Ascension to passion
I really liked this 2nd book to the series started with "Taste you". We understand what happened between Nick and Dilayla discovered in the first volume. The roles are quickly reversed, with a playboy subjugated by a nice girl with a strong character, which although seemingly reserved, is quite impertinent and enticing. So it's all about how Nick will win and keep the heart of the wild Dilayla who knows what she's up with this former professional football player, because she's just out of a one-way relationship with a player soccer.
I loved the character of Dilayla who is quite complex between adventurous and afraid to take a risk and who moves slowly in front of a Nick who knows what he wants and how he could have it.

An enjoyable and intriguing fast pace read! It is well developed, emotionally deep, witty, funny, and intriguing. Some ups and downs add to the overall quality of the story making it an exceptional read. Loveable characters; their chemistry is intense and off the charts; also there is an overlapping of characters from the previous book. It is a very exciting read and comes highly recommended.

Another great story by Candi Kush. Dilayla and Nick were amazing together. Their chemistry could not be denied. Dilayla has been in an on and off relationship with Brian for years but she finally realizes he will never be faithful. So along comes Nick. He just happens to be best friends with Kenny who is with her best friend Raquel- It was nice getting to read more about them too. Nick knows Dilayla is different and he is determined to have her. Definitely recommend.

Dilayla sees no future with her boyfriend so she ends it, she needs someone that truly appreciates her. Nick has wanted her since he first saw her and he won't let anything or anyone stops him from getting the one woman for him.
