

This was a very short read. It was well written and I liked the characters. ******SPOILER*****BUT wth??why go back to a cheater? & I really didn't like the ending either.

there is one thing that is HUGE in this book that i would have to totally disagree with the character and therefore disagree with the author ... MONTANA is the best state ever ... u will love every second you spend there ... there are no words to describe what you will see and enjoy!! the folks are super awesome, kind and friendly. i loved my first trip with my parents there in the early 90's as a young teen. it has been a lasting thing in my mind ...the hubby and i have been there several times ... i love WYOMING as well ... both are states we love through and through. don't get me started on love for our states here in the USA. i love Canada too .. we have been to like 6 or so provinces ... such a great place as well. any who ... that aside ...and if Beth can put that aside that is HUGE ... 'cause u think i love my home state of Virginia ..but don't mess with Montana ... why i love the TV SHOW "Yellowstone" with Kevin Costner ...u have yet to see it ... please do ...they just ending the 2nd season. can't wait to season 3 ... so excited!! so the book ... loved it . .. i wanted it to end a certain way and it did. HEA ending ... took a bit for the lady (Montana) to get a clue ...but i guess sometimes in love you are just plain clueless ... right?? read it .. love it ... can't wait to read more from Julie soon enough. thankful that Amazon suggested her book 2 me. MUST READ!!

2 “Love”-Blind Stars

Where There’s A Will is a cute little contemporary romance following the unlikely match-up between bartender Will and Montana after her long-time boyfriend shows his true colors on the eve of their anniversary.

The way Will remembered and practically fell head over heals for Montana the night of her breakup spectacle where he worked, and after, made me enamored with his character. After I read all the lovey-dovey, starry-eyed ways he continued to refer to her in. I thought this should be easy, right? Wrong. Montana spent this whole book wearing rose-colored glasses and pining after the douche ex, Hugo. And that is the big fat reason this book took a nosedive. The level of stupidity behind her unending attachment to that loser, is not only unbelievable but frankly disconcerting. I wanted to punch her. Knock some sense into her brain, and then shove her into Will’s arms. Along with that train wreck, there’s her best friend. Obviously, Montana is not a good judge of character.

There was no real plot, no real dates, no real connection to be felt. Montana ruined the whole book for me. It seemingly ends on an HEA, but after spending so much time with her character, by the end I no longer thought she deserved it.

This was a very quick and an easy to read story from this author. This story introduces you to Montana and Will, a cheating EX and sushi. This was my first read from this author and as for it being a very quick read, I would have really liked it to have been longer....but that is just me. I wasn't a big fan of the way that Montana treated Will, I mean...her choosing to go back to a cheating EX who very clearly won't change.

I would have liked to have seen more of a backstory with all the characters, again if it had been longer. But I did really like Will Spencer (his thoughts about being a Brit are so like mine in many ways) Montana deserved better and in the end she got it.

It was a good story, good characters and overall a good read.

After a year of dating, Montana catches her boyfriend cheating on her. She thought he was going to ask her to marry him but she was blindsided. She meets her neighbor Will and remembers him as the bartender at the restaurant where she caught Hugo cheating. They date and everything seems to be going fine until she sees Hugo again. He wants her to give him another chance and she agrees. Will knows that Hugo is a cheater and he hasn’t changed but how can he make Montana see this?

Montana is naive at best. Once a cheater, always a cheater. She saw him flirting with the other women at the speed dating event. It makes you want to shake some sense into her for being so foolish.

Will seems to be a good guy although falling into bed the same day as they officially met is a little quick.

A quick and easy read. Good story. Liked the hero a lot but thought the heroine needed to rethink a lot of things she did. She is hardheaded about the relationship that she left on a sour note and can't decide if she should give him another chance since they had invested so much time before it ended.
When good man Will meets her he knows what he feels for for quickly and wants to go further and treats her like the ex should have. She likes him too but manages to talk herself into giving her ex another chance. Will accepts it and is trying figure out how to move on but sometimes things do not work out like we think.

Will has been watching Montana but she hasn't really noticed him, and anyway she's had a boyfriend for a year. She's meeting Hugo at a very nice restaurant and is hoping the meal is going to be a celebration. But that's not quite what happens!
It turns out that Will lives in the same block of flats and after the fiasco in the restaurant makes a concerted effort to get to know Montana, she feels something for him but doesn't want to give up the thought of her ex.
A great entertaining read.

I can't stand Montana. There I said it. I wanted to jump into the book and punch her. Why would you go back to a cheater whom you cought in the act? She seemed very shallow and superficial by running back to him just because he just so happened to have her anniversary present from months before, with him at speed dating event... other than that I liked Will's character but that's about it. I still gave the book 3 stars because the author did make me feel emotion, it may have just been anger but it was something.

Some people just don't deserve better, especially when they try to go back to what wasn't good to begin with. With that said, the hero is a good guy, the heroine an idiot, but they're both well crafted characters that feel real. Their friends are obviously not 'besties' because they withhold things from them, and the ending is very predictable, even though I didn't expect her to go as far as she did in her quest to recapture what she had. There are quite a few typos such as missing words and extra words that cause little hiccups when you're reading, but overall it's a good little romance.

I was a little disappointed by this. The story started out great and Will and Montana were great together. But Montana’s blind belief in Hugo even after what he did and her leaving just seemed to stupid. She realized her mistake and rectified it but then we don’t really get any closure. How did they end up? Did Roman and Bree end up together instead?

After Montana and her boyfriend breaks up she notices her neighbor Will who is British and a real hunk with a cute accent and he is everything her ex is not. Will has been trying to get Montana's attention for months but she has been too hung up on her boyfriend but now they are broken up he gets his chance with her and he has no intention of messing this up.

A really good read! The storyline is interesting, well developed, emotionally deep, witty, and engaging. Loveable characters with amazing chemistry between them. It is a good story to get lost in but in my opinion an epilogue would have made it a perfect read. I got to the end not realizing it was the end until I turned the page to continue.

I just loved Will and Montana's story, these two live in the same building and Will has wanted to meet her for a while but she is not single when she is out with her boyfriend she catches him kissing someone else Will just happens to be the bartender there and is now determined to get to know her. You know another book has this same plot but with different names and Title. The difference between the two plots is the apartment doesn't belong to her aunt. Follow along with these two as they traverse the the true meaning of love with some ups and downs false information and a swooning hea.
